Hoosier Harley-Davidson

Fantastic experience: To start these people here are absolutely fantastic. Started off as inquiring about an oil change closer to home before our Tennessee trip and turned into not one but multiple awesome visits to Hoosier Harley. Their down right honesty sold me. They are not the regular parts sellers they actually want you to achieve your goals without breaking the bank. Anything you need done whether big or small these boys got you covered. Travis built an awesome team of BUILDERS that know what they are doing. This is the best dealer around that actually build bikes, not just sell you the newest gadget out.

Negative experience: My girlfriend went here for the rider course and bought a bike. While there, an employee (Bobby) continued to flirt with her and even went as far as to text her and hit on her even when she expressed she was not interested. Texts included “are you and your boyfriend serious” and texting her the next day “I hope you have a good day. Smile your beautiful.” For texts that were supposed to be professional and only about helping her find a bike, they sure seem to cross that line. Travis and the owner were helpful with the situation. But I still expect better from a dealer. Everything else was a fine experience Edit to add for the response: The employee was on the clock while hitting on her and she mentioned her discomfort to the salesmen she dealt with. Not sure how that means she consented when she expressed her discomfort and how weirded out she was to an employee while there. I’d also like to add that Hoosier originally seemed to care about the issue and had said they talked with the employee and asked me to remove my first review. I decided to put a second one up so others may be aware of the situation in case they decided to come here since the employee is still there and may do it again but now Hoosier claims it has nothing to do with them. Can’t say you care about the situation and you want to take care of it then say it has nothing to do with you when I try to warn others of what has happened

Super friendly, laid back with that hometown feel, and they made it so easy to talk to about what I was interested in as well as my trade.
