Negative experience: This program lacks compassion, empathy, just all around human decency. The receptionist Sandra is rude, entitle or on a power trip. Seems almost narcissistic. She talks to adults like they’re her children. If you dealing with the public have some patience. At least try to be considerate that people make mistakes and get overwhelmed at times. Just be very careful taking the virtual class it is set up for you to fail. This company is money hungry and add penalties for computer errors.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my dui classes here at ABC traffic. I didn’t come across any issues. The entire staff and instructors were super sweet and supportive throughout my whole 3 months with the program. Highly encourage if you’d had a dui and need to take classes , enroll here at ABC traffic. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: It was grate experience

Negative experience: Crazy fees, strict contract, classes are not well structured, you have to be proactive because they don’t care. Let’s start: There is a fee for rescheduling classes that you missed or plan to miss for any reason. You can only reschedule classes in person! It does not matter you let them know in advance by phone that you are missing a class, you have to go in person and pay 30 dollars per class you miss or plan in rescheduling. Being late 1 minute causes them to drop you off the class for that day. Even if THEY make a mistake on your schedule you are the only responsable for it, it does not matter is their fault, they would make whatever is posible to make you pay for it. If you miss a determined amount of classes (depending on the length of your class ordered by court or DMV) you will be terminated from the program and you have to start all over and notify court; you are dealing with a serious legal stuff, be careful! They made 3 mistakes in my schedule. First, the app ring central would not let me access and I called just a minute late (because I was troubleshooting)and they had me to come pay and reschedule in person because I did not catch THEIR error before the class started; it’s YOUR responsibility to catch their error. Second, I had to rescheduled 3 classes because of school and work, in that day they had two group classes at the same time different log in (or something similar), I was by myself in the class, no instructor nor students, of course they had me on the wrong class, so I have to go in person and pay so I can take the other two make ups. Third one, the counselor scheduled me on a Holliday! When they are closed! Guess what, I did not pay for reschedule but I had to come in person, I had moved to different city, that costed me 160 dollar on Uber alone! Even one day I had court and brought the paper to reschedule, and does not matter for them, it’s not an exemption excuse, I had to pay to reschedule! Towards the end I called them to make sure the log ins and schedules were correct and logged in even 45 minutes early because they don’t care, you are the one who should care for your time and money. Furthermore, the is not an education plan, slides, program to follow, you don’t need a notebook because is not a class per say, is just a meeting in where you talk about anything you want, most of the time related to DUI but not always, the instructor might start with a topic and not always is followed; this means you don’t come to learn or have learning goals, you learn from other people talking about their experiences when it comes to DUI. They do not follow a book or at least never cited a book or a website; it all comes from what they think they know. Lastly, ask your fellows about anything related to your case, anything that can help you answer your questions. Take advantage when someone talk about DMV, court, fees, lawyers, interlock devices, phone numbers of resources; by nature, those topics come up, dig in! You are the only person to get benefit from it. They don’t care about you, they only care about money! Read what your sign, I had money problems and almost got homeless and asked them if there were any resources (to pay for rescheduling, or pay for the class) and they say no; I went to check my paperwork and they were resources and I had signed at the beginning. They will make hard to solve any problem, and they won’t contact you with someone above to solve it. I also tried to transfer to different school and I had to contact corporate and ended up leading me back to the local office, it was not worth time and extra money I had to pay even if is their same chain. Doesn’t matter who you talked, just in case you want to take note. For people who live in antelope valley, you guys have no other school options unless you want to go down to LA.
