El Sur International Driving School is a premier driving institution in Houston with over 18 years of experience, proudly serving the community as a specialized center for Spanish-speaking adults. Licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR #C2377), we make the journey to obtaining your Texas Driver License accessible, affordable, and stress-free.

Our mission is to empower drivers aged 18 and older by providing comprehensive support throughout the entire licensing process. Unlike many others, we prioritize the Hispanic community, offering all in-person classes exclusively in Spanish while maintaining online options for English speakers. Whether you are a first-time driver or looking to refresh your skills, our expert instructors are dedicated to helping you succeed from the very first lesson to the final road test.

We offer a full range of services tailored to your needs, including the mandatory 6-hour Texas Online Driver Education course, written exams in English, Spanish, and French, and official Road Tests (TPST) conducted in person. For those seeking personalized attention, our private driving lessons are customized by age group to ensure optimal learning, ranging from beginner basics to advanced techniques like parallel parking. We also provide Defensive Driving courses for legal compliance and Impact Texas Drivers (ITD/ITYD/ITAD) video certifications, which are required before taking your road test.

Convenience is key at El Sur. We offer attractive package deals that bundle theory classes, testing, and vehicle rental at discounted rates, saving you money and time. If you choose to bring your own car for the road test, we conduct a thorough vehicle inspection to ensure it meets all state safety requirements, or you can simply rent one of our well-maintained school vehicles for just $25. Visit us at our Houston location or contact us online to schedule your appointment today. At El Sur, we believe that learning to drive can change your life.

Hoy soy otra feliz licenciada! Gracias a Dios y ustedes! Stella L.
