Negative experience: This review only applies to what has been happened recently but if you're a current student and you're here to leave a bad review due to Craig's recent inconsistencies, I urge you to be patient because he is in a rough situation right now. And to the people considering I Passed Driving, I hope this review doesn't hurt the integrity of the business just because I am bringing up recent inconsistencies, if you're reading this 2 weeks from now, it has most likely been solved since Craig works hard for this. Thank you Craig. EDIT: nevermind, soc driving school is just 2 blocks away. it's 40 dollars cheaper and they don't leave you on read for 2 weeks straight

Fantastic experience: Hi Craig, please can you contact us about getting my daughter Kayley’s certificate so she can do her test. It’s the stick shift mini cooper!! We’re not looking for refunds or anything like that just the certificate so she can do her test. Please & thank you.

Negative experience: I had an amazing experience with the instructor Craig. I enjoyed the lessons, however my experience went sour when $684 was randomly taken from my card on file with I Passed Driving School. It has been over a year since I originally did my lessons with this school, and out of nowhere, I get charged for lessons I already paid for. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SCHOOL, because you may randomly get charged for lessons you didn't book or lessons that have already been paid for. I even tried to call the number connected to their Google info, and I get hung up on every time. I called the number in my email from my previous lessons, and the number is no longer in service. I do not appreciate being scammed and my card information being used without my authorization. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SCHOOL.

Negative experience: Hi Craig, I think i purchased the package before your vehicle breaking down. If you could please send out the certificate so my son can take his permit test that would be greatly appreciated and we can wait for behind the wheel. It’s greatly appreciated thank you

Negative experience: Sad that it has come to this. I had high hopes for Craig and his business. Absolutely no sense of organization or respect of others times. I purchased a six hour course with the DMV package and requested a refund because he is so inconsistent and cannot seem to show up on time. There’s always something going on. Now I have to reverse the charge through my bank because I cannot get a hold of him. He doesn’t show up for classes and when I reach out, he never gets back to me. It’s crazy. I have never done business with any company where they turn around and do this. I am really shocked. Too add his cell phone and business phone are out of service. Craig if you are reading this please issue back my money that we paid you $495 plus $200 DMV fee. You just need to do right by me now. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Craig and his staff were amazing! My son is on the spectrum and over the course of a year , Craig worked with my son from getting his permit all the way through taking him to get his driving test and now he is a licensed driver. Can't thank you enough Craig! You are awesome!!

Fantastic experience: Having a refresher lesson before the driving test really helped build confidence in my daughter with mild disabilities. Easily passed the behind the wheel test.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best driving school. I tried another one and compared to this it was a complete waste of money. Robert Is an amazing teacher who really helped me get over anxiety with driving, and Craig was crucial for passing the test. He gave me so many tips and tricks I wouldn’t have known without him. I passed the driving test and only got 1 point!! That wouldn’t have been possible without this service.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this driving school to anyone. My 19 year old daughter did not get her permit until age 18 (super scared too drive because of how aggressive people are these days on the road.) From the moment I contacted him I knew we were in good hands. Craig was courteous, polite, and was flexible with scheduling. He did a custom package for us as she did not need the full behind the wheel training as she was an older driver and had been practicing with us on her own. He helped build her confidence up and gave her great tips for her test, which she passed! Thank you Craig!!

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed every lesson with Craig. He taught me every maneuver and mistakes I should avoid while being on a driving test. He even made me practice the two possible driving routes that would be used on my test. He was also very humorous and talking with him kept me at ease. I strongly recommend I passed driving school :D (Edit: I ended up passing my test. Thanks to Craig!)

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this driving school to anyone. My 16 year old son had his permit and needed the required hours with a driving instructor. Craig was a fantastic instructor, courteous, polite, kept in communication if something were to change with the schedule and managed to get my son his last driving test just a few days before he took his test. He gave my son great tips for his test, which he passed on the first try! Craig was awesome and I plan to use him again when my younger son gets to driving age.

Negative experience: It’s mind boggling how this business is still open. They have no respect for my time and are EXTREMELY rude.

Fantastic experience: Took 3 lessons 2 hours each and they were all very well said and helpful. First one was my first ever time driving and the teacher helped me step by step and made me calm while driving on the road. 2nd one was alright and got me more focused on the technical stuff. And the third gave me a whole overview on my dmv behind the wheel test in which I just passed. Overall the teaching was a 10/10. Would recommend to anyone who wants to pass.

Fantastic experience: Craig was a phenomenal driving instructor! I felt prepared for my driving test, and never felt stressed out during our sessions. We had a good chat while driving and he made sure to prepare me with all the proper tools and knowledge. On my last 2hr session we drove down to the DMV and I was able to get familiar with the roads, as well as what areas to watch out for. Craig will hook you up and book all your appointments right there, as well as pick you up and drop you off where desired. I highly recommend I Passed!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a great experience, and we got the DMV package as well. Made it really easy. They also offer Affirm so you can make payments.

Negative experience: I had completed all of the tests and everything and waited three weeks. Nothing came in the mail I called them it’s been a week nothing came in so I’ve just had some poor service.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to have 3 teenagers going through the process at the same time-YIKES! Loved the school! Craig, their instructor put them at ease and built their confidence quickly. He also made it easy on us by accommodating their hectic schedules with school and sports. They each passed their actual driving test on their first try! I would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I PASSED is AWESOME! Prior to enrolling, I was sure my daughter’s future was in NYC and I vowed to never ride as her passenger again. Wow, it only took a couple 2hr long sessions- I don’t feel the need to count Rosemary beads! A million thanks!

Fantastic experience: The instructor Craig is a cool guy to work with. I recently contacted him for behind the wheel drive test. He just asked for my details and he took care of the appointment booking. The best part is i called him up on Tuesday and he booked an appointment for Friday. He drove up to my place to pick me up and let me drove to the DMV and he gave me all the required information and instructions. We had a good chat on the way . By the way I've contacted couple of other driving schools and they were charging more as well they said they could only do next month. So I would definitely vouch for Craig and his school. And by the way I PASSED

Fantastic experience: I got in touch and got the DMV package (I've been driving for years, but you cannot re-verify a foreign license). I also wanted a session to go over the test and things to have in mind that make you lose points easily. I scheduled my test before contacting anyone, and I only had a week to find someone to prepare me for the test. The instructor not only accommodated my time constraints, but was also flexible when unexpected events had me reschedule my lesson. The instruction was wonderful and we covered everything I needed to be aware of to make the test uneventful and easy. We went over auto-fails, the points system, proper line change and awareness checks, did a couple of pilot tests and got other things to have in mind. He then picked me up the next day for my test. Craig was professional, friendly, easy going and pleasant to work with. For adults with a license from abroad that cannot be re-checked in the State of California, this is a great option to get his license application done with. 100% recommended.

Positive experience: I was lucky enough to drive with all the instructors. I had a great time learning from this team, and I would refer them if I had anyone to refer them to. There was just one issue with a scheduled lesson, but they were apologetic and were able to reschedule for the same day. The availability is great and the cars are easy to learn in. For the price and quality of service, choose this school.

Fantastic experience: If you are preparing to get your license, this is the service you want to get. The instructors are always on time, they’re very patient and give you all the tools necessary to not only pass the DMV drivers test, but also to become a good driver. I had the opportunity to drive with Ernie (most of my lessons) and Celeste. Both were great! I just passed my test, and I couldn’t be more thankful to them for helping me out. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I got the DMV package from iPassDrivingSchool and went to DMV for test. Instructor was very inclusive, knowledgeable, warmed me up for the test, shared details like thing they will asking before the test, how they will give instructions during test and all. With this package, I drove the car to DMV so that also boosted my confidence. I passed the test, thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience: I had a satisfying experience with IPASSED driving school. The instructors were helpful and understanding in learning about my habits that need improvements. Both Craig and Celeste were very patient with me and generous with their time. They understood my situation of not having a car to practice and made sure I become comfortable in driving around the areas and neighborhood in only 3 sessions.

Craig from I Passed is a thorough professional and helped me to schedule my driving test, picked me up exactly at the right time and gave me super useful tips to pass the test. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience and would highly recommend this driving school! Craig was a great instructor - he was always very calm and patient, and explained things very well. I felt quite nervous about driving, but he assured me I was doing well and suggested I go ahead and book the DMW driving test already. I took two classes before the test and bough the DMW package, and I passed on the first try!

Fantastic experience: We did the DMV service and used the car for the drive test. They gave me some dates and appt times before confirming the date with me. The instructor came an hour early and the whole process was easy. Good service.

Negative experience: The owner Craig changed the name of his previous company from “Wheely Good Driving” to I passed driving school. That is why all of these reviews are no more than a month old. He bailed out on customers including myself saying the company went bankrupt and couldn’t issue a refund. Now I see his rebranded cars. Use them at your own risk hopefully they don’t steal your money like they did with ours, with no notice. They just didn’t show for the sessions.
