Negative experience: I feel like I got ripped off 435 dollars, the instructors were okay not really impressed with their teaching abilities, I had problems with the u turn box and turning from the stop, I wish they would of let me practice that for a while but you only get a few times to get it and move on to the next exercise. There were people that wiped out during the practice exercises and still passed, I feel like I was singled out for some reason, it seems like if they like you your good to go, now I have to redo the class for a few more hundred of dollars, it's seems like a money grab. The experience sucked, rained and snowed during the class so it was less than ideal for learning to ride and then get a no go on the skills test was the ultimate let down.

Fantastic experience: I just completed the basic riders course this past weekend and had the best experience I could hope for. I had the pleasure of having Phil and Dave as my Coaches. Yes they can be tough, but with good reason. They wanted us to succeed and not only be safe on the road but also not be a danger to others as well. We learned a lot in just two days, I couldn’t be happier. Definitely worth the money and your time. Not only did they teach us how to ride safely but they also taught us what could happen if you’re not safe and cautious on the road. If they felt like you weren’t ready for the road, they did not hesitate to let you know. They gave feedback, advice, and even mentioned how to go about lessons to anyone in need. Thanks to them, I can finally ride a motorcycle with confidence and knowledge. Thank you Dave & Phil. I appreciate you two, and all that you do. Stay safe. -Michelle Pinto

Fantastic experience: I attended the beginner rider course in Seekonk last weekend. The instructors Dave and Brenda were wonderful! They started out the program by laying down the course rules, policies, and the expectations for each student. After that was out of the way, their personalities came out in full force. They are both awesome down to earth people who care about your safety and teaching you how ride in the real world, not just a closed course. The only reason I attended the course was because my friend wanted someone to go with. I left wanting to buy a motorcycle and go riding, and that is due largely in part to Dave and Brenda. They made the class a blast, while also teaching the fundamentals and skills needed to be successful riders. I highly recommend taking this course!

Negative experience: Do not use this school! You have been warmed. Wife went to this school, had her use a defective bike. The bike would not go into neutral. The instructor couldn't get it into neutral. The bike would just stop for no reason. The instructor would not test the bike or listen to my wife saying there was a problem with the bike. Half a day and sent her home and demanded she take private lessons and ridiculed her in front of everyone. Wife went to another school 2 weeks later, without practicing before hand and she passed no problem. Wife mentioned she wasn't happy about her experience to another female rider, without telling her the school or instructor. The other woman asked if it was the school in Tyngsboro and described the same instructor that she had.

Negative experience: I have the African American instructor he is so rude and he don’t have any patience.I never ride a motorcycles before that is why I paid $400 dollar for the class to learn how to ride and not to get yell at in-front of the class !! The first time I took the class he tell me to leave and had to do a one and one training because I didn’t know how to shift gear then paid another $200 for one and one class and they’re very nice instructor. I paid about $600 dollar total smh . Then have to book another class all over again with him and he is so rude the way he talk to me .when I ask question about the motorcycle he response is like he hates his job . I walk out middle of the class crying and it was so embarrassing. He didn’t even cared . The way he talk to people is so disrespectful. I don’t even know how he been an instructor for 25 years .I suggest you to go to a different area beside here . Also he leave his dog tied up all day in the hot sun and the dog is crying all day while riding the motorcycle it’s very distracting I felt so bad for his dog ! Animal Cruelty ! I should report this ! Overall the person who booked the class For me name Jody she is very nice and really fast at responding .

Fantastic experience: Great experience!! Well organized and professionally run course. I learned exactly what I needed to be safe, build my confidence, and to enjoy riding. The instructors Tony and Phil were excellent...I hear that everyone already knows Dave is great but do want to give him a shout out too ;-) They were all knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging!! Great way to get your motorcycle license - highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: A great way to get your motorcycle license! The class was well organized and professional. It’s a class for anyone with no riding experience up to a skilled rider. The instructors jack and Andrew are great at teaching the class .

Fantastic experience: I learned so much and had a blast. I'd recommend this class to anyone! The instructors can be tough on you, but its because they want you to succeed. 11 out of the 12 people in my class got their license at the end of the weekend. Ignore the negative reviews.

Negative experience: Awful experience with the first class (Beginner Rider course) and then with communication back and forth trying to get scheduled for a second class. I should have already known and just picked a different school to ride with. Last year (when I took the class initially) the instructors were so harsh that I saw 2 other students leave the course in tears. Safety and motorcycle knowledge is extremely important, but at the cost of making students cry and quit? I don’t think so. Also kept us HOURS past 6pm and were clearly upset when people needed to make phone calls to reschedule whatever plans they had made for after. The first night we left at 8pm and the second night was 8:30pm. This was because we stood around for 2 hours in the middle of the day waiting for the first class of riders to finish so we could use their bikes. Really unorganized I thought but I was still going to give it another try and hope for the best. Just recently I tried signing up again for the Beginners course and was previously told that I would get a discounted price for my second sign-up. There’s no way to get the discount when registering by yourself through the website, so I went back and forth several times via email and phone with no solution and short answers or no answer at all...just “You’re all set to register online” and then another email brushing me off after I re-explained my situation. (I very clearly stated that I can’t get the discounted price online and would like to pay by card over the phone.) I’m taking my business elsewhere. Also placed several calls with no answer. Only one call back after the fact saying there was a “miscommunication.” Really hard to justify doing any kind of business here, so I won’t be again!

Negative experience: I recently attended a "Ride Like a Pro" class because I thought from the class description that it would be appropriate for my skill level. It wasn't. On the website it says " Improves Rider Confidence and Ability • Never Fear a U-Turn or Dropping your Bike Again • No More Foot Dragging or Duck Walking Your Bike • At Least 3,000 Miles of Recent Riding Experience" I have 6000 miles of riding experience but was way out of place, so sadly the class did not improve my confidence, but left me feeling less sure of myself on my bike than I was when I came in. I had hoped to learn very practical stuff like turning into a tight parking spot or taking a sharp right hand turn with some ease; I did not. I feel that there are too many skills crammed into the five hours; for somebody who is starting to feel comfortable on their big bike but needs some pointers it went way too fast. It's a fine class for those who have a lot more experience and want to do fancy weaving stuff, but it seemed to me that the course description was misleading. I kind of wish I hadn't wasted my money and had stayed at home and watched YouTube videos instead, except it was a fine ride there and back. Also asking a student who is clearly struggling "What exactly do you hope to get out of this?" is not good. If a student is having problems, it's no use telling them to do more of the same thing; you need to identify WITH them, not AT them, what the problems are and encourage them. Just saying...

Fantastic experience: Took the Ride Like a Pro course here to enhance my riding skills. My instructors Jo and Dave were awesome! Very thorough, demonstrating every exercise with skill and ease. They kept giving us constant coaching to make sure we were on point. You can tell they enjoy what they do! I'll definitely be back for more in the future.
