Negative experience: I scheduled driving practice for my son with Click2Drive three weeks in advance to accommodate his schedule. His first appointment was set for this weekend. On Friday, September 5, I received a call from a male representative confirming his appointment for Saturday, September 6. A few minutes later, the same individual called again to confirm the appointment for Sunday, September 7. He asked if the Sunday lesson could be moved to a later time, but I informed him that was not possible. He assured me that the lesson would remain at the originally scheduled time. Approximately an hour later, I received a voicemail from a woman stating that the Sunday lesson would need to be rescheduled due to a conflict. I immediately called back and spoke with the same male representative that confirmed my appointment earlier. I explained that I could not reschedule and that the lesson needed to remain as planned. He responded “fine” and then he disconnected the call. When I called back to ask if he had hung up on me, he ended the call again. On a third attempt, I requested the manager’s name and email address, and he hung up a third time. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, particularly from a company that requires customers to pay over $600 for driving lessons.Hanging up on a customer multiple times, instead of addressing a legitimate concern, reflects very poorly on the business. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received from your male employee, at 2:48 pm today, and want manager (Ariel) to be aware of this incident. If this is representative of how customer service issues are handled, I would strongly caution others before choosing this company for driving instruction.

Positive experience: I'm sure the place is a great learning center but on maps the direction sent me into some apartments not sure if this is a technical issue with maps or if the address is wrong
