Negative experience: Mrs Rose is a filthy, rude and overall bad lady . Do not send your kids here!! Save yourselves from hell. Literal Hell. Instead of using those stained chetto lips to yell at my children, how about you make use of yourself and actually teach them calmly. You make one mistake and she yells like aliens have came back from space. Maybe the sky is really the limit. She has no respect for any of her students and parents Beware!!

Negative experience: I paid in full for my nephew to get his license. He got his learners permit but then we couldn’t get hold of her. The link never worked so now his permit has expired and we are out the money.

Positive experience: I read a lot of negative reviews about her before coming here, however, I had a great experience. While she didn’t bother with the pleasantries, she was still professional. I think what people are seeing as “rude” is just her directness which didn’t bother me.

Negative experience: Before you even think about going here and being traumatized by someone who’s unprofessional, gross, rude, disrespectful, and takes your money. I recommend SAFE KEYS DRIVING SCHOOL & ask to be taught with MR. AARON! He’s an amazing teacher, very nice and patient.

Negative experience: I took the classes here and I have to say Ms Rose is very unprofessional and rude. While I passed the class portion, I only had a single drive time with her because she yelled at me the whole time I was driving. It was so bad that when I got picked up, I had a panic attack as soon as my sister had left the parking lot with me. Please don't send your kids here, especially kids that have some or any kind of anxiety. I was 16 or 17 when I took the classes with her. I am now almost 20 and still don't have my license because the ONE time I drove with her made me so anxious to ever get back behind the wheel.

Negative experience: Ms. Rose is a horrible, abusive, very unprofessional person, who has absolutely no patience with her students and the job she signed up to do. The following are points of her behavior: * She screams and insults the students; * She verbally abuses the students by calling them inappropriate names; *She's constantly on the phone while the student driver is behind the wheel which is a distraction and could cause an accident which she would be legally responsible for no matter how well the performance of the student driver may be...the bottom line is they are still student drivers with NO LICENSE, AND NO EXPERIENCE; *She slams her hands on the interior of the car while the student is driving which could also cause an accident due to fear and distraction on the student's behalf. Ms. Rose you would be held legally responsible in the eyes of the law if an accident would occur due to your inexcusable tantrums WHILE THE STUDENT DRIVER IS IN YOUR CARE; *She's very aggressive and uses improper language. She obviously doesn't have patience with student drivers and should rethink her business skills. A teacher is supposed to be someone you can trust and look up to, so dealing with an abusive teacher can be especially hurtful or confusing. There’s a difference between a teacher being firm or raising their voice to be heard and being abusive. Verbal abuse can be just as harmful as physical abuse, and it’s never okay for YOU TO TREAT THE STUDENTS AS SUCH. Driving instructors are supposed to teach you how to drive and not harass you in any way. During your driving lessons, it is important that the students feel safe in the car as they need all of their concentration on what is going on around them to make sound judgement and if their mind is pre-occupied with other things such as the instructor yelling, banging on the car's interior and verbally abusing the students, then the student will not be able to react quickly to dangers as well as Ms. Rose. She is not just distracting the student driver but herself as well. Our driving school in Katy cannot be beat"! Ms. Rose, you should know that it is against the Code of Practice for an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) to misbehave with his/her pupil. Driving instructors are supposed to teach their students how to drive and not harass them in any way as you have done from the beginning with some of your students. I will be contacting the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) to report such abuse. The lessons have been paid for and you are legally bound to perform the assignment to the end of said contract. NO STUDENT SHOULD LEAVE YOUR CLASS CRYING DUE TO YOUR DISRECTFUL, ABUSIVE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR! NO STAR IS WORTH YOUR PERFORMANCE!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Mrs.Rose has a very good understanding of driving safely. I’ve seen her be real tough on others during road test but she just wants everyone to be safe on the road and learn what to do and what not to do. Would recommend going to her .

Fantastic experience: I have just found my new way of completing a driving exam! I am absolutely recommending this service for any Texas driving exam taker. The location was very convenient and Ms. Rose allowed me to feel calm and relaxed throughout the entire process. Out of pocket compared with Tx DPS was more expensive, but I’d pay it again and again to avoid the all day waiting games that come from a visit to drivers license office.

Fantastic experience: I took my driving test here and she was very nice and explained everything she’d be looking for before I took the test. While I was driving she was clear with directions and everything went very good and smoothly. I was recommended by a friend and would recommend to many others !

Negative experience: My son took his driving lesson online but needed a place to take the driving test for his license. The only reason we came to this place was on a recommendation, big mistake! My son said the lady who drove with him was very impatient and yelled at him while he was driving, which made an already nervous teen more nervous. He did pass his test but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: I called and was yelled at for asking questions. The person on the phone was rude and proceeded to cut me off numerous times and yelled at me multiple times for being confused about courses.

Ms. Rose is a real very professional, humble, observant, soft spoken and a good teacher. initially i had a different view but now i can say loudly that institute is a good and instructor is very professional as she knows how to teach the student as per his requirement. to make sure 100 percent safe driving!!. Negative experience: Never took the class but my brother and I both took the driving test . Honestly she is a very rude person, both over the phone and in person . I don't see how she is a driving instructor with no patience and an attitude problem

Fantastic experience: I was unsure whether this location was the one I needed to pass. But I shouldn't have gave it doubt. The woman I met with was very professional and observant. And the route we took was quite comfortable. She gave me the opportunity to ask her any questions before the test, and she gave the most professional driving advice. Any new drivers seeking some advice before the test? Adjust your seat comfortably firm against your back, and adjust all your mirrors before you put your car in drive. Never take your hands off the wheel, even at a stop light. When making a right turn, try to stay in the right lane. When passing a car parked on the shoulder of a road, use your turn signal when merging around it. When stopping behind traffic, keep enough distance where you can see the bottom of the wheels of the car in front of you. Don't go too slow around corners. Do not allow the front of your vehicle to pass the STOP sign. Or stop too far before it. When lane changing look over your shoulder for blind spots. You'll come across an unmarked two lane road if you take the same And ofcourse don't excessively accelerate or decelerate.

Negative experience: This woman was extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone. This is a driving school, one would expect for the instructor or the owner to display complete professionalism, but the woman spoke as if she was not talking to a customer/client but someone she knows. Very disappointing and would not recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: DO NOT EVER SEND YOUR KIDS OUR SELVES HERE! Rosalyn Rose, the owner of this school is unprofessional and disgusting. Took my driving test here about 2 years ago and I'm actually glad I never took classes here either. During my exam, she had no patience and if I asked her to repeat the question, she would yell at me and tell me again rudely. I almost failed but managed to pass with flying colors. Terrible lady. She is a fraud because she charged me $15 for an envelope with a stamp. I should have sued her now that I think of it. Whatever, hope she gets terminated or the business gets shut down soon. Glad I never have to see her again.

Fantastic experience: Im sorry i have to disagree with all the critism directed at this driving school. It depends on how you take it. The atmosphere itself was very oldschool strict, especially in the classroom itself. If you cant take someone being willing to TEACH you not screw around...you need to attend another driving school. But if you are actually being willing to put in the time and take her advice then go ahead. Ms. Rose is very honest and at times harsh when it comes to in-car sessions whether YOU’VE GONE TO THE SCHOOL or YOU’RE ATTENDING FOR THE TEST PORTION only because she cares about everyones safety. Negative experience: This driving school is the worst place you could take your child to. My daughter didn’t do the classes there thank God! But she went to take her driving course and the lady doing the test was horrible! She was yelling at my daughter when they were taking the test she was saying inappropriate and rude things about how my daughter drove. My daughter got back in tears she couldn’t even tell me what happen until we got home she was so shook up. Planing on finding out how to report this place. That lady should not work with children. Don’t go there!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Why have a time schedule and you still need to wait to be seen or assisted! The when you ask for a receipt you get a very low budget hand written receipt with no information on it. It's a scam!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible place to take driving test at. First off, the website is confusing. It says there that they provide their own car along with the dps road test costs 68 dollars, but when I got there the lady told me the road test itself costs 68 dollars and using their car would cost another 68 dollars. Second, there was ONLY one lady who was basically in charge of running the office and conduct the road test at the same time. As a result, whenever she would have to leave the office to run a test, everybody that waited for a test at the SAME appointment time would be postponed further and so does others who scheduled a test 15 MINUTES later. To make the matters even worse, she accumulated multiple appointments for road test at same times. Third, the whole testing experience was atrocious. She wouldn't give me time to check for mirrors and adjust seating inside the car due to her horrible appointment management, force me to pass a certain car at often times because "she doesn't have a lot of time", CONSTANTLY yell for either going too slow or too fast, scream inside the car for looking at the speedometer too much, and etc. Basically the whole test was subjective and had no clear standards at all. If yall want to take a test with someone that actually knows how to conduct a test, go somewhere else. Worst place ever. Even though I passed, from scheduling to the road test, EVERYTHING in here was just pure hell.

Fantastic experience: My Experience as a student in Sky's the limit was a really good experience. Mrs.Rose is nice and easy to talk to when you do not understand something. Also all of my drives times were good experiences and I like how they would give me advice on how to become a better and safety driver.

Fantastic experience: My experience with them was the best experience i've ever had. They offer the best education in the Katy area so I really recommend them ! And to the people who rate low, they're obviously not aware of state regulations.

Negative experience: Please.. Please.. Please parents do your resource before signing up for this school. The owner Ms. Rose is not staff properly so when it comes to time for you to schedule your child for a drive time there will never be any open availability unless you call and harass her for time which is never any fun after you've paid 350$ already for the class. It seems as if there is always a fee for something. There's nothing never explained to you unless you call to ask and there's not always an answer right away. There was information that was discussed with my 16 year old that I felt should have been talked over with me as well without me having to call and clarify what's going on and what's the next step. The classroom part of the experience was probably the only one good thing this company has going for them. All I can say for is you live and you learn I want be using them for my next child. I stress again look around for places before coming here unless you have money to throw away. I only gave it a one star cause I had to not because they deserved it if that tells you anything.
