Fantastic experience: I went for my motorcycle endorsement test and I must say after reading a lot of reviews and seeing how low of a score they have I was considered but I still picked them and I must say I don't know what most of the other people had problems with my tester Heather H was great she explained exactly what I need to do and was friendly and nice I will recommend E-Z way to my friends next year when they need to take the motorcycle test

Negative experience: The tester at the Hastings location was very unprofessional. He didn't introduce himself. When we were done he said, "Do you have any questions?" Then got out of the car and moved on to the next driver. No "Thank you" or "Have a nice day." Very rude and unfriendly. I do not recommend this business at all.

Negative experience: I RECENTLY CAUGHT COVID 19 I TRIED TO CANCEL MY APP THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDT REFUND MY MONEY AND SHOULD HAVED GONE TO MY ROAD TEST B ECAUSE THERES NO RESTRICTIONS ABOUT COVID IN MICHIGAN WISH I WOULD HAVE GONE AND HAD THE SUPERVISOR WITH ME COULD HAVE COUGHED ON HIM GOT HIM SICK BECAUSE HE DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE EXAMINERS
