Negative experience: DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR ENERGY! I called Donna a few days ago to try to book some lessons and a driving test (which admittedly were a little short notice, but I was simply asking if she could do this or not, not demanding anything of her). She began the call angry and tense, and I could hear that she was driving with a student while on the call because of the way she was angrily snapping at them about their driving. She actually shouted at me unprompted for a solid minute/minute and a half when I said I couldn’t accommodate her request to see me drive from 10-11 am (I am in school until 2:30). She was shouting about how my requests were impossible— they weren’t, I had called 3-4 local schools who could all do the times/dates I wanted. And if it was impossible for her school, she should have been polite and simply said she couldn’t do it. I swear this woman has never taken a customer service class in her life, which she desperately needs because it seems that she was neither born nor raised with any manners, decency, or patience. Her fuse is short, and my patience for her egregious attitude is even shorter. Honestly, even if she had been able to book lessons for me & paid ME to take them, I wouldn’t drive with her for a second. Overall I would not engage with this school at all, based on other reviews Donna seems to be a childishly impatient woman with a knack for making others feel uncomfortable and terrible about themselves.

Negative experience: I can’t believe this driving school is still allowed to operate. Donna’s behavior in the car is terribly stressful. She is impatient, erratic, and unsafe. If I spoke to students in my classroom the way she speaks (screams) to new drivers, I’d be out of a job. Screaming at a new driver while they’re behind the wheel is unconscionable. She is also very unorganized. A few times she showed up hours before the scheduled lesson just because she happened to be in the area and wanted to get the lesson done. My driver transferred to a different auto school and became a confident, safe driver. The comment after the first lesson with the new school was, “Is that how all lessons should be? It was amazing.”

Negative experience: RECOMMENDATION: Address Donna's attitude issues to create a supportive learning environment. If you're a beginner, consider alternative driving schools with more supportive instructors. Be cautious of Donna's classes, as her behavior may impact your learning experience. PROBLEMS :ATTITUDE PROBLEM , MISCOMMUNICATION , RUDENESS , LACK OF PATIENCE

Negative experience: Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Donna is very unprofessional. We did a lesson on accelerating and decelerating, the whole time she’s yelling at me because I kept braking, if i hadn’t i would’ve hit the cars in front of me. She does not pay attention, I would go because I had a green light and she’d hit her emergency brake and start yelling at me cause she hadn’t realized the light changed. Also, when my lesson was done, we went to pick up another student. This student stated she had never been behind a wheel before, the student didn’t even know how to put the car in drive. She had the student drive me home 30 minutes away from her house, I swear we almost crashed 6 times, very unsafe. She causes so much anxiety for me, everytime I did something wrong she would yell and she put me in a very unsafe situation.

Fantastic experience: Donna really takes her time to teach her students every detail. Without her, my daughter could never have gotten her license. Thanks, Donna!
