Drivers Point Driving School

Negative experience: I paid for this school to teach my scared son how to drive. She was unable to. She told me, i needed to complete a certain amount of hours with him myself. And its required for the parents to do this in texas. Now i'm needing a certification for him to take his driving part of the test at the dmv, which he cannot get it unless I pay more money since we took too long to finish the class. So I paid them and I had to teach him how to drive. Humble Dmv is asking why did I have to teach him. And the owner of the driving school is still telling me this is mandatory for the parents to put in the hours. If that was the case why am I paying you? If you're sending your child to this driving school in Crosby, they'd better already know how to drive, and even with that being said, that would be a waste of money for you. My son did not come back to take those last 3 hours because you specifically told me I needed to teach him how to drive first with those hours, which I tried to do. Then he broke his hand during football. The time for that to heal was the time when you're contract was about to expire. And by helping me, you wanted more money to extend that contract. I taught him how to drive. Why would i pay you more money for 3hrs, when you did not teach him. Are you wanting him to show you that I taught him already How to drive? And if I could have gotten a refund for the first child that did not need your class at all, we would not have been in this position. But oh yes, that's right, you do not give refunds. So it was either forfiet a couple of hundred bucks or pay more for a second child. The point is if your child cannot drive they will not teach them. you have to do that.

Negative experience: I've had 2 bad experiences with this driving school.The first child paid for driving school here and never set foot in a class and we were unable to get a refund. She has a no refund policy. My son was a minor at the time when he paid for that class from his own money. And she happily took his money when I went there as a grown up to get the money back.That's what I was told no refund policy.It does not matter if your kid ever set foot in that class. If you pay your money, they're gonna keep it. And I've already posted the review for the second child. I suppose there is no laws in place, and they are able to accept money from children too.
