1 year ago Fantastic experience: Couldn’t speak more highly of Bal’s. Bellingham location is conveniently located. Online learning portion was great. Drive instructors were awesome and always timely. Online learning worked great for my teen with a busy schedule. Testing options were easy to book and complete. Loved being able to complete the state portions at the same locations. My teen is an excellent driver and highly recommend to Bal’s to all.
