Fantastic experience: Thanks to my driving instructor Christian for teaching me how to drive～！ After her professional guidance and training. I passed the DMV road test and got my driver license!

Positive experience: I would like to start off by saying that the beginning was a GREAT experience. Wendell was very sweet and patient. I was told after my sessions with his brother Ronald (who told me to keep it a secret that they were brothers ) that I’d need more classes. Being that my total was almost $700 I couldn’t afford to pay for more. So whenever I could I used my family’s car to practice but I was not ready to take the driving test. For the past month Wendell and I were trying to figure out dates for the visit to the DMV and we weren’t able to find any time and so he called me when I was at work and I was unable to answer. I was going to call back later, but I was so busy that week that I forgot to call him back. He did a complete 180 on me to tell me that I was disrespecting his time and just went on a whole tangent that he never once brought up anything that he was upset about to me. The only reason he let me schedule the DMV visit was because when I first started the lessons he took a week off to go on vacation and ignored all of my text until after. He basically made me beg and grovel to get this appointment sent. I just want to say that the way he has acted recently was so unprofessional and has really made me question this business. Also, his brother was texting and driving while we were on our way to the DMV (I had to take a video because he kept swerving off). Also, they have stated that they work with the DMV to get slots so that we didn’t have to wait . I woke up at 4 AM to stand in line for six hours when I could’ve done that on my own. Really disappointed ☹️.

Negative experience: don does not teach well. often times he was speeding and even on calls/texting while the class was in session. also would talk rudely about other clients behind their back.

Negative experience: I contacted them 2 months ago so that my son could do the 6 hours of driving with them and they said yes to fill out the transfer, then I was trying to contact them for 2 months because they never delivered the 611-A form to Jordan school. I called them and they told me that they were going to resolve it and would call me back, which was a lie because Jordan school told me that they have not received a form from them in almost 1 year, they made me waste my time without being honest, I have all the emails that I sent.

Fantastic experience: My son had only a week left before his learners permit expired. I called Express Driving School after reading about all the different services they provided. I was able to schedule two lessons and book him for the road test at the DMV, all in one week. Thanks to Christian adjusting her schedule and fitting us in last minute, my son was able to obtain his license before his permit expired.

Fantastic experience: Christian was absolutely amazing! Before I took lessons with her, I was afraid to drive outside of my neighborhood, let alone on a highway. Christian taught me everything I could need to know, was patient, and supportive. I felt safe throughout the process and now genuinely feel that I am a good driver. I could not recommend her more. Today I got my drivers license and I owe it all to her.

I was extremely scared of driving but Instructor Christian was patient with me, encouraged and inspired me with her knowledge and professionalism. My 12 hour Driving Session was a good investment and it yielded results. I am glad to say, I am now licensed driver in North Carolina and US . Fantastic experience: This is the second time I'm using Express Driving School. I received my driver's license in 2022. I booked a three hour driving package with EDS to brush up on my driving skills. Not only is it affordable but I think this is the best driving school around. My instructor Ronald was calm, funny and knowledgeable , he gave me constructive criticism whenever needed but he was never condescending or harsh. He gave me so many pointers on my turning and parking ( because that's my weak point). Thank you for an experience that will last me a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: Excellent driving instructor. She took my nervous 19 year old and permit holder and turned him into a licensed driver in five lessons. I couldn't make him feel comfortable in over a year. If you use Express' vehicle to take the road test, they try to go to a DMV that is still allowing walk-ins. The prices are very reasonable and listed on their website. I would recommend them to all ages.

Fantastic experience: I took three hours driving course with instructor Ronald and it turned out really good. He was nice and calm teacher thay taught me everything I should know to improve my driving, and how I should be careful when driving on road. Booked just a day before the driving course but they tried to fit me in with their schedule. I 100% recommend this driving school for everyone. That is worth it. I got my license. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: My daughter needed extra care, extra patience, extra love to gain the skills needed to become a licensed driver and Christian was so so so so so wonderful with her! Among other things, Christian and Ivey practiced driving to and from her school, and they also practiced the local DMV test route, so she’d would be as prepared for her driving test as possible. I could not recommend Christian more! Thank you thank you for a job well done.

Fantastic experience: Renting a car for the dmv driving test was very easy and definitely worth it as a new driver. The lesson beforehand allowed me to gain confidence and stay calm.

Fantastic experience: Christian was an amazing teacher, I was super anxious about being behind the wheel and honestly never thought I would be where I am today. I thought it'd take years! I’ve made so much progress driving, before I was too scared to even set foot in a car. I’m on to get my license now thanks to Christian. She’s super easy to talk to, patient, and kept me calm and collected. If you’re feeling nervous about driving I can’t recommend her and express driving school enough!! Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience! I was very frustrated due to my inability to pass the driving test. My instructor was extremely patient and nice and helped me pass on the first try! I was beginning to think I wouldn’t be able to get my license. Negative experience: As a first time driver, i booked this driving school to help me on my driving and earn my license, total scam, the instructor will answer call and text while on the road. I worked full time so the main reason for booking the school is because on the website it states they work on weekends. No one is available on weekends and she wants the client to work on her time. I ask for a refund for my remaining hours because i was no longer comfortable to get on the road with her, because she was not great at giving instructions and im a first time driver. I will be fighting for my refund with my bank because i did not finish my PAID lessons with this driving school.

Fantastic experience: When I started, I had never driven in my life, and I was not sure I will be able to drive confidently let alone passing the driving test. Well, after a months training, I got both - full credit goes to my instructor and Express Driving school for training me well. They are very transparent, and complete focus is on your learning. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I hired express driving school for my daughter. It helped her improve her confidence in driving and prepared her for her first driver's license. If you need some driving hours with a professional do not hesitate to hire them. Easy to schedule driving time and reliable service! I so happy we decided on Express and not the other schools.

Negative experience: I found there is no commitment on appointment. I booked an appointment 9-11, At the eleventh hour, my appointment time was allocated to other, and at the end when I ask why, My appointment was cancelled.

Fantastic experience: I had contacted several driving schools before reaching out to Express Driving School and none of them had the decency to reply to my emails or phone calls. This driving school was the first to reply straight away and was ready to accommodate my schedule. They treat you with respect and have a lot of patience for new drivers. I felt very safe when learning with Mr. Wendell and even when I made mistakes that could have put me in danger, he had enough foresight to be able to correct the problem before it occurred. At no time did I feel like I wasn't driving safely, which was very important to me. Mr. Wendall promoted a relaxed, confident and transparent environment, that is key to learning. We got along very well and I would highly recommend anyone who is eager to learn how to drive. This driving school is far better than the others available, don't waste your time on anyone else.

Negative experience: Good instructor but Will keep some of the time and money if you can’t book a road test with her even though you paid her for it . Owed me more road time and a refund . She agreed to give me my refund and do the last of my road time. The day we agreed on she didn’t show up and never answered my text or calls.
