Negative experience: Very unprofessional

Negative experience: Deserves zero stars. Incredibly unprofessional. It’s taken months to schedule driving lessons because they don’t answer the phone, barely reply to emails, and half the time the phone says call failed. They cancel appointment if there’s rain in the forecast, even if it hasn’t rained by the time of the appointment. To me it seems they take any excuse not to provide the services that have already been paid for. They charge if you need an extra appointment or don’t pass the test the first time, but don’t credit any money for the appointments that they do not honor. It’s a cash grab if you ask me. I’m beyond disappointed in this business.

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and incredibly affordable. I was nervous about the classes, but from the moment I started, my instructor, Latoya Shavis, was there every step of the way. Latoya’s patience, encouragement, and expert guidance made all the difference. She explained everything clearly, gave me the confidence I needed, and made sure I was fully prepared for my driving test. No question was too small, and she always took the time to ensure I understood every part of the process. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other schools, and I truly felt like I was getting the best value for my money. Thanks to Latoya, I passed my driving test and now have my license! I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a supportive and stress-free way to learn how to drive and the rules of the road. Thank you, Latoya, for making this such a positive experience!
