Negative experience: Sigh.... I wish I saw this review before giving my money. See the review below from Yelp. Laila J. Lakeville, MN Feb 28, 2025 First to Review never makes it to appointments, always pushing them back or just won't show up at all and also only made it on time to one of my appointments. will text you 10 minutes before your appointment saying their kid got sick or something. Just excuse after excuse. spend your money elsewhere.

You literally had 2 out of 3 lessons completed and demanded a refund when we could not get you your last lesson before your test only a few days after your 2nd lesson. You made it very challenging for us to accommodate because you would only accept to be with 1 instructor, and were only available during certain, specific times. In fact, you last lesson was literally only a few days ago and it went very well, up until you booked your road test sooner than you anticipated (probably based off the lesson you had just gotten our help with on parking skills and any other recommendations we offered), and when that didn’t fit into your agenda for a final lesson, we get this bad Reveiw. Anyways, we still offer our apologies and hope the best for you.

Fantastic experience: Great Instructor! Helped me get more confidence behind the wheel while teaching me in a way that was calm but instructive. I passed my test because of her. She was the only one who helped me with parking and understanding everything. And she’s such a kind person as well, thank you Crystal so much for everything!

Fantastic experience: the online courses made it so easy for me to pace myself with all my sports and classes. the behind the wheels with Crystal made me feel so ready and so safe. she truly is the best instructor i could’ve ever had!
