Negative experience: I called to.inquire about driving lessons for my daughter who lives in Utica. I live in Richester, where driving schools are plentiful Moreover, was going to pay for her lessons , however way they accepted payments. I understand the pandemic has had an impact on businesses, but the very least they could have done was called me. After a few weeks, I emailed them using their website to do so, and still no answer. Sadly, they have no competition., which may explain why they have poor customer . I read a response from the owner who claims his secretary answers rings during business hours, however I have been calling for six months and no answer.As'I have mentioned, if they had competition, they would improve their customer services.
