Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful. My son loved Mr. Perea’s teaching. He was fun and engaging and communicated well with me as a parent.

Negative experience: one of yalls student drivers almost got me killed because they dead stopped in the middle of an intersection. don't take a kid out driving if they don't know that coming to a dead stop in the middle of an intersection is dangerous.

Fantastic experience: Kids love the instructer hes a good person my oldest son webt to this driver scgool and now my 15 year old passed his drivers permit test with 100 at mvd defnitaly recomend

Negative experience: I have left two voicemails and called multiple times and no response from anyone...

Negative experience: We received no response from this school after we registered twice for different sessions on their website. Communication from this establishment is virtually none. I would not waste my time if I were you. We wasted approximately 6+ weeks attempting to gain time on their schedule and then we were ignored. Not sure what's going on with this place. Maybe their closing theirs doors?

Fantastic experience: We have had 3 of our children go to this driving school and have been so happy with their success. We will be sending our other 2 children there. Very professional. The driving instructor is awesome!!

Negative experience: We’ve had 2 kids go through their drivers ed program. The first one had to do it during Covid so it was a little tricky but they handled it well. Our 2nd completed the class almost 10 months ago and has tired to schedule her driving test but has had nothing but problems due to a complete lack of communication on the owners part and an unwillingness to accommodate us. We are supposedly on a cancellation list but have not been contacted about any openings so we’re skeptical that this list even exists. We will definitely be using another company next time. This has been way too long of a process. We just need our child to get her license so she can finally drive to high school but at this rate the year will be over before that happens.

Fantastic experience: NM driving academy staff is very friendly to parents and students. Doing this they help students learn in an encouraging environment, which is a far better experience than how my first kid learned from another business. I plan to send my remaining kids and all of my in state nieces and nephews here for a better learning experience. Update: Youngest is now in class and Mr Perea is still friendly, professional, and a great teacher. Still planning to send my nieces and nephews that live in state.

Fantastic experience: New Mexico Academy of Driving is such a nice environment, and truly does help teach teenagers. I just got all my driving time in with the instructor and honestly he is so funny and helps ease the anxiety that comes with driving.

Fantastic experience: Both of our Son's attended NM Academy of Driving. The instructor, Benjamin, is so kind and friendly. He's also very personable and has a wonderful sense of humor. Both of our Son's really enjoyed the class sessions and the time they spent with the instructor driving. I'm so glad we choose this driving school. Our Son's learned a lot. I highly recommend this Academy.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy that my daughter (Gabby Trujillo) had a chance to tell about her experience in the “Santa Fe New Mexican” newspaper. Although it was during Covid and all of the class time was done online, her instructor made it easy to keep the students engaged with his outgoing but professional personality. I’m definitely gonna sign up my son next year when he’s old enough to attend driving school based on our experience!! I totally recommend anyone to NMAD!

Fantastic experience: My son attended class here a couple years ago. Last year, I ended up with covid and have been dealing with long term health issues so I am unable to drive. My son stepped up and has been driving me around and running errands for me. I am quite impressed with his driving ability and safety!! Thank you Mr. Perea!! When the time comes, I will have my daughter attend here too. This is a great school and I definitely love how they worked with my son's schedule at the time. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: In still technically in class but the teacher is very nice and is easy to understand so no complaints here.

Fantastic experience: My son took the driving education class here over winter break 2019. Mr. Perea kept the students interested and engaged to learn all the important things teenagers need to know to drive. My son really enjoyed the class and the driving lessons. Mr. Perea communicated everything we needed to know when getting his permit and eventually his license.
