Negative experience: Shady, I'm sure they were doing things off the books. Very unprofessional. Glad they are closed .

Negative experience: Meh…served the purpose but was not exceptional. My daughter went through segment one with no book. Teacher brings baby to class. Hard to schedule driving to get hours to complete segment one. We signed up for segment 2 through a different company. Would not recommend. One star for the class and one star for her permit.

Negative experience: They were great years ago when my twins used them. $400 and not so impressed this time with my youngest. They called Monday to cancel class. Left message they will see us tomorrow. Well, yesterday was tomorrow so we drove there and nobody there just a note on the door. I called a few times today and left a couple messages drove over and same thing tonight, nobody there. Lousy business practice. I will try to contact again. They state no refunds. If they don't provide the service I paid for then they can deal with a charge back on my credit card. It is like they ghosted the class.

Negative experience: Very disorganized, classes start late, or end late, they act as if your time is not important, and it is like pulling teeth trying to get them to answer the phone. We had a segment one class that someone stood at the door and told us the class was canceled for the day, even though you must give them your phone number. Not happy at all!

Negative experience: The is a horrible business they lied to me and acted like they told me but they didn’t. They wouldn’t give my money back. And we’re really rude about the situation wouldn’t recommend. Lost over 600 dollars because of them.
