Negative experience: Very unprofessional
Negative experience: Deserves zero stars. Incredibly unprofessional. It’s taken months to schedule driving lessons because they don’t answer the phone, barely reply to emails, and half the time the phone says call failed. They cancel appointment if there’s rain in the forecast, even if it hasn’t rained by the time of the appointment. To me it seems they take any excuse not to provide the services that have already been paid for. They charge if you need an extra appointment or don’t pass the test the first time, but don’t credit any money for the appointments that they do not honor. It’s a cash grab if you ask me. I’m beyond disappointed in this business.

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and incredibly affordable. I was nervous about the classes, but from the moment I started, my instructor, Latoya Shavis, was there every step of the way. Latoya’s patience, encouragement, and expert guidance made all the difference. She explained everything clearly, gave me the confidence I needed, and made sure I was fully prepared for my driving test. No question was too small, and she always took the time to ensure I understood every part of the process. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other schools, and I truly felt like I was getting the best value for my money. Thanks to Latoya, I passed my driving test and now have my license! Fantastic experience: Ms. Latoya is the sweetest lady. I get nervous and she exactly made it so much easy for you to get through this 10 days it was breeze. Her demeanor and attitude is so calming and inviting you will definitely feel at ease with her. I know going behind the wheel with her the process will not be hard just follow instructions.

Negative experience: NOT WHAT I EXPECTED! The hours posted on the door aren't accurate as she opens when she wants and if you happen to call during business hours the owner sounds like she is still in bed just waking up . She doesn't respond to messages and/or emails in a timely fashion. The car to do your behind the wheel time in is FILTHY, smells , and had damage . You get what u pay for, glad its over now.
We’re open everyday by appointment. However customer service is always available I apologize on behalf of the person who answered the phone for you. I was completely unaware that “being in bed” had a sound. However, you also stated you were unable to get a answer or call back so honestly I’m confused on which one is truth. I also apologize for our vehicle not meeting your standards.They are professionally cleaned every weekend and any/all personal items are discarded. Therefore the car being “ filthy,” would be impossible. I’ll be sure to make a note to replace car air fresheners more frequently. If by damaged car, you are referring to the one scratch that is on the car; we deeply and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you. We are so happy that you were able to get your license. Congratulations!!Best of luck to you.

Negative experience: I thought I had scored a deal for $45/hour driving lessons at this school. Unfortunately the night before my lesson my boyfriend is mugged at gunpoint and I am at the ER with him until 8am the following day. I call the driving school as my lesson is scheduled for 10am. However, they are not open yet and I resort to sending a text instead. I fall asleep from exhaustion and when I wake up I call them immediately as I haven’t gotten a response. The conversation I had with the lady was the most difficult interaction I’ve had in my life. Before I could specify my situation, the lady rattles off about company policy for rescheduling driving lessons and tries to offer me 50% off a future lesson. Thinking she didn’t hear my story, I repeat myself but she proceeds to interrupt me and repeat “company policy.” She was completely ineffective at listening and only made a long night more difficult. She refunded me eventually, which I appreciate, but I thought I would share this shocking experience.
You did book the lesson. Unfortunately, you just wasn’t able to show up for it. Against policy, you were also even given a FULL refund. I’m still confused on the 1 star ⭐️. Especially when you didn’t receive the service. Reviews are for people who actually receives a services or products lol. Yet you leave this long msg saying nothing pertaining to the SERVICE or business which mirrors our conversation & why I had to continuously remind you to stick to policies and procedures. I feel for your boyfriend but he isn’t my student & his personal matters isn’t my or googles concern. The individuals that has actually received services from us has nothing but pleasant things to say. This is a person that hasn’t received any service & was fully refunded immediately (even though driving lessons are none refundable). We deserve 5 stars just for that alone. If your review is based on how did we handle your situation. But that’s ok, best of luck to you & your boyfriend.
Fantastic experience: This was a long road but even after waiting to take my behind the wheel training (after driving school), Latoya was great about getting me in and getting my paper work done. While her schedule is jammed packed (*plan far ahead*) she made it her priority to get my paperwork submitted to the MVA as soon as my training was completed. While at times they were difficult to reach, my personal interactions with her have been pleasant. A very very solid place to go if you’re looking to get your license.

Negative experience: This 1 star review was as a result of calling this driving school several times and getting the runaround of "We'll call you back" but never getting a call back. The first time I called, A lady in the background said something like "I am not about to teach no....." after which the lady I was on the phone with said she will call back and never did even after calling at other times.
Please overstand that we take drastic measures to ensure the integrity of our business. The same way clients do not want to deal with rude or unprofessional people, we as professionals try our hardest to also avoid individuals whose showing signs of being difficult to work. These types of reviews further let us know we have made the right decision. If you’ll leave a 1 simply because we didn’t call you back as if we are the only driving school in Maryland . This says a lot about your character and if I had to guess this is the exact reason why you were not called back. We do not except all/every student. We do our best to not Service students whose showing early signs and characteristic traits of becoming a
liability to the company or brand and may not get along with other students Best wishes.

Positive experience: Especially due to covid. Virtual classes are becoming the "norm" . My granddaughter who was struggling with class schedule due to college & work. Ms. Latoya worked with us to assist with make-up classes and getting her class certificate. She was professional & very helpful in helping us to accomplice this.
