Fantastic experience: Great service!!! There was not a great selection in shirts or larger sizes.

Positive experience: We had our 2024 bike tire replaced here because HOG roadside service didn't work like it was supposed to, so I drove from D.C. on a Harley-Davidson Breakout with a patched tire. Apparently, you have to break down during business hours near a Harley dealship that gives a crap. We didn't do that part, i guess. We did and still do like Harley, but politics are starting to really change our minds as we decide if we are gonna stay with this company at all. As far as customer service, i can't complain. we still feel stranded from Harley and are making adjustments. This dealership is great as long as you're not gonna talk about all of your concerns with your purchase from any other dealership but theirs. We have a 2024 Breakout and a 2023 Road Glide Limited with a stage 2 and a warranty replaced engine. We would like to bring this in, but we have some concerns because we know why we have two bikes and that's because we are trading them in for more purchases but really I can't until we have the 2nd and the 3rd purchase we made to be figured out and completed. We know all Harleys are separate, but we need to speak to someone who can help us and would like some direction at this point. We are taking this like 10 times more seriously now and are trying everything we haven't done as of yet. We think this will be fruitless but anyway. Feel free free ok calll us if anything you can think of would help

Fantastic experience: I am a very satisfied customer of Wilkins Harley Davidson of Barre Vermont for many years and miles and I'd like to share with you my story. I live in New Hampshire and I started looking at new Harleys many years ago. After two very unsatisfactory visits with dealers closer to home I visited Wilkins. The family tradition of customer satisfaction was, and still is, very evident. Now, years later,  I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on my third bike from Wilkins. All my gear was purchased there and all necessary service performed there. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'm proud to give Wilkins Harley Davidson a 6 STAR RATING!!! Kudos to John Lyon. Salutations to Jon Sargent, Tom Ricker and my new friend Eric Gerrard. A pleasure doing business with you all.

Fantastic experience: Wilkins Harley-Davidson was fantastic, from setting up and scheduling my visit with Becci, to Luke helping me find the best ride for me, and the rest of the crew treating my wife and 2 young sons like family. There was no shortage of help or hospitality. I ended up walking away with a 2024 heritage Softail classic and I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: Best dealership I've personally visited, 5 stars, if you find yourself in the market for a Harley Davidson you'd be cheating yourself going anywhere else but Wilkins to buy it , I can't sing their praises enough
