Negative experience: Shady, I'm sure they were doing things off the books. Very unprofessional. Glad they are closed .

Negative experience: Meh…served the purpose but was not exceptional. My daughter went through segment one with no book. Teacher brings baby to class. Hard to schedule driving to get hours to complete segment one. We signed up for segment 2 through a different company. Would not recommend. One star for the class and one star for her permit.

Negative experience: They were great years ago when my twins used them. $400 and not so impressed this time with my youngest. They called Monday to cancel class. Left message they will see us tomorrow. Well, yesterday was tomorrow so we drove there and nobody there just a note on the door. I called a few times today and left a couple messages drove over and same thing tonight, nobody there. Lousy business practice. I will try to contact again. They state no refunds. If they don't provide the service I paid for then they can deal with a charge back on my credit card. It is like they ghosted the class.

Negative experience: Very disorganized, classes start late, or end late, they act as if your time is not important, and it is like pulling teeth trying to get them to answer the phone. We had a segment one class that someone stood at the door and told us the class was canceled for the day, even though you must give them your phone number. Not happy at all!

Negative experience: The is a horrible business they lied to me and acted like they told me but they didn’t. They wouldn’t give my money back. And we’re really rude about the situation wouldn’t recommend. Lost over 600 dollars because of them.

Fantastic experience: I had a great driving experience. The instructors are very precise with their instructions when driving and the classroom time was extremely educational. Definitely would recommend for others to take this course. But it's not for the squeamish, they don't sugarcoat any of the horrors of car crashes which is a good taste of reality for first time drivers.

Fantastic experience: The staff are so kind and friendly! When I first started segment one here I was very afraid about how I would be taught, but they made it very easy to learn and study!

Negative experience: My child was attending segment 1 here. Her classes started January 3 or 4. The class was supposed to go through January 24th. She completed all her classes 2 weeks later than scheduled due to the teacher being sick for one week and bad weather for the other. Our daughter has been scheduled to drive and they canceled both times. They said they would call and reschedule. She took her written test and passed several weeks ago. I've called to ask when they would take her driving and was told they would call us. We paid almost $400 for this class. The staff is friendly enough but very unorgaized. I think it's very unprofessional not to have any type of plan in place for the class that have not been completed. Another whole class has come and gone since our child took her test. She legally should have her permit now since the class already took their test. I will not recommend this company to anyone and will not use them for our other children. It's unfair to the parents and the kids. Our child worked hard to pass her test only to be told she can't get her permit yet because the driving school is too busy taking other people's money (for all the other classes they are still conducting) to have her drive the scheduled amount of time. She has not been behind the wheel of car with this company at all yet. Very unprofessional!

Negative experience: Love that all the parents pull off on telegraph and stoney creek and just sit there. I was trying to telegraph from stoney creek and couldn't see either ways traffic!!! How completely unsafe. I'm glad I was let hit. I ended up having to just turn right on to telegraph and go up to Nadeau road and turn oing way out of the way as that was the 'safest' possible way to go. Totally ridiculous. Literally no regard for anyone actually driving on stoney creek.

Negative experience: Do not go here I paid quite a bit of money to put my wife through this course was supposed to be about a month long in September of 2021 she finished all her driving and just needed parking it took them til February of 2022 to schedule her parking which last barely 30 minutes and was told to just learn it on her own this was a waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Greatest class ever, would recommend

Negative experience: My son did 1 drive then they couldn't get their scheduling right. Found out too that even tho my son was 18 and taking drivers training that they claimed he didn't need a drivers permit while driving with them because he falls under theirs since they are a driving school. NOT correct. I spoke with Secretary Of State and they said he did in fact need need our because he was over 18 and was illegal to drive without it. Office staff was not professional at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Negative experience: My son took the classroom part of segment 1 end of Aug/ beginning of Sept. and now its mid December and still waiting on the drive (drove 2x) timee done.
