Fantastic experience: Paul was great. He was consistent in pointing out how I can improve. Stopped to make sure we were comfortable with the skills before moving to a new exercise. Good experience and now I need to go practice.

Fantastic experience: Being a young, new rider the course was very information. The coach (Paul) was intuitive, relaxed, and helped a ton with major and minor details of the exercises. Attention to detail was great and I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to learn to ride a bike. Pass or fail, the knowledge/experience is great!

Fantastic experience: Paul was amazing. He was very intentional with how he was testing making everything individualized to everyone’s personal issues. He was extremely encouraging. I had a fall the first day and gave me a pep talk to get back up and finish the class. I love his honestly and since of humor he really helped decrease my anxiety

I traveled from league city, TX by 45 Gulf fwy to Hwy 6 to get trained by Josh. I will never regret taking this opportunity. I can’t thank you guys enough for loving what you guys do.

Negative experience: I called trying to find out how to sign up and where they were located and a guy answered very rudely as I was just trying to get information as I am a new rider. I will not be using their services ever.

We decided to go with Awesome Riding because their West Oaks location was convenient and I am so glad we did. What a great experience. We had an incredible instructor, Coach Paul, who was a teacher in every sense of the word. He has over 40 years of experience with bikes and it shows. We were all beginners and throughout the class, he made everyone feel at ease. He struck that balance between knowing when to have fun and when to get down to business. My son loved the class and enjoyed being around Paul. For me, he spent extra time to ensure that I knew the objectives and was comfortable with the exercises. I can't recommend the Awesome Riding Basic (EP1) course highly enough and definitely ask for Coach Paul.

I had no experience on a motorcycle, but Paul took the time with me and the rest of the class to ensure we were learning everything properly; no rushing and extremely patient. Never forget: A good risk offset is when your skill exceeds the risk you are accepting. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

Fantastic experience: Paul was my instructor at the MSF class I took last weekend. I was nervous going in. Not at all confident that I would pass. Paul’s deep knowledge and skilled demonstrations made complex skills more approachable. From turning techniques to emergency braking and u-turns, I learned the skills while having a really good time. He modeled all of the exercises and his years of experience really helped put the material in real world context. I felt much safer and more confident in my ability to ride a road bike (within my limits). I would highly recommend this course.

He made it fun, he was very knowledgeable and a skilled rider, and he wants to see you learn and pass! And what I loved the most is that at the end he would ask questions on what clicked for us, to see how he could teach or explain something better as a coach; although we were all learning, he was learning too. As a first time rider, I’m glad that I chose this school to be where I learned the basics. Now that I’m licensed, I would still want to come back and keep learning and practicing on my own motorcycle. 10/10 , highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best learning experience as I was already been riding but this was a good refresher course for me to get back into riding again learned a lot from Travis our instructor he was the best at going in depth with the instructions on how to properly execute certain maneuvers and etc.. overall I recommend anyone who wants to learn fast and get into riding.

Fantastic experience: Thanks so much to both coaches Josh and Paul, who were more than happy to answer any questions I had and (I cannot stress this enough) extremely, extremely patient with me until it all finally clicked and was able to pass my Basic Rider Course! The course goes over all of the fundamentals you'll need to get into riding. The class structure is great too and it felt like everybody was really rooting for and helping each other out as we went through. For anyone interested in learning to ride, definitely come and take the BRC (EP1) course with Awesome Riding, I had 0 experience beforehand and had probably the most trouble out of the rest of my class initially, and now I feel like I can confidently start riding - absolutely the best value for money I've ever spent! Note - When they say to bring snacks and hydration with you, they really mean it! Learning to ride for ~7 hours a day if you haven't ever ridden on a motorcycle before will absolutely knock the wind out of you, especially in the Houston heat (I took the course during the summer). I wasn't prepared my first go around and ended up having to retake the class because I was so worn out and sore after the first day that I wasn't able to come in for the second day of the course.
