Fantastic experience: I came to Johnny Rowlands Driving School after having a bad experience with another driving school that left me with a lot of anxiety about driving. I was nervous going into it, but from the start, this school went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and supported. My instructor, Jeff Pugh, was incredibly patient, encouraging, and understanding. He took the time to help me rebuild my confidence and truly cared about my progress. Thanks to Jeff, I overcame my anxiety and passed my driving test! I could not recommend this school more – it completely exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Jeff Pugh, I had a rather bad trauma surrounding driving but he made me feel safe, confident, and prepared. This is a high quality driving school that will ensure you or your child will succeed both on the driving test/road ahead!

Fantastic experience: Jeff was an incredible instructor! He didn’t make me feel like a total beginner, and he made me feel super comfortable in the driving lesson. He corrected me gently, and the way he taught me to drive helped me remember the things he was pointing out. I even passed my on the road test on my first drive in the testing cars! Not only do they help teens getting their license for the first time, but also older drivers retaining their driving privileges as was the case with a member of our family. Fantastic experience: I just recently finished my driving lesson with Jeff Pugh and he is awesome! I’m 47y/o just starting to drive and Jeff is very patient with me. I get anxiety when driving but with Jeff he makes it easy and I don’t get nervous. He believed in me that I can do it, that boost my confidence and even accompany me to the testing site and I passed my driving test! JEFF PUGH is AWESOME and I vouch for that. Fantastic experience: Johnny Rowlands was a great experience for both of my daughters! Jeff was great! He helped prepare both of them for their test and being good citizens on the road. My oldest has been driving for a year and a half and passed her test with ease. My other daughter turns 16 next month and feels confident and ready as well!

Fantastic experience: My son had the hardest time listening to us about driving, but then we got three two hour sessions from Johnny Roland's school of driving. And he was able to gain the confidence and the know how on how to handle different situations on the roads. He passed his driving test after the last session. All thanks to Bill Yeagers for helping my son out.

Fantastic experience: Johnny Rowland School is a great place for anyone to learn how to drive a motor vehicle. The instructors were very patient and kind. They pay attention too strict detail in their training of students. they never push their students to go take the driving test until they think they are completely trained on how to drive an automobile! Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Johnny Rowlands Driving School. My daughter completed a class and driving instruction from Chris and learned a lot. Chris was excellent in teaching my daughter not just how to drive, but anticipating situations and being a defensive driver. There is more to driving than just passing a test and getting a driver's license. JR Driving School did a great job of teaching, building confidence and knowledge about driving a vehicle. Definitely recommend this for any first time young driver.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took the drivers course with Jeff P. at Johnny Rowlands Driving School in Lee's Summit. She gained so much confidence and knowledge from driving with her instructor. She was able to take her test on her last lesson and she passed. Will definitely use them for my other kids when the time comes.

Fantastic experience: Johnny Rowlands Driving School and specifically driver instructor Jeff were wonderful and so helpful in getting our teenage daughter her license. We used a different instructor for my older son and wish this driving school had already been open and available because the experience was so much better. We will be back for my youngest in a couple of years. Thanks, Jeff, for your patience and experience working with our daughter. If it was between practice driving with mom vs. you, she'd pick you every time she said.

Fantastic experience: Jeff Pugh was a great instructor for my daughter. She had 3 lessons total. 1 was in Lee Summit and 2 were in Prairie Village. We really liked the option to take her to Prairie Village because it was closer to where we live. Jeff prepared Ella for her driving test and practiced highway driving as well. He gave her more confidence by supporting her and communicating with her.

Fantastic experience: My sons driving instructor was Chris. We had struggled together for him to develop the skills he needed to be a safe competent driver. That all changed after his 1st lesson with Chris. I could see it when he returned. He is now a licensed driver on his time. Thank you SOOO much.

Fantastic experience: My son completed the Lee's Summit Lakewood Location, Defensive Driving Course + 3 Driving Lessons with Jeff Pugh. Although my son was nervous and didn’t know what to expect at first, he really enjoyed every lesson with Jeff. Jeff was even available to do a lesson and escort my son to the testing site on test day, which was super awesome. Using this driving school was a blessing for us and made us more comfortable knowing our son had the right training to be in the road. He did the three driving lessons along with the 4 hour defensive driving class. Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Johnny Rowland’s Driving School. I definitely would not have been able to pass my driving test or drive well if I hadn’t taken the class or driving lessons. My instructor, John England, was so nice and helpful. The lessons were fun and any time I did something wrong he told me what to fix but also assured me that I was okay and that I was not the only one that had made that mistake. I would 100% recommend doing this program even if it seems intimidating or not worth it. It is definitely worth it!
