Negative experience: Terrible customer service and never delivered the testing service ordered and paid for. First this company cancelled the appointment with no notice, then never contacted for rescheduling as they said, and now when requesting a refund cannot get anyone to speak with us!!! Thieves!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I just took my Road Test with Paul Trippy, and it was a great experience!

Negative experience: They don't pay their employees. They owe me $1000+

Negative experience: Spent $1,140 for their 12 hour lesson and they never got back to me. Their website disappeared and none of their phone line is working

Negative experience: They deserve negative stars. I had a horrible, horrible experience with AFSI. Attempts to call them led to a constantly full voicemail, so your message reaches no one. Instructors cancelled classes without notice almost every time. I would be waiting for my 8am class to start, no one shows up, and at 10am the instructor would text that he can't make it. What was the point of scheduling?? And funnily, they charge the student if you cancel class without advance notice, but instructors just cancel last moment at the drop of a hat. I cycled through 4 instructors this way, trying to get the 6 lessons I signed up for done ASAP, and fighting for a successful reschedule took up an entire year. They provide subpar service but try to keep you locked in by not giving you a refund. I wanted to stop my lessons with them and learn elsewhere, but they argued that they couldn't refund me and had to complete my lessons with them. At their rate of getting things done, would I wait for YEARS for a chance to maybe "eventually" learn to drive, instead of learning somewhere else? When I wanted to get the road test done with them (which I had paid for up front as a part of the package), I was informed that they were no longer conducted at my location, and suggested I could pay extra to take the test in a different city. It was ridiculous that they weren't just offering it for free as a courtesy for all the trouble they put me through - I had my classes canceled without notice and was left hanging, I had to repeatedly call their customer service (of other locations, so they could hopefully connect me with the one in Gainesville) to remind them to follow up with my reschedule request (instead of them reaching out to me) to even GET the classes I had paid for - stretching the whole ordeal to a year instead of a few weeks of convenient lessons as originally scheduled. I finally managed to convert the road test payment into extra class time. On my final day my instructor "recommended" that I needed more hours of lessons to "drive better". Lol. No way I was dealing with this school anymore.
