Fantastic experience: Great service!!! There was not a great selection in shirts or larger sizes.

Positive experience: We had our 2024 bike tire replaced here because HOG roadside service didn't work like it was supposed to, so I drove from D.C. on a Harley-Davidson Breakout with a patched tire. Apparently, you have to break down during business hours near a Harley dealship that gives a crap. We didn't do that part, i guess. We did and still do like Harley, but politics are starting to really change our minds as we decide if we are gonna stay with this company at all. As far as customer service, i can't complain. we still feel stranded from Harley and are making adjustments. This dealership is great as long as you're not gonna talk about all of your concerns with your purchase from any other dealership but theirs. We have a 2024 Breakout and a 2023 Road Glide Limited with a stage 2 and a warranty replaced engine. We would like to bring this in, but we have some concerns because we know why we have two bikes and that's because we are trading them in for more purchases but really I can't until we have the 2nd and the 3rd purchase we made to be figured out and completed. We know all Harleys are separate, but we need to speak to someone who can help us and would like some direction at this point. We are taking this like 10 times more seriously now and are trying everything we haven't done as of yet. We think this will be fruitless but anyway. Feel free free ok calll us if anything you can think of would help

Fantastic experience: I am a very satisfied customer of Wilkins Harley Davidson of Barre Vermont for many years and miles and I'd like to share with you my story. I live in New Hampshire and I started looking at new Harleys many years ago. After two very unsatisfactory visits with dealers closer to home I visited Wilkins. The family tradition of customer satisfaction was, and still is, very evident. Now, years later,  I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on my third bike from Wilkins. All my gear was purchased there and all necessary service performed there. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'm proud to give Wilkins Harley Davidson a 6 STAR RATING!!! Fantastic experience: Hi . I had purchased a harley sportster from a shop that had bought this bike from Wilkins harley. Super happy with the bike it started running a little rough bought it to my local shop to be put on a dyno . Come to find out somone had tuned it an the ecu was locked so I called the place I got it from they told me we're they bought it so I contacted Wilkins harley talked to Eric he tracked down the previous owner eric contacted him to see if we could get the tuner back for it . Eric went above and beyond it took a couple weeks i started to lose hope but this morning I got the call they got it . And there going to mail it to the shop for me . Thank you Eric and thank you Wilkins harley . You guys really came threw . You saved me alot of money . Can't express how happy I am ! You guys rock

Fantastic experience: Bf just bought a Dyna we love it covered most the state during the best time of year to ride. We ordered a seat and myself a new leather. I went to pick both up on a Saturday and was greeted as always by the steller crew. What topped off my stop was the delicious coffee served up by none other then owner John! The service and coffee were equally satisfying and I can't say enough about this finely tuned crew!

Fantastic experience: The short version is. Find any excuse to visit these people. They are guardians to something special. All I ended up picking up was a dealer t-shirt, and I will wear it with pride. While fulfilling the dream to lean a bike through twistys set to the backdrop of the gorgeous Adirondack and White mountains in fall, somehow popping into this dealership shines through as a highlight in all that?!?!?! Before the door closed behind me Mike was greeting me with a smile while offering me a coffee and his help. And by the time I was done the coffee John was offering me orange juice. As I gazed in the showroom Tiffany casually walked over with the warmth of an old friend to see if I needed any help. Jordan was absolutely on point helping us with the reason we were there, service. They got my riding partner up and going as fast as could be imagined. They took a slide that bent a crash bar into a shifter and saved our trip in a few hours. I think Jordan is such an impressive man he landed Jenifer Aniston as a girlfriend and she just hangs out and waits for him to end his shift. My 04 softail has 157000 Km or 97555.2772 miles on it. I will be upgrading sooner then later. To be perfectly honest I wasn't 100% on another Harley. The top leadership's decision to politicize the brand is unnerving and something my soul resists. But these fine people helped me decide. I am 100% not going to BUY a Harley. I'm going to 100% CONTRIBUTE to a family. A family that was there when we needed unexpected help. A family of people that carry the badge Harley. I can't believe I'm actually considering import fees just to see them all again. God bless the Wilkins Harley-Davidson team God bless America May the love you all preserve be guarded and spread across the land.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say thanks to the whole team over at Wilkins , we just rode to Mt Washington from Sudbury Ontario Canada, and one of our fellow riders had a mishap on the way and they got us in right away to help him get back on the road , first off I wanted to thank Tiffany and the other girl which I didn't get her name that helped me with some chaps but unfortunately didn't have the right size , Jordan whom I spoke with on the phone and got us into service super fast and Mike who was super inviting when we showed up there on this past Saturday morning and of course John thanks for the orange juice. This dealership makes me want to cross the border from Canada and buy my next bike at there location, service was unbelievable, I would recommend anyone who is remotely interested in getting into bikes to go visit them , they will surely help you out. Again thanks to Wilkins, the trip wouldn't have been the same without you guys. I'm definitely stopping by if I'm in the area again.

Fantastic experience: Early this Summer, I purchased my first motorcycle, a 2016 Softail Slim-S from an off brand dealer. After 3 weeks of riding, I started to feel as though the bike was shuttering and making noises that I didn't initially hear. Being my first motorcycle, I decided to bring it in to Wilkins to have it fully inspected by a certified HD tech, just to be sure. As I rode the bike to Wilkins (an hour from home) I continued to feel and hear what I believed to be abnormalities from the bike. I doubled back to my house and gave them a call. I spoke with Jordan Pastrana (Service/Parts/Accessories). Putting the cart ahead of the horse, you should know upfront that Jordan is awesome in every way and a more than trustworthy go to for anything Harley related. I voiced my concerns to him and asked if they offered pick up services. Fortunately they did. Long story as short, after the bike was collected, I spoke with a few buddies and family members about my concern with the bike and came to terms with the fact that I would have to do a pricey wheel bearing replacement on a bike I just purchased from an off brand dealer. I told Jordan, the day the bike was collected, that I wanted to replace the wheel bearings and brakes on the bike. The next day, I spoke with Jordan who told me a tech went through the bike and test rode it. He also told me that they will happily replace what I requested, but that there was nothing wrong aside from a bracket that had come loose. It was simply my imagination as I was new to motorcycles. This very easily could have been a situation where Jordan and Wilkins charged me for work that was not necessary and I wouldn't have known the difference. But they didn't and that speaks volume. I picked up my bike, confident that I could ride without hesitation. That was my first interaction with Wilkins and really set the precedent for my levels of expectation. The second time I dealt with Wilkins was due to them taking in a 2020 SGS. One of my good friends showed me a photo that Eric Gerrard (Asst Manager) had posted on Facebook. The bike had quite literally almost everything I wanted, most importantly the paint scheme. I rode in on my Softail Slim S (that I'd owned for about a month) and Eric put together a deal that made all of the sense in the world. Might I add that anytime you purchase a bike there, they throw you a kick ass party. The experience I had with Eric and his facilitation of the deal was nothing short of exceptional. Stress/pressure free on exactly what I wanted. Fair pricing on both ends. And he even made sure that the SGS met what I was looking for in my next bike. Thank you Eric! Since then, I've frequented Wilkins for various reasons. Sometimes just to test ride a bike that has a specific modification that I'm interested in, sometimes to purchase accessories from Jordan and sometimes to visit the great Tiffany Dezotell or Sierra Bisson in the apparel department. Both Tiffany and Sierra deserve their own paragraph, not just an honorable mention. I've dealt with Tiffany more than Sierra, but both are knowledgable, professional and certainly know their craft. Tiffany has paired me with the perfect protective jacket/flannel, 2 separate helmets, riding glasses and random apparel/accessories since my first visit to Wilkins. We joke about trusting their professional opinions and I haven't been let down as of yet. I was fortunate enough to have John Lyon deliver my 20 SGS after I purchased it due to scheduling restraints on my end. It's not often that a GM/Co Owner is so open to communication with clients of their establishment. John is most certainly the exception. He even took the time to go through the bike with me and ensure that I was comfortable/familiar with the controls and operations of the bike. I've brought my young son into Wilkins a few times and every member of the team has always been warm and welcome. Every one at Wilkins is exceptional in every way and I highly recommend them. I've exceeded the character limit, didn't know that was a thing. Kudos to everyone at Wilkins HD.

Fantastic experience: My trip here started with a simple inquiry about a used Trike they had on their website. From the time I hit send on my computer to inquire, within 2 minutes I received a call about my inquiry. We scheduled an appointment to meet the dealership to look at my interest. I had previously received a video regarding the history of the dealership and its family ownership. Watching that video and realizing their dealership has been in business 45 years told me they are doing something right. The day my wife and I walked in the door, the red carpet was rolled out and we were welcomed with open arms. Truly felt like a King and Queen. We were shown all aspects and departments that make up the business. We signed the dotted lines and purchased the Trike. I went back 4 days later to pick up the Trike and, once again, it was like i knew every one of the employees for years. The lights went down, the music played, announcements were made welcoming me as a new Trike owner. They even had a display set up with a bottle of my wife's wine and a pack of my favorite IPA beer. I can't say enough good things about the Wilkins family and dealership but, they truly do care about the customer. There are so many employees that I would like to mention but, they know who they are and they impressed the hell out of us!! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: A family owned and operated dealership, who truly makes you feel like family too! They are community minded as well. From apparel to sales, service, parts, storage, even a riding academy, Wilkins will always make sure you are happy. Just a phenomenal business which is apparent in the culture and commitment of the employees. I am very glad I purchased my bike there, happy to have the upgrades done there and I rest easily knowing my motorcycle is stored in a secure, heated location throughout the winter months. I cannot recall a better business-consumer experience than the several I’ve had at Wilkins.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in Saturday 9/14/2024. I arrived about 20 minutes after the dealership closed. Doors were still open. They let me come in and get some water and stretch my legs. Last stop on my way home on a 300 mile motorcycle ride. Very friendly and welcoming. Next time I'm looking for a bike, this is where I will be going.

Fantastic experience: Over this past weekend, I had the pleasure of doing Wilkin Haley Davidsons riders course! It was an amazing experience where I got to re learn and work on my skills on a motorcycle. I had a motorcycle when I was 19 for transportation purposes only. It had been something I always wanted to do and learn but I was afraid to. I road my first bike for just about a year before getting a new car. Ever sense I had stopped it felt like something had been missing in my life. I wanted to dive back in and this was the perfect way to do it. I find that many people have a misunderstanding about motorcycle. It isn’t just about riding the bike and being safe. It is about having an amazing community and family along your journey. It is obviously really fun as well! Our instructor Ed Pierce and John Lyon (owner of Wilkins) are two of the most inspiring people I’ve met. As soon as you walk into the class they make you feel so welcome. It was like my nerves went out the door. They were beyond patient with every single one of us and never stopped showing they cared about our improvement. There passion for motorcycles, the class and their students showed throughout the weekend. John, Ed still had the better demonstration - sorry not sorry Not only did we get to meet amazing instructors but we got to meet all of the Wilkins Harley Davison family. They were all so excited to meet us and shared our same passion. I have never walked into a business and thought, “wow they all really love there job”. Normally I have found there is always an outsider. Not with this team. They were all energetic, happy and were cracking jokes with us all. They are a really special group. To my classmates: Anna, Joesph, Caitlin and Peter Thank you all for making this class so enjoyable. I went into this being very nervous about other classmates and the instructors. You just never know what you are going to walk into. After meeting you guys, it helped ease my mind a lot. From the first day, same as with the instructors, you were all so supportive and understanding. Everyone in this class has a passion and love for motorcycles. We all went in being beginners and we all came out being better then what we started. It was a pleasure having all of you in this class. While going through their course, you have the ability to take the Vermont DMV motorcycle endorsement test. Which I think is a really cool perk. I passed! Whether I passed or not, I would not have regretted going through this amazing opportunity and meeting all the amazing people I did. No matter what you leave with a Vermont DMV motorcycle permit. Thank you to Mark, there riding course manager making others things for helping me get into this course and letting me reschedule when I was sick for the first one. If anyone is wanting to learn how to ride a motorcycle or even has been riding and wants to becoming better. I highly recommend this course. You will not regret it.

Positive experience: Ride my trike from Myrtle Beach SC to Montgomery Center Vermont and this was the closest HD shop for me to stop in to grab a shop tshirt and a few poker chips. They only had one remaining Large sized shirt that I liked. It was a display shirt but they sold it to me any way which was cool. They had a birthday cake for an employee which was cool to see them sing to that person. Decent amount of bikes and no sales pressure. The young lady who sold me my shirt and chip was completely chill and gave us a good recommendation for lunch (ladder-1). No RG3 to look at that a friend may have been interested in buying on site. He’s a local so he may or may not be back.

They had the battery I needed, towed the bike there and was done on probably 30 minutes. The other staff were very friendly, got ask if I needed any help at least 3 time. Fantastic experience: My wife and I stopped in while on a road trip. We were greeted by Mike with two bottles of cold water at the door. He gave us a quick history of the dealership and treated us like royalty even though he knew we were from Maine and weren’t going to walk out with much more than a couple of t-shirts. The next day we had to pop back in after spending the night in Burlington and getting a check engine light. They quickly fit us in the shop, checked everything over, kept us entertained, and sent us on our way. I’ve been to nearly every Harley dealership in New England and this was BAR FAR the ABSOLUTE BEST experience I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Wilkins. Today, I was more surprised than I have ever been in my 46 years. My wife. Surprised me today, with a 2017 Road Glide from Wilkins…. This is a review for Wilkins, not my wife…so…. 1. I get a full tour of their newer facility addition….wonderfully informational ( I have no idea I have a bike waiting for me there) 2. I walk back out to the show room, after the tour, the lights dim, I look around, every employee is sitting on a bike, good music turns on, a disco ball, and they say my name over a pa, I still am not aware of what’s happening,,,, 3. The pa instructs me to “open my present” and I turn, to see a 10” pop up tent, surrounded with wrapping paper….i tore into it to see my new bike 4. Wilkins setup a special table for me, I quit booze 20 years ago, have a sweet tooth, and they had n/a drinks, gummy bears and a Wilkins dog collar for our dog Over the top, amazing, sentimental, and Wilkins proved to me, that customer service is still well and alive at their dealership….thanks guys/gals…made a very special day for me.. You’ve made this guys week/month and year, with many many more trips to Wilkins in my future..

Fantastic experience: I recently dropped off a motorcycle for service. I was greeted at the service entrance and was told.aomeone would be out to check me in. Before I had the trailer door open someone was there with a clipboard taking the vitals, tier tread depth and a statement about the issue. I then stopped in the showroom to take advantage of a T-shirt offer. I was greeted immediately at the door and invited in and directed to the salesperson. I had read about Wilkins Harley and their awards and great customer service. I now have experienced it. Worth a trip!

Fantastic experience: Bought my first newer Harley bike in spring of 2020 (2019 Fat Bob) during Covid shutdowns through Mike at Wilkins. Super cool down to earth guy. You can tell he really loves bikes and the Harley culture, seems almost excited about you getting a new bike as you are! Sent in a request yesterday (2024) on their online portal and shortly after mike was getting ahold of me answering all questions I had, sending me videos of bikes I was interested in and getting quotes on them. (And he’s not even a regular salesman there anymore!) Great experience buying at Wilkins. All the staff are extremely welcoming while in the store and during the tour around. Big thanks to mike (my sales guy) and Mandy (the finance lady) for making both my buying experiences in 2020 and 2024 easy, simple and enjoyable. Within an hour or so I was riding away on my beautiful new gunship gray low rider s with a sweet new Bluetooth helmet for tunes. I will most definitely continue choosing Wilkins Harley Davidson in the future. They have a large inventory of nice used motorcycles, many with tasteful add ons as well as all the new models. Fantastic experience: not gonna lie I have purchased 5 brand new Harleys from my local dealer (11miles from me) in NH over the past 10 years and I thought they were a good dealer to work with that was until I made and 2.5 hour trip to Wilkins Harley. from first contact with John via phone and then onto texts from John and Mike they treated me like I had been buying bikes from them since the 50's. super transparent pricing very upfront and welcoming when I arrived to look at the different colors of the new 24 RG. they gave me a tour of the dealership and it was right in the middle of a chili cook off they were super busy and still made me fell like I was the only person at the dealership. I would recommend Wilkins Harley to everyone I know from now on. even after the sale both John and Mike answered all of my questions right away and never left me high and dry. I can not say enough about how great of a team they have there and there enjoyment for helping riders onto a new ride thanks again Wilkins team

Fantastic experience: My touring bike had a rear flat tire on Thursday June 8th on the interstate just before Burlington in the afternoon. When we called Wilkins, they promised to fix it when we got to their location by tow truck, which was 3 hours later but they did it! Just wanted to share what wonderful customer service they provided. We were on our way to a 911 ride in Prince Edward Island and would have missed it if they had not come through. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Wilkens Harley in Barre Vermont. I stop there last Friday while on my way to Laconia. I needed a new Jiffy spring when I notice my existing was loose. I purchased a new one from the parts department. Then I ask if someone could install it. He grab a technician and he came out an install with 10 mins and I was on my way. No charge, but I gave him a nice tip. Thanks

Fantastic experience: I have bought more vehicles and toys than I can count over the years, from tons of dealerships, and I can honestly say I have NEVER seen any auto, boat, bike, or other dealership that even comes remotely close to Wilkins and their staff. People are what make an organization, and Wilkins employs the absolute finest. It is evident they all love what they do. From my first phone call to ask about a test ride, to when I walked in the dealership, I was enthusiastically greeted and introduced all around. I instantly felt like I belonged there even though I didn’t own a Harley yet. Luke was excellent to work with, and the entire sales process was zero pressure. The nice touch was that the GM insists on personally giving you the overview of your new ride, explains all features, and gives you his personal cell number if you have questions. Could I have saved a few bucks buying from somewhere else that sacrifices service for bare bones cost? Probably. Will I sleep like an baby knowing I bought a quality product from a gem of a dealership that treats their customers like close family and will be there for me any time I have a question? Absolutely. There is a reason they are the top rated dealership in New England, and it’s because of the people that work there, that care about the people that shop there. John sent me a video of the bike I was interested in basically picking the bike apart of every little flaw that it had. Fantastic experience: A friend and I attended a 75th anniversary event on 11/12/22 at Wilkins HD. I had intended to buy a new bike in the spring, however after arriving at the event and watching Wilkins employees interact with the approximate 500 people in attendance (they greeted numerous people by first name) like they were friends. I changed my mind and decided to buy that day. I spoke with Mike a salesman and he amazed me I told him my reasons for wanting a new ride, he showed me three bikes and did not try to push me any which way nor did he try to talk me into something I didn't want. I picked an Ultra limited with the Apex black paint. Mike then introduced me to Jenna who was to do the paperwork. After about 45 minutes the paperwork was done. Jenna then introduced me to another employees (sorry I forgot his name) who walked me thru the different departments and what they could do for me. i was then walked thru the operation and its options right at the bike demonstrating what he was explaining. I also spoke with the owner John and found him to be a caring and attentive person. While standing next to the bike a customer who I did not know came up to me and gave me a bell to attach to the bike to keep the legend of the bell going. This was amazing to me as it reflects on the environment and attitude that the owner and employees have created. Wilkins HD is one unique dealership and have my total respect. Thanks again for a totally great experience.

In 2 days John (the owner) and his father picked up my Harley. The process was so quick and smooth that I was scared it was a scam. John was so understanding and caring about my situation and really gave me a fair price to be able to sell the Harley I would recommend Wilkins HD 100%

Fantastic experience: I trailered my 2013 Road King from NH in hopes they could fix a hesitation and bucking problem. I had taken to another, well known HD dealer in Laconia NH who couldn’t fix it but did manage to get over $300 from me for an unrelated issue that did nothing to fix the bike. And I tried another local bike shop that couldn’t fix it either. At Wilkins, I was very impressed with the customer service. They treat you like you are the reason they are there - to serve you. The mechanic came out to explain what she did to fix it which was great. Professional work from a very talented technician. I test road it and it ran like new. The lady was helping me even helped me strap it down on the trailer on the way out. Extremely satisfied! Wilkins is worth the 90 minute drive for me.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I rode up to look at the new HD PanAmerica adventure bikes. John Lyons, Jon Sargent, and the entire team were so welcoming and helpful to educate us. Despite inventory shortages and parts issues all over the country they still manage to make the buying experience as pleasurable as possible. I have been a regular customer at this dealership since 2004 and have purchased many motorcycles from them. Wilkins' Harley Davidson always makes you feel like a member of a community and a family. You are never just a sale on a stat sheet. My recent purchasing experience was simply more and more of the same. Great service and smooth and easy sales process. Members from sales, service and motor clothes all stayed late with me so I could get my bike set up on the day I purchased it. Individually Darcy and Sierra were amazing in getting me set up with some gear. Tom, Chris and Molly were super helpful going over some possible upgrades and getting some parts swapped over from my trade to my new bike. Trevor was his usual amazing self and helped me tweak some things so the bike fit just right. Jon, John and Mike were great during the buying process and they always make any visit fun. I am not someone that likes the hoopla for my experience so I prefer it low key but they always make it feel special. They even snagged a photo of me which I never really like but on this occasion I caved. I also cannot forget about Ms. Jenna in the finance department who did some magic and saved me a bunch on my bike insurance policy and as always had everything ready to sign and go in no time flat. Fantastic experience: Today my wife and I went into Wilkins to look at buying my first Harley Davidson and were instantly greated at the door by some of there wonderful staff. Instantly had the feeling that it would be a great experience. After being walked around to look at a bunch of options and gaining more knowledge I was ready to take one of for a test ride. After returning I knew it was the one and the process of all the paperwork was super simple everyone made that possible, getting the nerves away and making sure we had everything we needed they were so attentive to our needs 100%!!! Everyone that I met made us feel like we were family that's for sure!!! Our overall experience was more then I could ever imagine they all make it super special and I'm truly grateful for everything .
