Fantastic experience: Helped me learn to be confident out on the road, The classes are kinda pricey but they were great I think. You can take both the written test and the driving test here, then just take it to the DMV and you're all set!! There was only like one teacher I didn't like but maybe that's just me. They were all really nice and made sure I was taken care of. And answered any questions I had as well. Good place to get some help out on the road. Just make sure you bring your permit haha!!

Negative experience: Make sure you have you paperwork and none expired documents. Of course had to go to the DMV to fix an expired permit. The DMV offered to do the permit and driving exam. Since I did not have what I needed for the driving school they claim I would not have to pay again to finally do the road test, but God forbid having to go through the stress more than once for the permit then license has I not done it through the DMV. No refund or consideration from driving school because I got everything through the DMV.

Negative experience: This review is in regards to some inappropriate behavior conducted by one of your staff member (Alexander) he may also go by the name of NATE.. My daughter has made me aware of some lewd text messages and also some small tokens as it relates to gifts and even money.it concerns me that a employee is exhibiting this type of unprofessional behavior on your watch, and who knows how many others he is currently trying to GROOM into an inappropriate friendship or relationship. Your employee also has access to 15, 16, 17 year old females which is extremely concerning for all families involved.. This type of behavior will be made public and the authorities will be notify of a potential Predator.

Fantastic experience: Customer service was great. We came in on a Sunday so my wife could take her driving exam. Ms. Rodriguez offered me a seat in the empty classroom so my toddler could watch TV while we waited. Great customer service! Now let's hope my wife

Fantastic experience: When my children and nephew attended Red Oak Driving School, I received excellent service from everyone there. Many adjectives describe this driving school, such as insightful, responsive, upbeat, affordable, patient, and professional. Shane Myers, the owner, is fantastic. Receptionists and driving instructors are excellent. Their concern for their students and parents was evident. Red Oak driving school is an excellent choice if you are looking for a driving school for your child.

Positive experience: Omg what a frustrating experience. I give grace because navigating through the pandemic was not easy but you can never REACH anyone here. The receptionist is hardly there or barely answers the phone when she is. I have sent emails with my frustration without response!! Simple questions is like pulling teeth to find answers. The best part is the instructors,my daughter truly enjoyed them but they need to hire someone who is responsive or hire someone to assist the lady at the front. Customer service is everything, and because of this I would highly recommend taking your business to a different driving school! Update: The owner called very apologetic and advised that he addressed the situation!! Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: All of my kids went through ROD! Everyone is professional & caring. I love the fact that the owners are very accommodating & really make sure their students are in good hands. I even moved from the area, but still was willing to drive an hour- just for my baby girl to have such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Red Oak Driving School is great! I took my daughter to take her driving test here because the wait for her appointment with the DPS was one month and my daughter needed her Divers license ASAP. The receptionist was very sweet and the gentleman that took my daughter for the driver test was very nice!!! This was an amazing experience with Res Oak Driving School!!!
