The staff’s ability to make learning both fun and informative is a recurring theme in student feedback.

Comprehensive Courses for Every Skill Level

  • Basic Rider Course (BRC): Ideal for first-time riders, this course covers fundamental skills and safety techniques in a supportive group setting.
  • Intermediate and Street Strategies Courses: Advanced options for experienced riders to refine their skills, correct bad habits, and learn real-world riding strategies.
  • Trike and Three-Wheeler Training: Specialized instruction for riders looking to expand their skills to three-wheeled vehicles.

Positive experience: Like what they do, though this location has pros and cons vs. the former Bellingham location.

Negative experience: An interesting experience indeed. I recently went here to take my permit tests. When I finished the written exam the lady convinced me to just sign up for the endorsement tests too. When it came time for the riding skills tests, I joined the group of other riders and was practicing when the lady running the test called me over and told me I wasn’t wearing proper footwear and that I couldn’t take the test unless I swapped shoes. I guess this is a pretty common occurrence here, another rider in the same testing group was also wearing improper footwear but nothing was said about them and I didn’t want to point them out and ruin their day too. It just baffles me that they don’t have any rental boots or any gear you can borrow or buy. What really threw me off here was the attitude of the employees, I had a few questions about proper gear (I’m very new to motorcycles). The sign on the building said “open” but the door was locked and I had to knock and wait to get any response. When someone did answer, the guy seemed really annoyed with my questions like I was wasting his time. He barely cracked the door and wedged himself in the opening like a scared grandma instead of just talking to me face to face like an adult. Really unprofessional in this regard. When I came back to take the skills tests the next week the proctor for the test didn’t even glance at anyone’s gear to make sure everyone had the right equipment yet the week before the lady was absolutely adamant we all had to have it. Anyways, we took the tests and we all passed, they even gave one guy an endorsement after he DROPPED HIS BIKE during the figure 8 test. My buddy who took the tests just a couple months before said someone in his group also received their endorsement after dropping the bike during their test. So I can’t even take the test if my shoes aren’t the right shoes but someone can do the absolute worst thing you could do on the skills tests and still pass? The registration/rescheduling process is also just ridiculous. They do not offer any refunds, the only thing you can do is reschedule tests and everything has to be done yourself on your own device. The employees refuse to help or clarify any questions and get irritated when you ask about the process. Overall I would’ve given a 1 star but I did pass all of my tests so I don’t want to be too harsh (did I really pass it though? They passed a guy who dropped his bike so who knows if they actually paid attention to whether or not I completed each test properly). Way better employee attitudes, clearer test taking requirements, rental equipment, and a refund option would have made this a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I recently took my permit and endorsement tests with them. They were very accommodating as I did all 4 tests in two days and they helped me make sure everything worked out; they also made the tests very fun, efficient, and informative. Their course is pretty neat as well. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
