Parkville Driving School

Negative experience: Both of my older children attended Parkville Driving School at the Essex location. That location was closed several years ago. My oldest child did not immediately get their driver's license. Once they decided to get their license, it has been a nightmare trying to get her record of completion since there is no way of reaching anyone. Someone at the MVA told us there is a number of problems that are regularly seen with the Driving School. I've heard the business may be closed, which leaves me at a very expensive and tiring loss. If that's not the case, be weary about using Parkville Driving School. Spend the extra money and go somewhere with a positive reputation!

Negative experience: I completed the hours but every time I asked to schedule my drive time they hung up on me. The second time I tried to schedule my drive time they ignored me. These people are not professional and I would much rather find another driving school that follows through. If I could I would give a zero.

Negative experience: There is no way to get in contact with them. The number they have listed doesn't work

Negative experience: The school shut down without even contacting any parents nor refunding any ahead of time, also turns out this school keeps no records of online courses so now I must retake the online courses via a better driving school. Choose ABC Education over this place.

Fantastic experience: The driving school was very helpful and informative. Especially the driving instructor jenny, her parking tips helped me reverse park without any problems at all during my drivers test. I couldn’t have done it without her teaching!

Fantastic experience: I had a very excellent and enjoyable experience with this school. I finally got my license today thank to my instructor Mrs. Jennifer V. So a fabulous driving instructor and I was blessed to have her. She made things very easy and understandable. I love her. You will too❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: Not a student, nor a parent of one. But when I'm sitting at the red light at Rossville and Fitch on 2/22/23 around 5:45 p.m. and see a car with a PARKVILLE DRIVING SCHOOL sign on the side fly through the red light headed South, that tells me maybe they need to reconsider their hiring practices and whatever instructor is in that car (driving or instructing) should be immediately fired. The light was red for at least 2 seconds when they went through it; ample amount of time to stop before hand. I've lived in this neighborhood for 25+ years and have learned to sit and wait at that light even when I have a green light. We have witnessed many, many avoidable accidents because of jerks like this. Reconsider your selection when picking a driving school...not sure I'd want these instructors teaching my young drivers.

Fantastic experience: parkville driving school is such an excellent school . the teacher was very nice and helped me a lot to pass my driving test. she was also very patient and explained things very clearly . had a 10/10 experience and would def recommend!

Negative experience: Terrible communication! Horrible at professionalism. They have an excuse on everything they do wrong. Take your money somewhere else, it's not worth your time or effort. Now watch them respond with an excuse to my review. The State of Maryland needs to step in an shut this place down.

Negative experience: We've had a terrible experience with this driving school. Terrible customer service. Have to pay hundreds of dollars at another school to finish my son's Driver's Ed. Do not use this school!!!!

Negative experience: They never took me parking, every driving session the driving instructor name Craig would be a few minutes late, and it was this one time I had scheduled my appointment or I had an scheduled appointment and he was like a half an hour late so I called the driving school he did pick up and I ask were we still doing the drive time he said I meant to tell you, he said when the car get done I can pick you up so we can do the drive time. So I said ok, later that day I called the driving school they never managed to answer the phone , so I call the other driving school and they didn’t pick up either. So I just stopped calling. the last drive time was good and it was a lady this time she was on time and ready to get my drive time started. My point is I paid $275 and they didn’t even take me parking on my second driving session and before I even started with this driving school .they would always push my first driving session back.So it took like 2 months to get started even though I had already paid and the excuse was always oh the car is in the shop so i feel as though I should’ve gotten half off or Half of my money back.

Negative experience: Son was scheduled for October 24th, 2 hour driving. Did not show up at 10 so text at 10:15 to inquire. Craig was out with a student and called me. He had my son down for today ( October 31st). Was told he would call me that evening. To figure out what happened. No call. I text Thursday to confirm today’s appointment. No answer. No show today. Text twice no answer. Sent an email. Was told call or text my secretary. I text because I like everything in writing. No answer from the secretary. I hope all is well with a Craig and his family. This is definitely not how a business should be run. Just wanting an apology and my money refunded.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the greatest driving school to go to!

Negative experience: Horrible place- don’t send your young person there. Again the owner is horrible and ignorant. They took my daughter’s $ 100 to take her for the test- well once she got up there on a few miles away. Cause she didn’t have her bc - she had to reschedule. Something they knew prior but didn’t tell my daughter. So she was told to call them when she got a new date by MVA. She called and they said she needed to repay them another 100. But the first 100 was used for the gas it took to go to MVA in Essex from Parville- has is high but 100. And they required another 100. God is good my princess got her license on her first try- so dishonesty Parville Driving School- your driving school did not determine anything. All others reading this - find another. I’m speaking truth to power!! Be safe.

Fantastic experience: Craig is the absolute best instructor ever!!!! 30 minutes before my driving test, he thought me a technique of how to do a reverse two-point turnabout because I wasn't too good on it.. Nd on the test I nailed it, Nd passed my driving test!!
