If you like learning on your own and at your own pace she is the instructor for you, she really gives you ENOUGH trust and really teaches and reminds you of the rules of the road. She’s a really great teacher and tells you how to solve road issues and gave really clear answers to questions that I had asked.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with everyone here. From our first call to schedule classes to take the permit test all the way through the road test. Everyone was friendly and my son, who was very nervous, felt comfortable and confident after going through the road classes with Laura. She made sure to not only teach him what he needed to know but also help to calm the nerves he was having. The scheduling process was easy and convenient. We'll be using them again soon for our next son. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Very bad service, my son could only take his first lesson, I have made 3 appointments and the instructor has cancelled them on the time before the lessons
First let me say thank you for choosing budget driving school for your driving needs. I am very sorry that I do not recognize the name, could you please give me the name of your son so that I can look up the records? The only time lessons are canceled or postponed is in an emergency such as a death in the instructor's family, instructor’s falling ill or something very unforeseen that was out of our control. I will check into the situation and call you personally if you would just give me your sons name. Thank you
Negative experience: Guys, I would count the instructor among one of the most greediest people I have come across in US. He tries to down your moral on small things, does not treat you well and tries to fleece as much money from you as he can by persuading you to take more classes before he could certify you. My company reimburses for the driving test and learning fees. As soon as he got to know this he started persuading that I need another class before I could take the test. When I mentioned that I can take the test, he took test but failed me for minor reasons like driving lower than the maximum speed limit while I was still in the rightmost lane. Also, he would offer you pick up and drop but don't fall for that. He charges for it more than double of what an Uber or Lyft would charge. When I asked him for some discount, in a very derogatory manner he started counting me the expenses on new tires, services and insurance as if I have worn off the tires in my few hours of driving. He also scoff me off saying I am charging even less that Uber. It was an embarrassing moment for me. I did not go to him again and instead went to the DMV directly to get the test cleared in first go that too with appreciation comments. My only advise is to avoid him if you can.
Good Morning Mr. Sarswat. First let me say that Budget Driving School appreciates your choosing us for your driving needs. I pulled the test results from your test back in April of this year. I am afraid that you may have misunderstood why you were unsuccessful in your skills test. The testing form shows that you were unsuccessful due to "runing a red traffic light". There were several other violations such as driving well below the posted speed limits, however these violations are points off, not failures. While debriefing you on your test the Safety Officer was explaining these issues to you so that you would know what you needed to improve on before testing again. My understanding of the issue about the "discount" is that he was trying to explain to you why we can't afford to do discounting due to our overhead. I am sorry if there were misunderstandings between you and the Safety Officer. I would have gladly spoken with you about your issues had you contacted the office with a complaint. We are not perfect but do our best to try and treat all customners with respect and give them the professional training as well.
Negative experience: Once you do your driving times, when you schedule the test it takes forever before they can take the test and if you want to cancel the test you do not get your money back and it is $45
We would like to thank Parker and his parents for choosing Budget Driving School for his Drivers Education needs..Your file shows that your mom called on 3/22 to arrange a road test. She was told of the first available slot, 4/04/2019. She choose to reserve that date. A few days later she called back to say that you didn't want to wait and was going to the SCDMV instead. I spoke to your dad and told him that if another student called and reserved that space I would gladly refund the $45.00. On 4/5/2019, a refund for $45.00 was issued to your parents credit card.because another student tested in that space. I'm sorry you were not aware of all the facts.
