KLLM Driving Academy

Launch a high-earning career in the trucking industry with KLLM Driving Academy, a fully accredited Class-A CDL training provider with locations in Midsouth Texas and Jackson, Mississippi. Designed for both entry-level students without a permit and experienced drivers seeking to refresh their skills, KLLM offers a streamlined path to becoming a professional truck driver. Their flagship 22-day CDL-A course combines rigorous classroom instruction with hands-on behind-the-wheel training, ensuring you master the craft on state-of-the-art equipment before hitting the road.

What sets KLLM apart is its generous financial support model. Students benefit from zero out-of-pocket tuition costs, as the academy covers travel, hotel lodging, and licensing fees. A key feature is the Tuition Scholarship: if you complete your training and work with KLLM for one year, your tuition is entirely covered, allowing you to start your career with minimal financial burden. Additionally, new recruits may be eligible for sign-on bonuses and incentives.

The training experience is comprehensive and supportive. Phase I focuses on classroom prep, including simulator labs, while Phase II places you in the driver’s seat for 12 days of range and on-road practice. Graduates then enter a paid 240-hour internship program with a certified trainer, earning approximately $812 per week while gaining real-world experience. Upon successful completion of the upgrade test, you transition to a professional driver role with options for both company and lease-purchase positions.

For those who already hold a CDL-A but lack recent experience, KLLM offers a specialized 9-day Refresher Course. This accelerated program skips the classroom theory and jumps straight into practical driving training and a paid internship, helping you quickly regain the confidence and skills needed to drive solo. With experienced instructors, modern automatic tractors, and a supportive community that graduates often describe as "family," KLLM Driving Academy provides a reliable and lucrative gateway into the transportation sector.
