Fantastic experience: I took my Middle Eastern friend here and was very pleased with Tim, his instructor. After three road test attempts, my friend passed. Tim was very instructive on what my friend needed to work on, why he failed on his first two attempts, and why the third attempt was successful. Tim is a man of integrity. If you don't satisfy the road test requirements, you will not get a free pass. Tim not only cares about your own safety on the road as a new driver but is also concerned about motorists whose safety could be jeopardized if you are not fully prepared to drive. My highest recommendation for Roadrunner Driving Academy.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased to be taught by this driving school. Brandy was amazing very energetic and loving last Saturday. She incorporated everyone in the real life information she was teaching I also loved how she was teaching real life experience and making references to faith based things as well. The environment in this place is amazing and very warm and welcoming. Melissa my driving instructor was so sweet, she was very fun to drive with. She is very outgoing on a one on one basis. Thank you for giving me the best experience. I will be recommending this driving school to anyone who needs a license or who needs points added back to their license.

Fantastic experience: The customer service is wonderful from scheduling to picking up my son today from class.Tim took the time to answer all of my questions. I had quite a few as a first time nervous mom of a permit driver! Brandy was also incredibly welcoming this morning. I loved hearing my son talk about how she squeezed in real life with faith based advice for the kids. It’s nice to have wholesome people taking care of your kids during such a big milestone in their life! Thank you!

Negative experience: They cancelled on us twice. One time my daughter called one hour before to verify and she forget to let her know she was out sick. Second time they text her less than two hours before pick up saying had a doctors appointment. It was like dealing with an irresponsible teenager. There’s no reason they should not have given us more of a heads up with cancellations. It put us out two weeks longer to get drivers license with all the different cancellations. I will say the Owner was super nice but he may want to consider talking with his employees.

Negative experience: My daughter has already taken the class last year and it went smoothly but I reached out to him today because the hours on the website said they close at 6pm and he was very, very rude and unprofessional....ill never recommend no one to deal with him if he's going to talk that rude to people.

Negative experience: My son has been calling for 3 weeks to try and schedule an appointment for his driving test. He can't get a response other than "you have to call Tim to schedule", but Tim never answers and never returns calls to the messages left. He's paid $300 for a class and is still no closer to getting his license.

Fantastic experience: I was worried about sending my daughter to the 8hr class and 6 hrs of driving because I had heard horror stories of other driving schools! When I walked in to pay, the people that work there were so nice and explained everything to me! Then after my daughter was done with the class, they already had her driving and test scheduled. I literally had to do nothing except send them money. I highly recommend this place for your child when they start driving.

Fantastic experience: Roadrunner was able to help me to become more comfortable driving after a long period of not having any practice. Went for the first and the only time, and received my license after just a few attempts. The instructor I had was very patient and calm, didn't raise his voice at all. All in all a great investment that I'm thankful for.

Fantastic experience: It’s a great driving school! Because of roadrunner, I knew what I needed to know and I passed my driving test with a 96%. I highly recommend parents putting their kids through this course to teach them about driving. The teachers are superrrr polite and actually know about what they’re talking about. The driving instructors are so nice and funny and they will walk you through the entire course multiple times if you ask.

Negative experience: They did a great job teaching me to drive and getting my licence. I recomended a friend there big mistake. They were so rude and unprofessional with her. She is honestly not disrespectful to anyone ever. She came home crying and asked me why I even recomended them to her. If I recomend someone to go somewhere I expect them to treat them with respect. We called and explained it to them, but they said she was being rude. No, she was crying because he called her names and was being disrespectful. Highly unprofessional people. I won't recomend this school to anyone else.
