Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2024 Street Glide with Jimmy. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Monica in finance was also great to work with—she made the paperwork easy to understand and ensured everything was clear. Both of them made my buying experience stress-free, and I couldn't be happier with my new bike!

Fantastic experience: A1 Dealership Every person Professional Friendly and knowledgeable. My first contact was with Jimmy , a pure gentleman. Grace in Financing was great! Mike and Hobey in Service fantastic. Girls In retail were great also. They did what they did they would do and always called back What a pleasant all around experience buying a motorcycle!!!! Fantastic experience: I drove 18 hours from Miami to Maryland to pick up the bike once I arrived. The staff treated me great everything was just as it was told to be over the phone. Sean and Steve. The SALES MANAGER ‘s were awesome along with Monica and finance and Jimmy and SALES truly a wonderful experience nothing like I expected.

Fantastic experience: I had been searching and watching for 3 months for a Tri Glide. I have only ridden Road kings for 25 years prior to this purchase, that was brought on by a health issue. While willing to be safe and give up my two wheels, there was NO WAY I would give up riding. I had a limited budget and knew what I was looking for in a Trike. After 3 months of websites, local visits to nearby dealers, I pulled the trigger. I found the ONE!! It was 4 hours away, within my budget and also the best pricing within that drive. The first contact with the shop, name escapes me, wasn't much help nor the personality that fits good with me. But when I walked in the door, I met Jimmy. He was my kind of person, hands down the type of person that makes a dealership outstanding. His knowledge, demeaner, and old biker look made the experience for my wife and I incredible. My wife wasn't feeling well that day, he followed up with a phone call the next day to check on her, that was over the top kindness he showed. The young lady in the very first office was very clear about the bank processing and expectations of those items. I will continue to be a loyal customer for service, accessories, events and the friendship with my new brother Jimmy. This dealership is amazing. My 2021 Tri-Glide Ultra, with just 1700 miles was an amazing purchase. I recommend this dealership and its amazing staff to everyone. Thanks for reading this Doug
