Fantastic experience: Was going to look for a small gift for my mother since she rides and decided to swing by. There was a Friday 13th event goin on for tattoos and I almost got one! Anyways, great service (Adora I think) and cool event! Looking forward to the next events!

Negative experience: Terrible experience this dealership is horrible and straight robbed a disabled veteran. I was excited to get my first Harley and came to purchase. I signed for one price and got into financed and was screwed into paying 200 more than what I agreed on at the table. I had the worst experience ever in this store and should’ve went to a local dealership instead. I did not have the Harley experience by any means. I was moved around to clothing and straight into finance never got a chance to see parts or add anything to my bike. I didn’t get a chance to ring the bell like every other Harley customer does when they buy a bike. Worst experience thus far in purchasing any vehicle in my life. Honestly considering just taking it to another store and paying whatever negative equity is on the bike at this point. This is exactly why people don’t like Harley Davidson brand. The dealership made a boat load of money off me and couldn’t even offer me handle bars. The manager just ignored me never came and congratulated me on my purchase either. I will never in my life buy another Harley Davidson from this experience. They only called when I left them a bad review shows how much they actually care about their job or Harley Davidson as a brand. If this is how Harley treats all its customers no wonder the sales are so freaking low. Never Again!
