Fantastic experience: They are awesome. My wife took a driving skill test with Melanie and passed with the first attempt. Melanie was so busy and she didn't have time for lunch even when we arrived at 3pm but she was so dedicated to get done the work. She is amazing. First place after our check in, she discused on basic skills with my wife, headed out to the car, started the test. It took about 25 minutes and finally passed the test. If you make sure that you know and can demonstrate all basic driving skills and keep the safety first rules in mind, then you will make it.

Fantastic experience: I got a driving lesson and the road test here. Steve is a cool instructor. He taught useful stuff for driving that I hadn’t been taught at 911 driving school. A bit expensive but worth to take the test at.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, experienced and very pleasant instructor. Did a 90min training followed by practice tests. Did the final test with ease. Learnt a lot and have more understanding about stop signs and right of way.

Fantastic experience: Steve is a very experienced driving coach with big sense of humor. He is good at multiple languages and taught students effectively. I learned driving fast from him and easily aced the test. Highly suggest ABC driving school at Lynnwood location, and the coach Steve.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this driving school enough! I did one driving lesson and the 90 minutes behind the wheel + drive test. Steve is an excellent instructor, he made it incredibly easy to learn and made sure I was completely prepared for my driving test. Look no further, go with ABC.

He was very patient and informative throughout the session pointing out all the mistakes that beginners do. Overall, I would definitely recommend taking a lesson with Steve before the test if you lack confidence.

He taught me many maneuvers, taught me how to go quieter, and he finds an approach for students. I was afraid that my weak English would be a problem, but he tried to explain everything to me as simply as possible. Steve, if you're reading this, remember, you're the best.

Fantastic experience: Really good driving school! Definitely recommend going here! I took a lesson and test at this location with the instructor Steve and he is amazing! One of the best instructors I have learned with. He is very experienced and has a very calm voice especially during the test and while teaching on road driving which helps with the test because I was very nervous and he would not make me feel disappointed when I made a mistake and instead he would give the best tips and pointers to correct the mistakes Immediately with great clarity.

Fantastic experience: They definitely deserve more stars! It is my first time to get a license. I had 3 lessons and passed the road test here. My instructor evaluated my driving in the first lesson and set the program based on my needs. He was always so patient, encouraging and funny, which calm my nerves when I was on the road. He also gave me great advices that make the road test less scary.

Fantastic experience: It’s unfortunate that people Have been leaving poor reviews here. While I understand these people are frustrated, I can’t help but wonder how much of the blame lays with them. I arrived for my written test. I received top notch service and excellent communication from this place. Wound up getting my written test and driving test completed on the same on, on short notice.

Fantastic experience: There are a lot of 1* comments and reviews for this place. I don't see there's any problem with this place. If you have your written test done before, you will be required to get a permit to be able to drive on the street. This restriction before driving is a common sense but many people on here don't get it and accusing the department for taking away their balance. This place will let you register online to make your schedule more flexible. They give you a notification 2 days ahead of the appointment day with the warning that they will take away your balance if you failed to tell them within 24 hours. The instructor is super friendly and very nice. I took 6 hours adult pack and 2 hours adult on its own to pass the test. The instructor is calm and patient if you are a beginner. Don't let the bad and negative comments stop you from coming here. Frankly, i really like the instructor at this department and he is a hard working guy.

Negative experience: I wish I can give them zero in review. They make you schedule an appointment online and pay everything upfront without reviewing the documents to see if you are eligible to take the test on certain day. When you show up for test they then inform you that you don't meet all the requirements and therefore your fees are fortified. They tell you that you should have known as if I am in this business everyday. I told them that the requirements were not listed on their website and they said that I should have been aware of them. I even requested the guy at the office to please reschedule for another day while I comply with the requirement and he refused and said your have to pay again as the next appointment as his day was wasted. We never even had a driving test as one requirement was not fulfilled and out fees were not even returned. Be careful and go to them in person before you pay them otherwise you could also be victim. He treated my 18 year girl as if she was a criminal.
