Fantastic experience: Susan was the sweetest person ever behind the front desk she answered all my questions and her and my instructor Brian made me feel calm and less nervous. My driving instructor Brian was the best and he was patient kind and he actually cared about me I couldn’t recommend a better driving school for drivers ed or your road exam they are the best ever!!!!!

Negative experience: Receptionists are so rude. I called to make an appointment, she told me to wait just a second and then hung up on me and they always have an attitude. Terrible customer service

Fantastic experience: Very kind and sweet staff! Easy to work with and good passing rate. Highly recommend! Me and all four of my siblings passed our tests here! Thank you Austin staff!!

Fantastic experience: Very kind and patient people. The kids there can be very…..unexpected but the driving instructors response is appropriate and positively redirecting. I learned a lot and recommend this school!
