Negative experience: They like to sit there and say they treat veterans good and give them deals. $19999 for a 2014 with 30k miles then say they took 5 grand off when the original price was 14999 to begin with. Then bike don't come with less and more scratches being delivered then whag it was on the show room. They are cowards and a joke and love to ghost you when they get called out. Stay away if you are a combat veteran or any veteran on that case.

Negative experience: Service, parts, and motor clothes have always been great to me! The sales team/tactics are what ruined my experience. I was offered wholesale pricing (less than msrp). When I arrived they marked the bike up almost 4k over MSRP. They lead you into the dealership and then change prices. I then shared a post on my personal Facebook page, in which they replied to multiple friends with condescending comments. Highly unprofessional. Beware some of the 5 star reviews on here are from their actual staff. Fabricating extra charges and fabricating reviews. DISHONEST.... Update with screen shot of fabricated review

Positive experience: Beautiful inside. The showcase of motorcycles they have is amazing. Very, VERY clean. Gift shop is HUUUGE. Haven't actually bought a bike but my father has I believe multiple times so I'm thinking when it's time for me, I'll be shopping here hopefully.

Fantastic experience: My wife and myself went into Rock N Roll Harley Davidson on Labor Day to possibly purchase a new 2024 ultra Limited. After deciding on the right bike, we made the deal, we and left the bike there sitting on the showroom floor as there was some work we wanted done. “Accessories’ After all the work was completed, we went at our scheduled pickup time, they realized that there was a starting issue with this particular new bike, John “service manager’ super respectful explained what was happening with the bike and he had 3 techs working on it, who all stayed a hour or so after closing to diagnose this situation. The problem was not able to be solved that day, and they needed more time, yes we were a little bummed out but as I explained I understand it’s a mechanical item and things happen, and was not mad or blaming anyone there Adam the general manager came directly to us, he had a long conversation with us “also after hours” to make the situation right and apologize several times, even offered us any bike to ride until ours was repaired, which I respectfully declined. After we left the dealership that evening without the new bike we were a little upset but felt that we were being treated very well with professionalism. On Thursday I spoke to John in service again, and the problem had not be solved at this time Shortly after that I received a call from Eric “sales manager” who stated that he has searched for the exact bike, but would be some time to get it in. He then offered me another ultra limited they had in stock in a different upgrade paint set for the same deal as original purchase After discussing it over with we both agreed that we were happy with the new Ultra, John in service transferred all the accessories over, and we picked up the bike that afternoon. Also kudos goes out to Stefanie “Parts and Operations Manager” who spent a long time with us picking out the accessories we wanted to add. Huge thank you goes out to all above staff, Eric, Adam, John, and Stephanie. They all went way out of their way to make us very happy customers. All 4 were very professional the entire process, with all the setbacks, they did right by us, I would highly recommend this dealership, and the staff.

Positive experience: I would have given em 5 but trying to get ahold of someone on the ph is damn near impossible. Call backs are non existent. It's been a week and still waiting on a call back. So I went in. Was having some minor issues regarding a tire. Brand new 24 softail. He took my info down and said I can drop it off in morning, got me in nxt day and was finished by 5. I've read alot of bad things but so far they've treated me right. The big guy at the service desk was all business and very polite. I have nothing but good things to say about getting my bike serviced there. Thanks for making my days a little less stressful regarding my bike. It's very much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: A phenomenal dealer with great people who provided me with exceptional service and a fantastic buying experience. They went out of their way to earn my business. They did everything in their power to get me a deal that worked for me. I was there for about 4 hours and rode off with my new ride. During that time I met at least 7 different people who work various depts and they were all very nice and genuinely wanted to build a relationship with me long term. I never felt pressured or rush and the main reason i was there so long is because I need to take my time and process everything in the deal. They are really cool people and I am so glad I went there for my purchase.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my 2007 HD Road Glide serviced at Rock-N-Roll City HD, and let me tell you it was the best dealership experience I have ever had!!!! Tim in service took really good care of me and believe it or not my bill was less than he quoted me. I'm absolutely elated with the great service I received !!!! Dee is a sweetheart and Mike the assistant service manager took care of a last minute heel shifter removal and didn't even charge me!! What a great team they have there!! They have a customer for life!! Nick and Charlie in parts are great to deal with as well!! Everybody that works in this dealership is extremely friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend using this dealership to everybody, you will not be dissapointed!! They also did pick up and delivery which was a great help!! Thanks Tim, Dee, and Mike and the rest of the staff the work was performed to perfection!! And they even washed it!!!

Fantastic experience: I'm not one to do online reviews, but I felt it would be appropriate to share my experience at Rock-n-Roll City Harley Davidson. I shopped a few dealers prior to stopping at Rock-n-Roll. The experience at other dealerships were not bad, this experience was just different. Initial Interaction and Fitment Requirements: As soon as I walked through the door, I was met by Brett and team. I mentioned that I was referred to the dealership by a close friend. I had some modification requirements for fitment. I discussed a previous bike I had and the modifications I used to make it fit properly. This is where Rock-n-Roll excelled. Not only did the sales team (Brett, Eric and Chris) answer all of my questions (and there were TONS of them), Nick from parts came over and worked through my concerns with fitment and noted what was needed to make the bike work for me. It was nice to have representation from all the areas helping to ensure that all questions were answered before deciding to work through the negotiation. Sales and Negotiation: While the parts list was getting put together, I continued to talk with Brett about my past riding experiences and additional questions and thoughts I had. The conversation, and caring about customers genuinely being happy is what makes Brett stand out the most from any sales interaction I've had over the years. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during negotiations and understood the process. The entire time, I did not feel pressured and that's key when working through the process of purchasing. If you're in the market for a new bike, stop in and see Brett. He's a stand up guy. We've become friends throughout the process of getting the bike ready to ride. That's something you don't see at a lot of dealerships. Most of a time, after a sale, sales people disappear. This has been the exact opposite experience for me. Looking forward to hitting the road with him on the new bike. Parts Department: The parts I needed for modification had to be ordered, so there was a bit of a wait in getting the bike ready. This was to be expected, as not every part can be stocked at every dealer. I want to call out that Nick, from the parts department, did an absolutely fantastic job dealing with me during the process. I made a few changes to what I wanted based on recommendations or back ordered items and it was a very smooth process. With the changes to the parts, there was some additional wait time, which I understood. They do keep a lot in stock, but certain things just make sense to order in, as they aren't in high demand. I appreciate that they were able to help out with it quickly without any pushback. Customer Service and General Atmosphere: I stopped up to the dealership frequently as my parts were on order. Cool place to hang out and talk about bikes. Just an easy going atmosphere. Everyone was always very friendly and stopped to talk with me about how things were going. The excitement they had for me and my new bike was awesome. I made a few purchases in the clothing/apparel section during my visits. Every interaction I had felt very personal with the apparel team. They introduced themselves and we talked about my bike and how much they were excited to see the finished modifications. It's a genuine experience, which is welcome when you're spending that much things (we all know Harley anything is not easy on the wallet). For the events they have hosted, the bike nights are fun. Music, food, vendors and a great way to meet new people. I highly recommend attending whenever possible. Service / Tech Department: The service and tech department worked closely with the parts team to make sure that I was covered and it was a smooth scheduling / final fitment process. Dee, Tim, Mike and Jake were very friendly and professional. Tyler did a great job on my bike and he had some great recommendations for me on lighting. Closing: This place is top notch. If you're in the market for a Harley, you owe it to yourself to head to Rock-n-Roll City.

Fantastic experience: I recently went in to Rock-n-Roll City Harley-Davidson to offload my bike. My previous experience with Harley-Davidson in 2021 was so bad I intended walking away from the brand altogether. I received a call from Charlie at RNRCHD about possibly trading or selling the bike back outright. Fate, right? I was dropping my previous bike off that day for service and wanted to see what I would get for it. I decided to speak with Charlie and I’m glad I did! My man is freaking awesome! We talked about bikes and life and the dude is freaking great! GO SEE THIS GUY! We talked about the bike I had and options for trading or selling, showed me different options and got me on something right for me! I cannot get over how great he is and Ben from helped work out financial options and he was great too. The whole crew from service, parts, apparel to financial are top notch. Go get yourself a new HD and seek out Charlie. You will not regret it! Sorry for the lengthy response but I cannot say enough good stuff about my experience.

Fantastic experience: Picked up my first Harley yesterday. A 2007 Street Glide. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Mike Merriman was my sales associate and he went above and beyond to get me into the right bike. Dealership is huge with a great selection of new and used bikes. Parts and accessories available is overwhelming. When you buy a bike here, you ring this bell and they play your song of choice over the dealership speakers while some of the guys fire up random bikes and beep the horns and rev the engines. Definitely a unique buying experience you won’t soon forget!

Positive experience: Obviously commission driven. Wasn't even off the bike and had a sales guy running up to us. Normally that doesn't bother me to much(like this time), but a second one was right behind him. I don't understand what they thought they were going to sell us being 700 miles from home. We stopped for a shirt or poker chip.. before we left we had six total salesman ask if they could help us buy something. From t-shirts to a bike. I do appreciate the help that was abundant but it was a smidge overwhelming and annoying. Cool place though,

Fantastic experience: We were traveling from Syracuse, NY to Rochester, MN enroute to our convention. One of our riders shifter became stripped and we made it to the dealer at 930. They got our rider in before they opened and treated all of us with great awesomeness. They made us feel at home and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed. Service advisor Tim went well out of his watch to help our ride who broke down and to get us back on the road

Fantastic experience: We went in and spoke to Nate and Chris and they were able to get us on our 2017 Harley breakout. Nate and Chris sat with us while we were trying to get financed as we had a sketchy financial background got to know the whole team and feeling like family! Fantastic experience: Hands down best service anyone can ask for. Everyone is polite and friendly. Mike is the man. See Mike if you are looking for a new bike. Chris the manager is amazing. Don't think u can make it happen chris and Mike will pull off the impossible. Best dealership around town. If you are active military or a veteran they will take care of you and they discount bikes clothing and gear.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the service at this location. I brought my 2007 xl 1200 L to them to have a complete upgrade with bags, exhaust,add an oil cooler,and an air horn, and button down an auxiliary usb plug from always on to only when running. So Tim after I drop off the bike calls me to let me know the tires are dry rotted which I doubt but given I will be riding to Sturgis okay go ahead and change them O and you need brakes and a clutch adjustment .so now while removing the exhaust the master technician break a bolt so now a machine shop trip is involved.so while changing the brakes the master technician breaks another bolt O and they charge me for their mistake.ling story short during the tire change this master technician some how cause my rim to become out of round and I now have a wobble. They won’t fix it this is what the manager tells me and Tim at the time tells me Harley doesn’t make parts for the sportster anymore and even thou he found a rim online he can’t purchase it because they do not have an account dude you guys broke my rim and now won’t admit it so you just kick me out of your shop and threaten to call the police when I throw F Bombs at your sorry axes Robert M.Bailey That’s why I dropped 40grand on an Indian
Robert - Eight months ago, we conducted a comprehensive inspection of the front wheel, complete with measurements that clearly indicated the rim's out-of-round condition, necessitating replacement. The corrosion present on your 2007 Sportster Low is the root cause of the bolt breakage, as the nuts and bolts have rusted together. We discussed all of this with you at the time of your appointment and did all that we could to help. Ride safe.

Fantastic experience: I've been to several Harley Stores, and this one is by far my favorite!! The employees were all so personable and helpful, and Ribeye was ADORABLE!! My boyfriend walked in, just wanting to sit on his favorite bike before ordering it. But they made him a happy man by helping him purchase his dream bike BRAND NEW, and its even the color he wanted!! It was definitely nice finding womens XL clothes. Not everyone is small!! So I was able to pick up some nice shirts finally!! My daughter was able to get a picture of a signed guitar from ACDC her FAVORITE band!!!!

Fantastic experience: I bought a bike from out of state and it was the best experience ever! There customer service and experience made me not get a bike from my local dealerships. I did the whole transaction online without stepping a foot at the dealership. Adam and Tony are extremely professional and I would buy another bike. If you ever had a bad problem at a Harley Dealer all you have to do is redeem yourself and go to Rock and Roll Harley Davidson.

Negative experience: I bought a 2017 road glide special from rock n roll harley in Cleveland ohio this spring. Had 23k miles. I noticed a weird hesitation first weekend I had it. Check engine light comes on and I called them and told them to come pick it up to see what was going on. Ended up being cam chain tensioner was brittle and they replaced it. Cost me 300 bucks . They assured me everything else looked like new inside and the chain slapping noise i noticed prior to check engine light went away. I get it back and I rode it 2 times , both rides were near 100 miles and front cylinder starts making a ticking noise. They told me maybe the exhaust header didn't seat right and asked me to send them some videos. I did and you could clearly hear the cylinder sounded rough like a lifter was ticking . They said it had fueling lifters in it and they sound like that but if I was worried to ride it up to them 70 miles each way. I made it 20 minutes from home babying it and trying to keep it below 2500rpms. Front cylinder blew and they wanted $6100 to fix it. I got screwed. Gave them $4k down and a trade in and now I just surrendered it because I didn't have the money to fix it. I'll never do business with rock n roll harley or any of the other dealerships the new owners took over. I've spread the wrong doing with well over 50 or 60 people that live on Harleys day by day. Some of which have stated because of my situation they will no longer deal with them anymore What solutions were offered? You said it was going to be $6100 to fix. I asked what other options were available....I tried getting an extended warranty upon purchase but when I signed paperwork there was a charge for almost $4000 on the finances that weren't discussed with me. The lady's in finance said that was part of my deal. .. winter storage and oil changes. I tried to decline that and they told me I couldn't because the sales dept said they didn't get a good enough deal on my trade in.... Then I sat down with the G.M and he said well you can purchase an extended warranty but you have to put 300 miles onto the bike...I asked how that works since the motor is blown and he shrugged.... If that is helping a customer find a solution I'd say your a bunch of sorry saps.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in quickly to pick up a hat and a trickle charger. Staff was friendly and helpful. This store is pretty large with lots of clothing and parts on hand. Of course they had lots of beautiful bikes for sale, but I wasn't shopping for one of those today. Checked out at the parts counter and the parts guy was knowledgeable and informative. Paying was quick and no time was wasted. No lines anywhere, but i stopped in an hour till close on Saturday. Plenty of parking here.

Negative experience: Worst experience iv ever had purchasing anything. I used to run my food truck here and iv tattooed some of the guys who work there and I was totally blindsided by a negative equity charge I was not aware of. I checked my paperwork and realized I never signed My consent and when I went in to ask about it I was belittled and told to leave the store.
Nathaniel- Based on our records, you came into the dealership looking for paperwork from your motorcycle purchase back in 2021. In 2021, the dealership was owned by Ohio Motorcycle Group and was acquired by American Road Group in August of 2022. With this being said, we were unable to locate your paperwork at the time being due to the company change. We told you there are certain steps needed to be done in order to get the paperwork in hand. After this, things escalated where you then proceeded to act in a manner that is not permitted in the store and we had to ask you to leave. Negative experience: Stay away from this place. They literally give you and lead you with false information. Especially when they try to sell you a bike. You go look at it and then when the deal is almost complete, they tell you it has a salvage title and if you want this bike you must pay cash because they won’t finance it. Shady sales people, shady management and business practices, and they literally hide information. Really sad because I wanted this bike and work locally. Be careful when dealing with them. Ask a lot of questions.
Hello Michael, thank you for giving us a chance to earn your business. Unfortunately, this is precisely why we don't sell As-Is bikes. The accusations of shady practices are hardly warranted, as we informed you immediately upon learning that the bike was a Salvage title that we would in fact NOT sell you this motorcycle due to this very fact. Again, bikes like this are not our forte and we strive to do whatever possible to sell bikes we can--and will--fully stand behind, unfortunately 1997 Heritages with carburation and 47,000 miles do not fit these criteria. Fantastic experience: We visited the showroom this past weekend. I went with every intention of not purchasing a bike. I said "we're just going to look, riding season is almost over". We made the 2 hour drive I will say that I was never treated better in a motorcycle shop-ever. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left. Everything was explained thoroughly. Every question was answered. I am a safety freak when it comes to my husband and each question and scenario was answered. Each person we spoke with took the time to listen and hear what we were saying. Each feature was gone over. Each department spoke with us going over ins and outs of motorcycle ownership. That being said, he's the proud owner of a 2023 HD Road Glide and Rock n Roll City HD will have a forever customer. Truly amazing people.

Fantastic experience: Great store to shop and to visit. They have motorcycle training classes. Just so you know the first training you can get it on a motorcycle that is stationed. Is not going to be on a street. It's very safe. You'll be given instruction from scratch. Call them for more information. I got so excited to see this system I've never knew it existed. I regret not doing it when I visited them. If you ready b to take the lesson they are available almost always on the spot.tey also have the other lesson to do the next steps practice to get licensed. Dud you know that the motorcycle license with theses course have waiver. Harley Rock-n-Roll city Harley, can you please elaborate more about this when you read my review.

Negative experience: Took my bike there for engine codes and noise in top end, 2 different tes get it back And now have more different codes. And still has noise in the motor Asked about the codes that were in it now. And was told I would have to make another appointment and it would be another month. At that point I am taking it to a different. To a different dealership. To have them work on it.
Don – When you initially dropped your bike off, you had not scheduled an appointment. When we received a cancellation notice, we were able to get you in sooner than expected. We then diagnosed the motorcycle and saw that the top end of the motor needed replaced due to ware and low compression. Everything was fixed, codes were cleared, we test rode the motorcycle and returned it to you with no issues. The codes that arose 2 weeks after that initial appointment were due to new, unrelated issues that would take time to resolve. Given that we are in the middle of season, we appreciate you understanding that we are working hard to provide you with excellent service.

Negative experience: If you want to be scammed and taken advantage of then this is the place to go. The “manager” and the financial woman will play games with you and lie. They sold me a seat for the bike I purchased and kept the seat that was on there instead of giving it to me, so they also steal. They played games for hours with pricing and forced me into an extended warranty. I am happy with my bike but that’s Harley Davidson -as far as this place goes, it is a complete disaster to buy from and I will not ever go back there. There are plenty other Harley dealers in this area take my advice and avoid this one

Negative experience: I've purchased 8 new and several used motorcycles from dealers and never had such a terrible experience. Highly deceptive and predatory sales tactics. They want to avoid telling you the actual price and instead only talk in terms of monthly payments to try to trick you into paying more. I asked for the price 7 times before they actually told me...when they finally did it was over $5k over Brand New MSRP(before dealer fees, doc fees, tax, title, etc.)...and this was a 5-year old, stock bike...other HD dealers had the same model/year/mileage for $6k less. Do yourself a favor and avoid RnR and Rubber City (same owner).

Negative experience: My husband and I drove 3 hours after talking to a salesman twice regarding the purchase of a triglide. He stated he had 2 put up, gave us his personal cell. After showing up both triglides had been sold. So without our permission they pulled our credit score for a brand new trike we didn't want. Tony you are full of bologna. Never again. Going back home to purchase from Piqua Harley....

Negative experience: I bought my 2016 ultra limited from R&R. I was able to get my 1K service done there. Since then (7 years), I have not been able to get in for a fluid change in a reasonable amount of time. They advertise same day service for oil change and tires as long as you are there by 1pm. I’ve gone 3 different times before 1 and they say they are full and can’t take care of me. And I’m talking a Tuesday or Wednesday, not a Friday or Saturday. I wish I hadn’t bought my bike there, and I won’t go back. Don’t advertise services you can’t provide. But… they still want to text me once a week to buy a new bike! What a joke. Now R&R is going to reply that they haven’t turned anyone away that was there by 1…BS! I was there today at noon and was told they had too many drop offs already and they couldn’t help me today!
Hi Joe - We checked with our team and we have taken every walk-in that has arrived before 1pm for the past several weeks. We are not sure when you stopped in last but if it was 7 years ago, that would have been under previous ownership. Positive experience: New owners employ high pressure salesmen. I just can't seem to wanna go back. Too bad, I spent alotta time there over the past several years. They took my drivers license and wouldnt let us leave for almost an hour as they worked us. Ive bought 4 bikes from there, 2 of them new - Im a former HOG officer. At one time I really liked it there!

Negative experience: Getting parts associate on phone was like pulling teeth. End up driving there and they weren't doing nothing! Not helpful whatsoever! Terrible customer service!

Negative experience: The most basic aspect of a dealership should be placing prices on bikes. I have some understanding brand new bikes not having prices, but used bikes certainly need them. When I stopped by to look at getting another bike for the summer I could not get a price on a used Pan America. The sales associate most likely has their hands tied, but no one needs to take information or run numbers to tell me what you're asking for the bike on the showroom floor. Unfortunately, even though I live right in Lakewood I will not be shopping at this dealership until they change this practice nor will I shop at any Harley dealerships owned by this group. Negative experience: I was very disappointed with inventory and lack of information of bikes on display. Nothing was labeled and salesmen couldn’t give me a straight answer for prices on multiple bikes. It was a very vague and sketchy situation so I went to South East Harley-Davidson where I was able to find my fit for a great price so I highly recommend going there first! SOUTH EAST HARLEY-DAVIDSON!

Negative experience: Took my Harley here to have new front/rear brakes, new tire and the brake and clutch fluids flushed. Ended up paying $747 for them to install front tire/ front brake pads and rebuild the front master cylinder but never installed fluid. I decided to pick my bike up after waiting 2 weeks while they were trying to find new brake lines because they claimed the ones I had were bad. They told me upon pick up that they flushed the rear brake fluid and when I checked I found the same old fluid. They also told me I needed to rebuild my clutch master cylinder so I purchased that at Harley ($87), I decided to do it my self and the old one was in great condition. Waste of $87. Long story short I had everything working within half a day and was charged for things they never did. They will scam you into buying extra things, if they find something that isn’t clean they automatically decide it needs to be rebuilt and they lie about the work they claimed they did. Many of my friends told me I made a mistake taking my bike to get worked on here and I understand why now. Money hungry is what this dealership is.
Hi Colten - Unfortunately there are some things we can’t see until we get in there. When we worked on flushing the brake and clutch fluid, it was so old that it had congealed and both master cylinders needed to be rebuilt. The brake & clutch line needed to be replaced as well and calipers needed to be rebuilt for us to stand behind our work that you agreed to. We were transparent from the beginning with you on what work needed to be done for your ride to be safe. We wish you best of luck with your ride.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, great selection. Bought a bike from Bob Bragg, great guy that definitely knows all the bikes. He was patient with me and priced out several different bikes and options. I knew when I left that I left with the right bike for me. If you're undecided or want to learn more about the different models definitely ask for him he was great to work with.
