Welcome to the New Mexico Academy of Driving, located in Rio Rancho, where our mission is to provide the most comprehensive and advanced driver education available. Our team of professional instructors, certified by the New Mexico Department of Transportation, ensures that each student receives high-quality training focused on developing practical skills and road safety.

We offer a complete driver education course that includes 30 hours of classroom instruction on defensive driving and DWI education. Students will also complete 7 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction, meeting state legal requirements. Upon completion, students will receive a certificate of completion as well as an insurance certificate that may qualify for premium discounts.

Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday and are designed for both teenagers and adults. Don’t miss out on the chance to enroll in our accelerated courses, including those for spring break! Negative experience: one of yalls student drivers almost got me killed because they dead stopped in the middle of an intersection. don't take a kid out driving if they don't know that coming to a dead stop in the middle of an intersection is dangerous.
