Negative experience: Bad school, the owner is really disrespectful, i don’t recommend that school I waited 1 year and i didn’t get my driver’s license, bad experience

Negative experience: Esta compañía es una estafa es un fraude y hay que denunciarla con la policía y con el DMV no se como permiten las licencias a esta compañía tienen un contrato y no lo cumplen me estafaron 250 dólares jamás he recibido una clase,fui a verlos para que me devolvieran mi dinero ya que llevo 1 año esperando y dicen que tienen las cuentas de banco congeladas

Negative experience: The worst experience I've ever had with this school I've been waiting for 1 year and I've only been able to take the written exam and every time I call the phone he has no experience with customers and only makes excuses ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED THIS SCHOOL SET ASIDE YOUR MONEY AND TIME IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE IT!!!

Negative experience: Atención!!!! Si estás buscando una escuela de manejo en Lousiana no recomiendo esta escuela para nada. Pagué 500 dólares para tener mi liciencia. En mayo hice el examen teórico y me dijeron que en agosto tendría mi práctico. Les llamé y simplemente me dijeron que para octubre . En octubre me personé en el lugar y qué mal trato , qué mala experiencia. La persona que atiende el local, el hijo de la dueña me maltrató, apenas me dejó hablar porque iba de salida , era casi mediodía . Le expliqué que llevaba 5 meses esperando y aún no me habían llamado para el práctico y que había visto a la profesora en los autos destinados a la escuela con una estudiante hacía unos días por Veterans Boulevard pues él me expuso que no tenían profesores ( en más de una ocasión me dijo que estaban esperando que desde Baton Rouge le asignaran un profesor). Yo le dije ahogada en llanto por su carácter enfadado que necesitaba tener mi licencia pues había pagado por ella y no puedo estar manejando sin la misma . Me dijo con estas palabras: " Tienes que entender que mi madre tiene casi 70 años y está haciendo casi 80 horas para hacer los exámenes a los estudiantes " Entonces yo puedo por una cuestión de humanidad entender eso , pero yo pagué una alta suma de dinero y sino pueden asumir los compromisos y cumplir un contrato pues busquen otro personal calificado que cuente con los requisitos para realizar este práctico y que los estudiantes obtengan su licencia. Me avergüenza tanto que sean cubanos ( pues yo también lo soy ) y si hay algo que nos caracteriza a los cubanos es nuestro buen trato. Que conste que estuve llamando en reiteradas ocasiones a la escuela y solo dos veces me respondieron el teléfono e incluso desde el teléfono del hijo de la señora pues según me explicó tenía las llamadas desviadas a su teléfono. También me dirigí a la escuela personalmente buscando respuesta y siempre la atención fue pésima y nunca resolvieron mi problema. Finalmente me dijeron que en enero era probable que me hicieran mi examen práctico , o sea 8 meses después de realizar mi examen teórico . Mi decisión fue solicitar las clases en otra escuela , por supuesto perdí los 500 dólares que pagué allí por las clases y mi opinión siempre será la peor de ese sitio. Luego leí los comentarios de Google y son en la gran mayoría negativos . Si los hubiera leído antes de pagar jamás hubiera ido a una escuela que deberían de cerrar y hasta demandar por estafa a sus alumnos y mal trato a los mismos. Actitudes déspotas, faltas de respeto , informalidad , lentitud y grosería es lo que caracteriza a los que allí trabajan

Fantastic experience: Recomiendo encarecidamente a Gricelda. Es una excelente instructor, que me brindó muchos buenos consejos y apoyo el día de mi evaluación de manejo.

Negative experience: Falta de vocación y falta de respeto los que fueron a inicios de mayo 2024 que me contacten vamos a hacer algo al respeto esto tiene q parar.

Negative experience: This place needs to be shut down. Gisela, the owner is very unprofessional. She (Gisela) screams at the students, harassing them physically and mentally. That office is a complete joke. She only wants the money. If you are a new driver please do not go to this driving school.

Negative experience: Took my little cousin a 3 months wait to take the written test. then they told him he had to wait 8 more months for the driving portion. They were not upfront with this information and did not give him his money back. Just ridiculous.

Negative experience: I called to ask for prices and information for my employees and the guy who answered the phone was very rude, I asked him to send me a quote and the registration’s dates and he refused to do that, saying that he doesn’t send emails to avoid fraud. Fraud to send an email He is very ignorant and should not be working for a driving school. he was very rude and hung up the phone just because I need the information in writing to share it with all my employees. I can’t believe this is the way they do business. I feel sorry for the owners of this driving school to have such a rude person working for them.

Negative experience: REFUSED to give a receipt for $50 cash required for final driving test. Very shady business practice. I’m reporting them to the govt to find out what kind of fraud is going on.

Negative experience: I wish I could give her (the so called instructor) -10 rating. She needs to learn how to speak politely and when to speak, before becoming a driving teacher. She literally insults you in front of all her family members (staff) like she reserves every right to do so. I have never seen such a disrespectful person in my life. Pathetic. Trust me, all the negative reviews about her are 100% true.

Negative experience: There were a lot of things wrong in this place, first of the owner was extremely rude she had no patience for me as a first time driver. Second, she insulted my mom who was there to support me because the owner Gisela was careless of her words. Third, she had poor communication skills, she didn't even apologized for what she said. The point of this review is to let you all know before ya'll waste money on this place that it was not worth it at all, I wouldn't recommend this place even if it were the last place on earth available.

Positive experience: El horario de atención está mal

Positive experience: Everything was great until I took my actual driving test (with gisela??) and she started screaming at me during the test which maybe would be ok if I wasn’t a first time driver attending the school and I wasn’t making a minor mistake or already nervous. Then after after the test she goes in the office sayin how I need to work on my driving (literally taking the test was my fourth day of driving EVER), I barely passed and she was scared. If it wasn’t for this encounter it would surely be 5 stars. My teacher was very nice and calm. The man and young lady in the office who handled my money and documents were very professional.

Fantastic experience: I don't know why they have negative reviews probably they are Spanish. Although they failed me In driving test but I think my driving was not good they were professional .

Negative experience: If you are a new driver do not go to this driving school. When you take the written test the owners WILL NOT stop talking and gossiping. They give you a "study guide" that you have to copy yourself and it's all misspelled. I had to go up front and tell them to please be quiet because we were taking a test like they didn't know that. After that, they gave me a driving date and I went. The day I went I had to wait for the instructor to get there, he was 15mins late. Then, he would constantly scream at me and he even hurt my arm while trying to get a hold of the wheel. Then, the day of my test his wife, gisela or whatever her name is embarrased me infront of everyone that was in the office and told me out loud how horrible I did in her eyes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and i only missed my test by 4 points. In conclusion, if yo are not an experienced driver DO NOT go to this driving school. Drive Dat Academy will be a better option for you.
