Gainesville Safe Driving School

Negative experience: Not a great experience for our family. Instructor was very vocal about his political leanings, and seemed determined to have a debate about the merits, or lack thereof, of allowing trans people to use their preferred bathroom or whatever. Which is fine, he's free to believe what he wants obviously, but seems like an odd forum to engage with potentially contentious topics when the student should probably be focused on, you know, learning how to drive safely. Then, after the first two lessons the school just started cancelling at the last minute before the lesson was scheduled to begin. Which is also fine, because things happen, I get it. But what's not okay is then going on to cancel the rescheduled lessons, as well, and with absolutely no explanation as to why. We did end up getting a refund, but all in all it was a very unprofessional and kind of nerve wracking experience.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d learn how to drive because of my anxiety but Mr.Alex was a great instructor. I really recommend learning here :) Thank you Mr.Alex!

Fantastic experience: I honestly could not have possibly asked for a better driving instructor than Daniel. He was strict where he needed to be, relaxed otherwise, and all around made for a non stressful driving and learning experience. Would highly recommend him for any new drivers.

Fantastic experience: They really helped me out to learn how to drive in such a short time. Totally worth the money if you don't have anyone to teach you and they come straight to pick you up. They made sure you got all the aspects of the test complete and ready for the actual test

Strongly recommend to anyone who needs more driving practice, especially the intermediate course.

Fantastic experience: Daniel was an outstanding instructor. Prior to taking this course, I had no previous driving experience. I signed up for the 6 hour course and Daniel guided and trained me into becoming a great driver. I highly recommend this course to new drivers.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing teacher Mr. Daniel. I highly recommend this company. They have their own safe car with a break pedal in the passengers seat if needed. When taking driving lessons the instructor is thorough and precise. They will teach you what exactly will be done during the drivers license test. No surprises. Fantastic experience: I had my 12 hr driving lessons with Daniel. I was really nervous as I never drove a car before. Daniel has been so patient in teaching me. He made it so easy, by the end of first three classes I became confident. I would suggest this school to everyone. I strongly believe, only because of Daniel, I was able to break my driving fear and finally able to drive a car. Definitely worth the money.

Fantastic experience: " Learning to drive is quite a daunting experience. As an exceptionally nervous learner driver. When I had my first lesson with Daniel I was extremely nervous! And for the first time I came away from my lesson with a new found cconfidence.Daniel is a fantastic instructor! He is everything an instructor! Punctual, calm, relaxing to drive with and very professional. I was always amazed at how calm and patient he was! He always had lot's of words of encouragement. He helped me build my confidence as a driver and I am eternally greatful for all his help and coaching while I was a learner. I would recommend him to anyone especially those who are not very confident drivers as his exceptionally high standard of tutoring has made me happy. Positive experience: I'm so glad I took lessons with them. Daniel was my instructor and he was so patient and explained things perfectly! If anyone's a nervous driver and enjoys a nice, calming presence next to them when learning, I would recommend Daniel 100%.

Fantastic experience: This school is absolutely amazing!! My instructor Alex was a great instructor! He made sure I felt comfortable with everything. I did the 6 hour program in 2 days and that was just enough for me. I highly recommend this school for anyone that struggles. I passed even though I was incredibly nervous. Alex even taught me to parallel park even though it's not on the test. Please if you need help with driving definitely schedule at this school!!!
