Negative experience: I booked the 2nd class a week before it started. When I called to see if my motorcycle permit exam was OK to use I couldn't get a call back. I later found out elsewhere it was not valid and when I showed up in person to try and talk to them since they wouldn't respond I was told to send an email. It's been 4 days with no response. They took my money. I'm beyond upset. Apparently they had been on vacation the entire time between booking and me showing up. The class was empty when I got there, and is run out of someone shop or something. 1 guy in the class. I wouldn't even want to reschedule. I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere, but I can't get a response.

Fantastic experience: i had an excellent experience here. the teachers were engaging, knowledgeable, safety-centric, thorough, and a delight to learn from. they started my moto journey off right. i definitely plan on going back for more courses.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my basic course, coming into it never having even touched a motorcycle and never driving a manual. Coach Daniel was really funny and engaging in the classroom and Coach Jesse was really great on the course, he was so patient and encouraging and also VERY funny which took the stress off. I ended up breaking my bike dropping it at the very end and needed to come back for a private lesson which I did with Coach Tim and he was, if possible, even more patient and encouraging and I passed my permit test! My sister and I now have our first bike and we are practicing our skills safely thanks to the great training! I will 100% return for more classes, for the quality of the training they honestly don't charge enough.

Fantastic experience: Daniel is the best, have done the level one class for my permit and a one hour private lesson to get the endorsement. Would recommend him to anyone.

Negative experience: I purchased a class for my husband, which he could not end up attending due to the extreme flooding in Whatcom County that weekend (November 2021). Cascade Motorcycle Safety offers me only two options: a refund of 65% of my purchase price or a "standby" class. Most people and businesses in Whatcom County were very accomodating regarding the flood victims and/or those who chose to work to help those in need, but not Cascade Motorcycle Safety. This company is completely unwilling to work with me to reschedule except on a "standby basis" (my husband works swing shift and we don't just "take time off to do standby"). We'll spend the extra gas money to go with a real company in Snohomish or King county.

Fantastic experience: Excellent instructors and they work hard in teaching you not only the skills that you need to get your permit (and endorsement) but those needed to be a safe rider overall. I've taken the first and second riding courses, and will likely take the Street Strategies course in the future. Money well spent.

Positive experience: It's been around a while. Done in the parking lot behind target kind of. Ion not sure if there is even another place around that does it so yay!

Fantastic experience: The instructors at this place are amazing people. I thoroughly enjoyed my courses. I learned so much. Worth every penny.

Negative experience: Instructor would yell at people when they asked questions he deemed "obvious" saying things like "I don't have to time to repeat this" etc. Generally talking down to other beginners who were nervous and asked questions and he assumed people's abilities without really talking to them. Lots of swearing at riders, making demeaning comments about other riders etc. Not a great experience and very unprofessional. Lots of time spent standing around that could have been spent talking about safety while the instructor set up courses. Everything felt rushed and safety strategies were barely talked about in class or on range. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Awesome time. I passed but it took them working on my bad habits. The instructors are awesome and firm, they want you to become riders, but they will let you fail if it's not safe for you. Just go and do it!

Fantastic experience: Amazing MSF course. Great staff who listen and help you improve your skills. Huge emphasis on safety over anything else. Would highly reccomend for anyone looking to start riding a bike or for those who are just getting back into it.
