Negative experience: Phillip and the current parts manager are incapable of providing customer service. They lack basic problem solving skills in a retail setting. Harley Davidson is a huge conglomerate there is no excuse to let people with this personality interact directly with paying customers. The GM took our customer service call and reached an EASY solution. Thanks to that individual for clearing it up for us.
Fantastic experience: Recently bought a used sportster S from here. Nothing but good things to say. Cristian was great. The entire staff was great. I inquired about the bike on his Facebook. He took me seriously, unlike others that thought I wasn’t a serious buyer. I did everything online. Bought the bike without a test drive. Drove all the way from Houston to pick it up. Got a good deal on a great bike. High recommend Fort Worth Harley Davidson.

Negative experience: Just purchased a 2022 Fat Boy. Great bike, Salesman was GREAT to deal with along with David and his crew in Service as I made a couple of upgrades…everyone else in sales were great along with the Financial guys…NOW HERE IS THE RUB!…signed up for the motorcycle safety course for insurance purposes, BIG MISTAKE, Heather was curt and rude…DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK/got it…ALL YOU NEED IS A STATE APPROVED SAFETY COURSE THROUGH A TEXAS CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR… Would I buy again from Ft Worth Harley, ABSOLUTELY…but I would not take the safety course till they get a person with better people skills…She needs to read the $6k Egg… Gratitude, transparency and diligence can take your reputation from mediocre to stellar in no time. If you approach each interaction as an opportunity to forge strong ties, the benefits are boundless. Oppositely, the failure to follow

Negative experience: I was sold a used bike where 3 weeks later the handle bars became loose while I was stopping and going. The clowns in service said they fixed it while I went 4 days without my bike. 1 week later as I was stopping I almost wrecked because the handle bars became loose again. They don’t stand behind their work. They charged me $170 for their continuous negligence. I have high bars (ape hangers) and they put them so far forward I couldn’t ride my bike. So I had to go to ANOTHER non Harley shop to adjust them. GO TO ANOTHER SHOP. DO NOT GET WORK DONE BY THESE INEPT “mechanics” . They need more schooling. They couldn’t even put the logo upright after they were done with the job.
Negative experience: Parts service was crappy looking for some help on a brake line. Rep had no desire to help me
Fantastic experience: Recently moved back to DFW, had to get some parts and called up there. They were helpful and very courteous. When I arrived to pick up the parts, they were already boxed up for me. Even took the time to print out diagrams for the repairs I was attempting to do on my own. Thanks a lot Parts Department! Will return for all my H-D needs going forward.

Positive experience: Black and gold knocks these guys out of the water but they still got the deal done on my new motorcycle so I’m happy with the sales and financing manager. My sales guy however gave me zero rundown of my new ride nor did he provide a manual. I had no idea about the break in period, didn’t know I needed a battery harness, and figured out the bike myself. Why did he get a commission? He helped another guy while the sales manager got my deal done. Not impressed but is what it is.
Positive experience: Went in around mid-June 2024 asking for a trade in estimate on my bike so I could purchase a new bike. Was moving soon and wanted a more comfortable ride to my new location. Salesman spent 40 minutes with me explaining the differences between models. He was very helpful and knowledgeable After exchanging numbers he said he would be back in touch with the trade in value. Never heard back from him. I guess I could have called but I didn’t feel I should beg someone to sell me a $35,000 motorcycle. I felt totally ignored and irrelevant. I had made up my mind on which bike to buy and was ready to close the deal. Anyway, nicely stocked store and great location. UPDATE: finally got a call back and text message 5 weeks later. Reason was something to the effect that they had systems issues thus not able to access customer information. Better late than never I suppose. Unfortunately, I’ve since moved out of the area, so this is no longer my local HD dealer. Sorry things didn’t work out better.

Negative experience: Took my bike in for a oil change and inspection. I was the second bike in at 9am three hours later I get my bike out. Not the way I want to spend my Saturday. Service department has no communication with techs. Husband also took his bike for service 5 hours later and demanding his bike we finally got it and left. We will not be back. Prices are unbelievable.
Fantastic experience: Marcus came and picked my bike up today for a mechanical issue. Not only was he very professional (loaded my bike like it was his own) but his personality and friendliness is what made it the best. Thanks Marcus!
Negative experience: Pretty disappointed with the service department. The lady at the desk was kind enough. My problem is spending over $470 on 3 parts and 2 hours of labor that didn’t have anything to do with my initial problem. Bike ran the same out the door as it came in. I requested a diagnostic and gave them some recommendations on what I thought the problem could be which were all completely dismissed as they are the professionals and I am not (which I give them the benefit of the doubt.) Fast forward and I get my “self diagnosed” part in and change it out in 1 hour. Problem Fixed. I’m grateful to be a little more mechanically inclined than some but I also don’t mind spending the money for quality service and maybe verification that the bike runs properly afterwards and that is not what I received here.

Fantastic experience: Stopped by on the way back home from Amarillo. Talked to Christian. Awesome guy, it was my girlfriends first experience at a Harley shop and he made us both very comfortable there. Also beautiful store nice and pretty on a hill. If you do stop by, say what’s up to Christian!
Negative experience: Please do not take their riding academy! I was a first time rider and the coaches are very verbally abusive with their words! They expected me to have a full understanding of the bike I’m guessing because everyone else was an experienced rider but I have never rode one I was there to learn and instead I was criticized and made fun of in front of the class by the instructors. They had 0 patients with me basically paid 200 dollars for them to try and sell me their store products a whole day was dedicated to that had nothing to do with what I was there for. The coaches claimed to be over worked working 7 days which is understandable but they still need to be professional and considerate of new riders would never recommend this place I was warned by other riders about this place but I still decided to give them a shot and I highly regret it was a total waste of money I passed the riding test but failed the written part by 5 questions they just told me to leave and didn’t say anything to me about coming back or anything it’s been a week still haven’t received a call from them on a reschedule or if I’m basically out 200 dollars
Negative experience: I entered this Harley on 4/9 around 1pm with my friend. For reference I am a female and my friend is a male. I fully intended on purchasing a Harley that day and had cash to do so. When we walked in we were looking around for about two minutes before a sales guy came up to us. He asked my friend what we were looking for and he answered with “Oh she is looking for a sportster”. The sales associate (Pegleg was his name) then continued to only speak to my friend. I told him “I am the one purchasing the bike!” And he then asked my friend “what kind of sportster?” To which I replied again and said “I want a sportster 1200, older model with some miles”. Again good ol pegleg ignored me and told my friend the sportsters are over here. When he finally addressed me he said “you’ll want an 883 which are these four bikes” and to which I said three more times “no thanks, I came here for a 1200”. When I went to sit on a bike I liked to see how it felt Pegleg sighed very loudly and said “I guess you could do that!” And then began to turn the bike on for me as if I was not allowed to. As I was actively sitting on the bike he continued to talk only to my male friend about the bikes and I became so frustrated I told my friend we needed to leave. My friend was also very uncomfortable from the pure sexism coming from this guy. As if to make the cherry on top of a horrible experience on the way out Pegleg said “Do you even have your endorsement?” To which I replied “yep.” We left and I will never be returning to this Harley Davidson. I actually went next door to Indian and was greeted with nothing but respect and knowledge from a lovely sales guy named Matt. I hope other female riders aren’t disrespected by this guy or anyone else while shopping at Harley.
Negative experience: The parts department sucks, their in no hurry to help you, to busy talking, I brought a battery wasn't in a box, I get home and he didn't give me the bolts that were supposed to come with it, first time I bought a lithium battery and they swapped it out twice already and it keeps failing but they can't give a refund, so I just brought another one and I'll have to wait again cause he didn't give me the bolts.. Thanks again, I won't bother you again.!!

Fantastic experience: 4/6/2024. Took in my Nightster Special to get Service done. Super friendly atmosphere, they were able to take my bike in and get it back to me within about 2 hrs. Also bought lights for my other bike and the fella at the parts counter was just awesome! I will definitely be doing more business there. Thats the first time I left a bike dealership after service and I was super chill because the price, service and the people were all great! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Bought my first Harley! Cristian Garcia was so attentive and really concerned about the bike I chose. I am a petite 5'2 and he just worked so hard finding the right bike and accessories for me. Everyone is amazing there. Am taking the Safety Course again. The coaches are serious about your safety, so if you want to learn the right way they are the best! Trish and Billy, thank you both as well. I can't name everyone there but you do feel like it's family.
Negative experience: Only good thing about this place was Trish. The Ali and Allison are the most rudest, condescending people we have ever encountered. We own Harley’s and spends thousands yes thousands on Harley gear. Walked in to get gear. She looked at us and looked away. Not once spoke or anything. Now Trish!!! I love her. Glad we don’t have a reason to ever come back here.

Fantastic experience: Husband is leaving FWHD an extremely happy man after making a deal with Tex and Randy yesterday on the 2024 CVO Road Glide ST. Randy and Dale worked to make all of our numbers fall the way they needed to and Randy even went above and beyond to make calls into our financing dept to make the deal work out under the terms WE wanted. When we did initial applications, Randy told us all the options we had and offered to submit up to an additional bank but advised not to because he didn’t want to shotgun our credit. When you live in a world where credit is everything, that means a lot to the consumer because many dealerships will just throw your social security number in the pool of sharks to make their quota. This is not that dealership. Bill in finance was also very transparent and easy to talk to at signing. At no point did we feel pressured, backed in to a corner or like we were having to play a game to get the deal done. Everyone we worked with was very upfront, and that’s how we like to also do business. In the end he is getting his dream bike and looking forward to the happy miles ahead.

Negative experience: I'm just gonna be frank, i don't like to complain because sometimes it's my own fault for not being cautious, but Ft.Worth Harley is your typical dealer at vehicle sales and worse in parts department, i can't believe dealers can set their own markup on parts aside from the manufacturer. I paid their markup several times without complaint, but when they order the wrong part and bump the same part for the right bike by $65 it's unacceptable! I will never go back to Ft.Worth Harley again!! I'm glad I own my last Harley!!

Negative experience: The service department is horrible. Went in for a safety inspection and had a question about the security code on my new 23 breakout with less than 100 miles on it. He sighed and told me that it was gonna be 45min to a hour for the inspection. I was perfectly fine with waiting as I didn't have an appointment, but he seem irritated to help. (I was the only person in there.) I also wanted to schedule an appointment for an issue i was having with being able to change my code on the bike as it took me about 10 different tries to get it to even show up, after finally being able to change it getting the code input screen to show up was another problem and would go away after about 4 seconds. His response to me was that he has had nobody be able to change the code without them changing it for them and he would have to charge me $89. After I explained I can't even get the input to show up or stay up for more than 3 to 4 seconds to input the code he came out to look and try. After 3 unsuccessful trys he then was able to input it quick enough and told me I just have to be quicker with it. I spent over 25k on a new bike and have only had it for a few weeks and that's the response for a warranty issue? Come on do better. I know that's not Harley's view on it. Called Texas Harley about 30min drive further who scheduled me an appointment and was very knowledgeable and wanting to take care of me. I will be going there from now on

Negative experience: William (Bill) Jarrell is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. He constantly spoke bad about my bank and the federal government. The price he quoted me changed when I went to sign the paperwork. I will never do business with this company again. If I could give zero stars I would as any stars are a stretch.
Fantastic experience: FTW Harley is a great dealership. If you need parts, give Phillip Reiley a call. He's extremely friendly and helpful. My only critique for management/owner is that our location does not do enough in the event space. Pre-COVID we had a ton of events, Post-COVID there have been almost none. I would love to see more events locally instead of having to drive to other dealerships to attend events!

Fantastic experience: Every single time I go in here without my husband, I'm ignored. I went solo yesterday, walked past at least 5 employees, not one acknowledged me. Response to the managers request: i entered the store around 1700, I was wearing a maroon shirt and black skirt. I walked past three employees standing by a bike as I made my way to clothing. It should have been obvious I was looking for something since I briefly stopped at the front door to see where the clothing was located. I walked past those employees, to clothing where there were a few employees chatting. I looked at boots, then made my way back to the front making eye contact with a male employee standing in an office doorway to my right as I exited. I believe he had blond hair and a beard. I'm ready to purchase my first bike.... its a super bummer that your staff wasn't more willing to help. Hope that helps. UPDATE: Lt. Dan saved my experience. I returned to the store with my husband on a busy Saturday. Dan was attentive and patiently helped me find a mc that fit my small frame. Although we ended up buying an Indian, I will definitely be back when I am ready for a larger bike.
Autumn, so sorry that you're experience wasn't as good as it should have been! Can you please tell me when you were in the store so I can review the cameras and discuss with our personnel who didn't give you proper service. Obviously this isn't what we expect of our team.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you about the amazing customer service at this Harely Dealership! We were visiting from out of state and I stop at the Harley Dealership in Forth Worth to grab a shirt and poker chip. We went to leave and my moms van wouldn’t start. My sister when in and talked with a worker, they didn’t hesitate to come out and jump the van. Long Story short the alternator went out had to wait for a tow. The employees at the dealership let us stay inside offered us water and coffee. They are completely amazing!!! This was July of this year in triple digit heat. Thank You for all the love y’all showed us!!! Best customer service ever!!! Definitely will swing by the next time I’m in Fort Worth!!!

Fantastic experience: So you wish you could find an old school motorcycle shop with a laid back feel? FOOND ONE!!! I had heard nothing but horror stories about Ft. Worth Harley Davidson from tons of my biker buddies. But Monday, I decided I’d stop in to look at their inventory. It took a few minutes for someone from sales to interact with me. Much to my surprise it was the lady of the group. Lindsay Wiles introduced herself and inquired about my reason for being there. Within a few minutes she began showing me the in stock Road Glides. Because I was in shorts there was to be no test ride but then I hadn’t planned on stopping so I returned the next day. Tuesday I met up with Lindsay at the store and did the test rides. Obviously, I ended buying the bike. But this time I didn’t buy the bike I much as I bought experience in dealership! Every person we (my wife went with on Tuesday) had contact with and several that we didn’t, each sat and talked with us as if we’d been in to see them a thousand times. So Lindsay, thank you for saying hello and letting me meet the family. It was great to meet Bill, Karl, and Tommy, Phil and Billy from parts, Miss Harriet and Tracey from motorclothes and all the guys in service. LADIES GO SEE LUNDSAY!! SHE ACTUALLY RIDES! GUYS GO SEE LINDSAY! SHE RIDES HER OWN ROAD GLIDE….. 1 1/2 hours from home and I pass all the others to get here now! BY THE WAY, TUESDAYS ARE LINDSAY DAY OFF! But she met me anyway!! Thank again, everyone!

Negative experience: My wife just took their motorcycle safety course, and the instructors were rude and unprofessional. She passed the written test with no problem, but on the day of the practical test, they failed her. They didn't tell her why and they simply pointed at her and 4 others and said "your done" she didn't even know what they meant so she had to ask them if she failed and they, with attitude, like she was wasting their time, said yes. Again they did not tell her why so a friend of hers that knew the instructors called them to ask why she failed so we could try to work on those things with her and they lied and said they couldn't disclose that information and then he asked again "why did you fail her?" And they said "We didn't fail her she failed herself." That is very unprofessional and not at all attractive to someone wanting to learn or promote safety. They should have pointed out to her what she did wrong and encouraged her to come back and try again, not belittle and discourage her from something that she has wanted to learn to do for years. I would discourage anyone from attending this class or doing business with Fort Worth Harley Davidson because if that is the instructors they choose to employ they clearly don't care about safety.

Negative experience: Spend 30k plus dollars on a new bike and when you need something fixed they have no time to help. They were okay with me to ride a questionable tire to another dealer for repairs. GOOD LUCK was all I got. It appears selling a bike is more valuable than the safety of the customer.

Fantastic experience: The service department at Fort Worth Harley is top notch. I took my bike in for a 20K mile service including brake fluid change today and from the drop off to the pick up was right around two hours and their waiting areas are comfortable and inviting. Recently they have changed tires on the bike with the same efficient and professional work. I will not state anything negative about other dealerships but if you have a choice - choose Fort Worth Harley.

Negative experience: horrible service! i signed up for the first time learning class it was going amazing then as life happens i had an emergency before one of the classes… trying to reach out to the coordinator by the name of heather which took forever to even get a response instead of rescheduling me she offered i pay an additional charge for another class. heather did not want to help me at all horrible service.
Fantastic experience: Bought a used Breakout today. Ran into a problem 20 minutes down the road. They came and picked me and the bike up and took us back to the dealership. They stayed late and made sure I was able to get back on the road. I was really frustrated, but their customer service was so good it totally made up for it! Thank you Randy Mitchell and Alex Hughes. In fact, thank you to everybody at Fort Worth HD!

Negative experience: Called in from out of town, interested in trading my bike. (This is after I submitted an online inquiry a couple hours earlier with no follow up) Person that answered did not provide their or their dealerships info, they just simply answered “Harley Davidson”. To which I responded and asked if it was the sales dept, to which they replied, “yeah it’s sales”…. must not be in any rush to make a sale. I’ll take my business to a dealership that wants it.
Fantastic experience: I want to thank FT HD for another GREAT experience. I bought a 10 Deluxe many years back before the remodel from Race, awesome guy. So I was in the mode to buy another bike so who did I think of? Of course FT HD. Race is no longer there so Randy and Peg helped me out and let tell you, again FT HD came through. I have 3 bikes and my wife said no more but after much consideration she said I could buy a 4th one day. Lol. But just got this gem. 2017 ultra limit with ONLY 960 miles. We all have choices but I will put money that if you buy at FT HD. You will never buy from any other dealership again. These guys are legit. Through in some highway pegs and brackets and put new tires on. Best dealership in the DFW area hands down. Don't waste your time anywhere else, you will not be disappointed. Peg/Randy, I be back in a few years to buy my Road King... Save me a good one. Thanks EVERYONE at FTW HD!!

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience at Ft. Worth H-D! They had a Road King in the color I had been lusting for, but I wasn’t local. My salesman, Tex was very easy to work with over the phone and very responsive. I drove 3 hours to this dealer and to my delight, everything was in order and my bike was ready for me. No bait and switch, no bs. The price didn’t change when I arrived. Over the years, I’ve purchased 11 cars and 3 motorcycles. This was the best experience I’ve had at a dealer. I even got a handwritten thank you note in the mail. Nice touch. Thanks Tex, Jonathan and Jeanna! Nobody at the dealer asked me to leave a review or give high marks on a csi survey. I’m posting this on my own accord.

Fantastic experience: It's a Harley Dealership so you sort of know what you're in for. But the showroom is big, clean, and comfortable. The staff from motorcycle sales and service, to the merch and apparel section are super welcoming and make hanging out and chatting a great experience. The sales people are informative and helpful without being pushy. This location also hosts a pretty active Riders Academy to get new folks on two wheels and acts as a home base for the local Harley Owners Group chapter.

Fantastic experience: Came here to do some last-minute Christmas shopping for some Harley enthusiasts on my list. Michelle in the clothing & merchandise department was incredible. She took a good 40 minutes to show me around the entire department and help me find the perfect gifts! The rest of the staff members were very friendly and helpful as well! Outstanding service.

Negative experience: The store is ok but they are WAY too proud of their merchandise. Shirts are among the most expensive I have seen at any dealer, including the ones in Sturgis and Daytona Beach. I had to buy a couple maintenance parts and they were marked up about $4 more than they cost online. They also never have any events and no one ever seems to be there. It's a great location for an event but it is always really boring.
Negative experience: We went to get a part for my 2022 breakout and the parts salesman told us that this would be the perfect one for my motorcycle and he even called a mechanic to confirm thats the perfect part. When we tried it on our motorcycle it was not the right one. When we returned it to the dealer i was trying to explain why i was returning it and they were very rude and they also kept shushing me. they did not want to do a return or an exchange it to the one that fits And the parts salesman only used an excuse that he doesn't remember prior conversation . Can't believe a prestigious Dealer I do not recommend the parts sales . I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS FORT WORTH HARLEY DAVIDSON .
Fantastic experience: During a trip back to Austin from the Fort Worth area I picked up some staples in my rear tire and began losing pressure fast. Thankfully they had the tire I needed and were able to get me taken care of with only an hour before the service area closed. While waiting and wondering the store the sales staff checked in with me and we had great conversations passing the time till I was able to head on home. I'll definitely stop back in the next time I'm up that way, hopefully not requiring maintenance.
Negative experience: Went in and was looking at the sales of clothing. 20-60% off. I asked the question if it was off the price marked or if that was the sales price. I was informed the discount was given after the taxed amount of the full price. If that is the case you are being over taxes. The exception to the rule would be the manufacturer being the one who is providing the discount. In this case the manufacturer has to reimburse the distributer or the customer. Concerned potential customer.

Fantastic experience: I bought a 2018 low rider from Fort Worth Harley at the beginning of the year.. had a great experience with my purchase with Jeff my sales rep, he was great and easy to work with. because of that experience I referred my friend over to them to buy a sport glide and he loves his custom sport glide! Parts department is also great I’ve been there multiple times and the manager at that department knows his stuff, he tracked down a set of forwards for me that were out of stock and had to be back ordered, he did some calling and found them at another dealership in the country and had them shipped to Fort Worth with me paying shipping. Needless to say they go out of their way to help out at Fort Worth Harley
Fantastic experience: I purchased the learn to ride course. Unfortunately the ecourse didn’t work on my phone so I wasn’t able to take the class. However, Heather was able to reschedule me and when the new date didn’t work out I was able to get a refund. Great customer service. I highly recommend despite not getting to actually use their product.

Fantastic experience: This place gives a true VIP experience. I felt so welcomed. Greeted as soon as I entered and found the right bike for me. Negative experience: Where do I begin? I received a letter in the mail from the NTTA regarding an overdue toll tag bill looking at the picture. It was not even my motorcycle. It was a different Harley Davidson not the 2015 HD in question I kept looking at the pictures just so happens. I saved the picture of my motorcycle on my phone. We compare the pictures and that was not my bike now here comes the good part August 19, 2022. I traded my 2015 in at Fort Worth Harley Davidson, how my plate was not destroyed like all the other ones and ended up on another Harley Davidson motorcycle is the mystery. I’m not blaming anybody but I think I’m blaming your process. How did my license plate end up on somebody else’s Motorcycle Fort Worth Harley Davidson cannot explain that to me and convince me that it Wasn’t there was sure wasn’t my fault. I traded my motorcycle in with my plates on it. I know next time when I buy another motorcycle from a different Harley Davidson dealership not Fort Worth I hope I don’t get the same treatment and find out two years later that my license plate from my trade-in motorcycle is still on the road. I guess I’ll continue to pay somebody else’s toll bill until it’s all resolved. Thank you again, Fort Harley Davidson for nothing. I’ll still continue to go to yours to buy a T-shirt or two, but the phrase the sins of my past will come to haunt you.

Fantastic experience: Great price lowest I found in the area for the 1000 mile service!! The manager Greg and his co-worker in the service department were friendly, accomodating and delivered great customer service. Also, the bike was picked up and delivered at no charge as a courtesy!!
