Fantastic experience: Great storefront location. Comfortable air conditioned/heated environment. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable instructors. My instructor Luis is a great guy that met me with the company‘s car and insurance card at the Secretary of State to do my road test 30 minutes before my actual appointment in order to allow me to get warmed up. I would recommend this class for anyone who has not driven a car in over 15 years like myself.

Fantastic experience: Carlos and Luis were great! Carlos was very patient with me and walked me through every step of the process and was willing to answer all of my questions. Luis was my instructor and was very helpful in calming my nerves while driving and learning how to park. Now I feel way more confident about parallel parking, thanks to Luis! Luis was also super helpful when it came to the road test at the DMV. Everything went smoothly and I can’t thank both Carlos and Luis for all their help!

Fantastic experience: Great driving instructors. I went in for drivers permit exam preparation classes and driving classes. Instructor Carlos and Luis helped me feel more confident as a driver after each visit. They have a flexible schedule, and are very communicative about everything with students.

Fantastic experience: Great in my opinion one of the best instructor of behind the wheel driving I was having a lot of problems in turning and breaking as well as smooth acceleration but this instructor explained me so well that I learned how to drive car completely and confidently in 2 days of classes.

Carlos the owner and Luis my driver instructor just changed my life in two weeks, I passed for never ever had driven in my life to my almost 30 years to become a driver in a crazy city like Chicago. Thank you so much for your patience, you are very talented and I’m so happy for my license and also I wanna highlight how good the service is that they were there for me before my test cheering me up and making sure I was ready and building the confidence in me that I was missing! Hardly recommended!

Wasted my time and money here don’t waste yours as well.

Negative experience: The manager NEVER called me back!!!!, ( If 0 stars was an option)- I decided to go to Master Driving School because I needed a refresher, I had a permit before so I already knew how to drive but haven't drove in so long. I called and asked for prices on taking 1 or 2 lessons + the Road test (b/c I didn't have a car of my own). The next day Master School sent an instructor to my house that looked like she was about 15, however that's none of my business. After getting into the car, the instructor started to briefly go over the basics of "how to work a car", which I already knew. Long story short after my 2nd lesson, I felt I was ready to take the road test. The instructor basically tried to explain to me on text message that she felt I wasn't ready and that I should pay for MORE lessons (90 dollars per day for 2 hrs) and That DEFINITELY wasn't what I wanted to do! I called Master Driving School and spoke to the manager, she sounded very sketchy, stating “people usually pay for 10 lessons before taking the road test.” and quickly said she would called me back after speaking with the assigned instructor. But she NEVER called me back!! Thank You very much for NOT doing what I wanted, instead of helping me get my driver's license, I felt scammed out my money and shocked to learn that this company IS ONLY OUT TO MAKE A PROFIT by signing up for MORE and MORE LESSONS. I HAD to go to a Different driving school paid 70 dollars for 2 hours + 100 dollars for the Road Test, that instructor felt I was ready the NEXT day to get my Driver's License, which I did and I SUCCESSFULLY passed on the FIRST TRY. Let me spell that out (1 day of practice and the road test the next day).

Fantastic experience: I'm glad to see that this school is on google so that I can review it. I grew up in Albany park so my mom and I used to pass by the school when i was a kid. When it was time to get my license i remembered it and i told my mom I wanted to go to this driving school, to my surprise she told me that she too had gone to this school to get her license. They're a family run business so they treat you like family and go above and beyond to help you.

The instructor was extremely helpful and his patience for teaching a nervous driver like myself was so calming that I learned to drive a lot quicker then I ever thought possible!
