Negative experience: When we signed our son up for the online and behind the wheel classes, we expected communication regarding anticipated enrollment for upcoming classes, despite the fact that covid had entered the picture. If barbershops, grocery stores, museums, public venues, and a plethora of other service oriented programs could provide customer service oriented communication, we were confident a college would be able to handle this shift in dynamics. Ten months later, we still have not heard back from the college regarding our request for a partial refund due to poor communication, lack of communication, lack of response, and zero customer service. We had to enroll our son in another drivers Ed program to complete the behind the wheel portion, when in fact, we paid for the behind the wheel at csm but were unable to obtain any communication regarding scheduling it. Save yourself. Find another place. There’s better elsewhere. More reliable and customer oriented.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Bill is an amazing teacher! He knows how to integrate the perfect mixture of having fun while learning in his class. He also knows how to make students comfortable and open up and thanks to him I took my drivers test the week after I graduated and passed on my first time!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Bill was awesome and my son not only learned alot but did very well in his class and with driving...He enjoyed having Bill as his driving instructor and classroom teacher. I was very impressed with Bill's explanation of each driving session when I picked my son up and was very impressed that not only did he explain to me how my son did but also answered any questions we had.

Fantastic experience: I thought that I’d hate Driver’s Ed, but I’ll honestly kind of miss it. Mr. Bill was a great teacher who made the class an enjoyable and entertaining experience, nothing but bars.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed Mr. Bill’s class. He is a very knowledgeable instructor. He is always kind and knows how to joke around to make everyone laugh when we arrive. He is great at making the long classes entertaining and fun. I learned so much. I’ll miss “little bill” and “Johnny popo” haha. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind taking the classes again haha. Mr. Bill will be missed greatly. I am excited for all of his future students. Great educator! Mr. Bill gets a 5 stars from me. Sending prayers! God bless.

Fantastic experience: I had all three of my son's attend the driver's education course with the College of Southern Maryland. I give high marks to the instructors and the course itself. Mr. Bill was the driving instructor with my last son and was very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: All 3 of my sons went through CSM’s Drivers Ed program. The classroom instructors and behind the wheel teachers were all very knowledgeable and caring individuals. I highly recommend the College of Southern Md drivers ed program.
