Positive experience: The School moved to a new location but I don't know where

Negative experience: Charlotte and Leo are horrible instructors, they don’t teach they yell.

Negative experience: This driving school leaves a lot to be desired. Drive time booking was atrocious. Some of my daughter’s times were cancelled by the school with zero appointments available to reschedule. We were told someone would call us back with more times, which never happened. When we called back a week later they told us that they didn’t say they would call us with more times. The driving instructor was poor at best. The way she taught parallel parking was just setting our child up to fail. A couple of days before her road test, we got a call from the office saying there were a bunch of kids that could not make it and to show up early and we could get finished early. Her test was at 1:00, we showed up at 10:00 to see a complete disaster for road test. There were at least 8-12 kids there at all times trying to get their test. It appears all the kids were told to just show up and it was a free for all every time the car came back from a test. The first one to the car went next. After 2 hrs of waiting, I called the office and was told that the office never called us. After some arguing the office called the instructor and got us to be the next road test. I could not believe the poor management, professionalism and organization by this company from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: The customer service is amazing when they answer the phone very polite and understanding. They got right back to me and help schedule lessons that fit my schedule. But I had some problems with the driving instructor Charlotte my road test is next week and I was doing parallel parking perfectly fine with other driving schools. Charlotte's "way to parallel parking" will not only make me fail my road test but other students as well. I've hit the curb parallel parking with her more times than other instructors. I've been going to CMSC school and they have a good technique to follow, they encourage students to get parallel parking correctly cause hitting the curb is critical error. When waiting for her and other student to come back from a lesson, so I can take mine. I watched this student perform a parallel park with "her way or method" and he hit the curb too. Then he had to make adjustments just like I was doing. Sometimes during 2 hrs lessons she goes on her phone and she looks at flowers or trees from people house. While I'm waiting for her next instructions, we are not going on a sight seeing driving. I'm paying money for you to teach me correctly and use my time wisely. I have told her my road test is next week and I don't have time to make any mistakes. She almost made me cry and give up...does not have a positive attitude.

Negative experience: Don’t choose this driving school!!! Most of The instructors are extremely rude and scream at students while they are driving. We are here to learn. Worst driving school, I’ve had bad experiences here along with many others I know who went here

Negative experience: I had my driving test with them and the person that I got, Charlotte, was really rude. She wasn't helpful at all on my one hour practice before the test, if anything she got me even more nervous. She was an old lady, with the worse aptitude ever. A big waste of money!

Negative experience: I have only had one good experience with this place and that was one of the driving lessons I had with Mr.B. I have had charlotte, and she was horrible, should not be a driving instructor, and for my road test i had leo who was extremely unprofessional, and rude. I wasted my money on a place that allows its driving instructors to act pretentious, and completely out of line, There was next to no reason to be yelled at by a complete stranger, or talked to in such a sarcastic, rude, pompous, tone of voice.

Negative experience: Update: I called to reschedule a road test in the RMV and they said Laporte didn’t pay them the money I gave them..... I went with Mr.B and they stole my money. I want it back and I’m not paying again what I already paid LITERALLY JUST GO TO CMSC! After 3 classes with them I passed my road test Most instructors are rude and love to yell at you Me and my sister attended this driving school and it was such a bad experience I was scared of driving. First road lesson my sister got out the car because she was nervous and got in the car and the instructor started screaming at her. If there was any way I could get a refund I would...

Negative experience: Do not go here!! The instructors are all old and terrible at ACTUALLY instructing. Dan and Charlotte are both terrible!! And the actual teacher is older than you think (think your GRANDPA'S age.) Waste of $750.

Negative experience: 0 star - I would say this is a very disappointingly bad service about driving, they are way too rude and impolite when you are driving, they act like you must to know everything without their instruction. They dont even teach you if you r doing wrong, please dont way your money here believe me.

Positive experience: Mr.B is one of the best driving instructors I had! He taught me plenty of tricks from backing up in a straight line to parallel parking easier! But the place is out of date and small .

Fantastic experience: All I gotta say is go wit Leo and Mr.B if he is still there. The rest are fine too but the Leo and Mr.b are better.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with several of the driving instructor. Only 2 of 5 were even remotely good at keeping me calm and being helpful. 2 of the teachers yelled at me for little things that made no sense which caused me to feel overly stressed. The other teacher I disliked went to other students behind my back telling them all that I did wrong rather than helping me correct it during my lesson.

Positive experience: I like the instructors Jim and Art. They are really nice and very helpful. I was afraid to go on the highway when I started but now I'm fine.

Fantastic experience: I went to this school im 22 and honestly thought i was to old n shouldnt do it but i did the whole bit 5 saturday classes 12 hours behind the wheel and 6 hours observation and i can say buy far it was great had a great teacher good classmates the woman at the front desk is a sweet heart there all pretty mellow and down to earth teachers deff make it easier to learn and the behind the wheel was fun i mainly had big jim mr.jim n he honestly tought me great i mean i couldnt even get my mom boyfriend to teach me how to take turn not too slow or two wide n he tought me how to parallel park n pull over the correct amount of distance i swear this school was completely worth every penny buy far an all around great expirence im taking my road test with them june 8th wish me luck and deff recomended for all ages. 16+ -sincerly a beginner driver.

Negative experience: Instructors are ok, the classroom is an embarrassment and the guy at the front desk is impossible to deal with. Dude looks like a pathetic attempt at Mario cosplay.

Positive experience: This place worked out fine for us. My son was 18 at the time and they were able to teach him much better than I was! (I was way too tense and we faught instead of learning). There was one instructor that was kind and gentle and the other was harder on him and pushed him. It was actually a perfect balance. The cars were really small though and at 6ft 3 1/2 he could barely fit in them.

Negative experience: This is a really a BAD school for beginners. I had 12 hours driving lessons there. I really did not like the teaching style of the instructors. They just assumed you have a certain level driving experience, and just pushed you to do their instructions. They did not take into your experience into account, and did not work hard to improve your skills. What I learnt was actually from my friends and online videos. I strongly recommend those who do not have much driving experience NOT to take the lesson in the school.

Negative experience: This place is trash. In a driving lesson the only people in the car are supposed to be you and the tacher. In my driving class there was 3 other ppl in the car
