Negative experience: I work 2 jobs. Have minimal time off. Stopped in to get an extra key (as I had lost one in the spring) on a rare ride.. Service counter seemed bothered by my even being there. Rest of the staff seemed pleasant. Said they do not cut keys...It's a bottle key..I guess they do not program FOB's either? I was ready to walk around the nice showroom...not after that though. Maybe I just took it the wrong way???
Christopher, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I'm sorry we were not clear. All keys need to be ordered. We do not cut keys. However, we do program fobs. We can easily order both the barrel key or the fob for you. Feel free to contact Craig or myself, Deb, and we would be happy to take care of this over the phone for you.

Positive experience: I liked the 2 floors here, no one talked to me like other dealerships I visited on my trek to find a new Harley-Davidson. Didn't purchase one here .. Found some cool's shirts,they have lots of merch and parts available.

Negative experience: What a joke said they would work with me on a estimate for my bike then take 2 months and give me the same thing as the first time. What a joke
