Fantastic experience: Mr. Dudley Sr. and Mr. Hall are great drivers education teachers. Mr. Dudley taught me how to pass the permit/drivers test by giving me important information to study for the test and successfully pass. Mr. Hall is a great behind the wheel teacher who helps you build confidence behind the wheel. I am very thankful to these two gentlemen. I am now a confident driver. Thank you!

Negative experience: My nephew, attends Dudley's driving school and He and I find this program very unprofessional. Lack of communication between instructors and students, inadequate information required for testing, and lack priorities for their students are just some of the reasons as to why it is unprofessional. The organizer, Thomas Dudley Jr., seems to be very understanding in the beginning and then begins to omit important information about test dates. Also, he tends to cut off all points of contact when a student tries to obtain answers about scheduling test dates and repair time for the practice tractor. Contact with the owners of this driving school seems to only be reached when the topic of discussion includes additional finances, missed practice hours due to weather or equipment issues were not made up without an additional fee required. Most of the information pertaining to the tractor/trailer and on the road skills are learned by previous students that have not met the criteria to pass the test effectively. The material given to students to study for tests is outdated and does not meet new requirements that test prompters are looking for. Dudley’s Driving School seems to not be interest in updating studies material needed to successfully pass the Department of Motor Vehicles(DMV) Road tests or at least updating material. Student will have to repeat classes at their own expensive, this company is a fraud and this is from an experience student, who took an loan out to join this program, who also stand to loose it all, because these people( or those in charge) will not set up what He needs with practice testing or DMV visits, take my advice try somewhere where there's an interest in students and not their funds, leaving them in a boat without paddles. It's Time These Bully Stop stepping on kids trying to succeed and make something out of their lives. This review is trying to prevent these Bullies from taking advantage of other victims.

Negative experience: So far I’m giving them one star because of their secretary. Tanisha, Kanisha not sure of the spelling. She was very snappy & didactic, had the worst attitude when I was simply asking for information. I asked for her supervisor and she proceeded to tell me “Anything you need from him you have to get thru me first” ….. she needs to get her money back from whatever school she got her customer service skills from because she’s plain rude. Only positive is that she knows her stuff *shrugs*

Fantastic experience: Great experience, my instructor was nice, calm, and a overall great time, highly recommended to further you driving.

Negative experience: Called to inquire about info on upgrading mine and 4 other co-workers CDLs. I was informed the recruiter was out and would get ahold of me the next day. Nothing. So I called back. Recruiter was still out, called again. Same explanation, which was not my concern, because I understand things happen. What my concern was, a entire week goes by and I never received a call back. Now it’s the following Tuesday. Still nothing. I decided to reach out to Mr. Dudley (the owner) on Facebook explaining I’m interested in services. I explained I had been trying to get info and have not heard anything back. Asked a couple questions about cost and schedule. He asked for my number and then blocked me. I was nothing but respectful. I wish I could’ve had the same experience as the reviews I’ve read and I could give a positive review. I truly had high hopes for the Dudley’s Driving Center. However was left in disappointment. Update: I never claimed to be a customer in this review, nor did I claim to be affiliated with the company. Clearly.

Fantastic experience: Looking for someone to teach your teen safe driving? I highly recommend Mr. Hall. He is experienced with teen drivers and tailors his instruction to what they need. My daughter has nothing but good things to say about her experience. I even learned a couple of practical tips while talking to her about what she learned.

Negative experience: I came here for my CDL license from another school for the driving, parallel parking part of the test. The worse decision I ever made. I paid my tuition up front ($3500) here at DUDLEYS. Thomas Dudley told me one thing when I first came to the school. When it was time to follow thru it was a different story or I misunderstood what he said. After 2 hours a day for 1 month for four students we were suppose to learn how to drive and parallel park a 53 foot tractor trailer {I know impossible right). When it was time to practice either the truck broke down or he didn't have an instructor available. Not properly prepared for the test he schedules me to take the test. The truck breaks down (again yes I said again) right there at the testing site and wouldn't start. Nonetheless I'm headed back to the school I left and want no parts of this situation. I would not recommend this school to anyone I know.

Fantastic experience: Very nice people. I really recommend this place if you want your child/children to learn how to drive properly. They explain everything good and take their time with you. All in all they are amazing!!

Negative experience: Will not recommend!!!! My daughter took the class and passed. Now that she's turned 18 the paper license has expired, hard copy hasn't arrived yet. Now I'm getting the run around for an updated paper license from Mr. Dudley. He's always out of the office , but the people he has working in the office aren't able to complete any tasks that are requested. This place has horrible communication and professionalism...they're main focus is recruiting you in joining their church , if they focus on the driving school they would have 5 star ratings from all clients.

Fantastic experience: Mr.hall has taught me a lot all within a month and now I’m a confident driver. I would highly recommend this place everyone was help and professional.

Negative experience: This place only cares about your money they do not fully train your teenager/beginning driver...My son went there for 5 days of driving and nothing changed..The instructor informed me he was a good enough driver to pass the class. But was not. The instructor also informed he did not need aditional days of driving, which they can provide because its included. I paid $450 was not pleased at all and I do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: Not only was i quoted a price over the phone multiple times by Mr Hall, but i was told by whoever was in office im assuming his son that MR HALL SAID HE DOESNT RECALL THE NUMEROUS CONVERSATIONS IVE HAD WITH HIM ABOUT A PACKAGE AMOUNT HE CUSTOMIZED FOR ME AND MY NEEDS!!!!!!!! I WASTED MY TIME MY MONEY COMIN OVER THERE AND I FELT SO INFURIATED THAT WHOEVER was in OFFICE MADE IT AS THOUGH I MADE THE CONVERSATIONS UP ABOUT WHAT I WAS TOLD THE PRICE WOULD BE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO EITHER! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME ! IM LIVID! VERY UN PROFESSIONAL DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Fantastic experience: A friend referred me to this school today. I received A1 service, I have no complaints and I'm very satisfied with this school and its staff. I plan to return back for CDL classes and training thanks to the owners son that was very knowledgeable and professional.

Negative experience: Their prices are toooo high! 350$ for three days, 450 for 5, and 575 for 7. The first would mean over 100$ a day. The second 90 a day, and the third 82.14 a day. I know others that take you on the road even without experience for 55$ a day. Highway robbery!

Fantastic experience: Extremely professional and friendly staff. Great location and reasonable prices. Well run family business that has been around since 1959. Took my behind the wheel course with Mr. Dudley Sr. back in 2003, came back in 2017 to take the driver’s improvement course on a volunteer basis. I was excited to see that Mr. Dudley was going to be my instructor again. Will continue to use the Dudley Driver Center for any future driving courses!
