She asked for our ID’s and she noticed we have the same birthday her energy and teaching skills were amazing! I received my certificate and learned a lot! Thanks Ms.Brenda you’re the best.

Negative experience: Horrible service! I called to ask about pricing and the man that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful ……bad for business….never again if I could I would give a zero and I will be spreading the word!

Fantastic experience: It took sometime to get my driving lessons. But Coach Kelly was awesome!! He helped me a lot in learning driving and instilled confidence in me which helped me to pass my exams. Will highly recommend him. He was fun to drive with and very professional.

Fantastic experience: It took awhile to get my lessons, but the wait was worth it!! I had Coach Snow. I cannot thank him enough for giving me the confidence I needed to go take my Drivers Test. He was patient, non-judgmental and a great time when we went driving around. I’m super grateful he was my instructor ❤️ I was extremely hesitant at first, but now I’m sure of myself as a driver all thanks to him. I was really skeptical that 8 hours of driving wouldn’t teach me what I needed to know, but it definitely did! I was just overthinking aha. I can’t recommend this driving school enough to anyone that also has driving anxiety, or needs that boost to get out there. They’ll get you out there for sure. Thanks again for everything!!!

Negative experience: I really loved the junior remedial class, but in terms of the certificate and where to bring it, they were absolutely clueless and I’ve had to run around the entire town trying to figure out where to bring it, because they did not give me the right address or even kind of place at all.

Fantastic experience: Our son had an amazing experience with this driving company. He really enjoyed learning how to drive with his patient and knowledgeable instructor. As a parent, I truly appreciate how the instructor picked him up from school and dropped him off at home. Chris Shropshire was always available to answer any of my questions. This made me feel like I and my son truly mattered. I look forward to my daughter learning how to drive here when she turns 15.5!!

Fantastic experience: My son did his in-car training with Bob Shropshire & Sons. I found them to be very professional, with excellent instruction, and superb customer service. My son happened to be in their instruction car one day when Channel 9 did a story on Bob Shropshire & Sons. Chris Shropshire called me to make sure it was okay with me that they use my son's image in the news story. I was impressed by that. Also, when it came time for Luke to take his driving test at the BMV, we were missing one piece of critical paperwork. Brenda, from the downtown office, worked with me, and made calls to the state to resolve the issue. It was above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Bob Shropshire and Sons!

My daughter’s driving skills greatly improved after the first lesson, and they worked diligently to ensure she would be safe on the road. I sent my twin boys there for Drivers Ed and their driving skills and confidence behind the wheel increased significantly. It was not only more affordable than other driving schools but the customer service was outstanding. They made the entire process simple and their response time was impressive. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a driving school for my sixteen year old son and found this place. They signed me up right away and were very easy to work with. The driving instructor was great! They came to the house and picked up my son in their car (which was good since I didn’t have a car for my him to drive). My son did learn a lot from the instructor for only being with the him for those few days. The instructor worked around our schedule and that was nice. I’m happy I choose Bob Shropshire and Sons for a driving school and would recommend them.

Negative experience: I am currently doing Incar's with this business, and as someone who has a learning disability and anxiety this was the worst experience I have ever had in a car driving with a passenger who is guiding me. He didn't give me his name. He assumes I know the rules of the road and consistently gives me condescending criticism, not critique. He would make comments about my anxiety (after my friend had died in a car accident). He took me on the highway the first day when I was not ready. He was/ is horrible at scheduling, especially considering I work 50 hours plus a week and have a day job as a school counselor. Every time he says he is on his way I get physically anxious. I was about to tell him to forget the last session, because the 50 dollars didn't seem consequential compared to the verbal and emotional abuse I am experiencing. I would never recommend this driving school to anyone, especially women. My instructor obviously gives more empathy and respect towards men. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR INCAR'S HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE LEARNING DISABILITIES OR AN ADULT WHO WORKS A FULL TIME JOB. Wish me luck, today is my last day. Final thoughts: pay the extra money to go to bicks.

Fantastic experience: Chris, Ms.Brenda & Coach Kelly were all amazing to work with in getting my teenage daughter through driving school we couldn't of had a better experience after switching schools to Shropshire sons because the previous School (Buckle up) talked to my daughter like she was stupid Coach Kelly helped make her confident & comfortable behind the wheel which is more than appreciated I couldn't thank you guys enough I reccomend this place to anyone

Fantastic experience: Chris Shropshire is the best insurance agent I have ever had! He walked me through the process of getting my license back, taught me a lot in driving remedial school, and set me up with affordable insurance. Any issue I find with my policy, he has it resolved ASAP! I even got a refund check for a cancelled policy, with no cancellation fee! Highly recommend this local family business!

Negative experience: Don’t settle because it’s cheaper. They just need more workers. They do more than the driving school. So in the first 10 minutes. Of the course the instructor left to handle a bail bond. That’s why they offer the course every day because they don’t mind leaving you in the back room all day to tend to other services. I was told over the phone this course would take 2 points right off my license. That was a lie.

Fantastic experience: I am an international student living all my life in the Middle East and knowing only the roads of the Arabian lands. After I came to the US in Cincinnati for masters, I wanted to learn driving again but this time the American style. This is a great institution. The staff is professional, courteous and caring. I took my lessons from Mr. NORMAN. He was a very professional gentleman. He is strict, firm, compassionate and caring. I needed that because as a newbie in town I needed to learn the disciplines of the roads in the US. He taught me for 8 hours and I passed my road exam on my first try. Try to trust his instructions and be obedient. He is very very experienced. You can learn a lot from him!

Fantastic experience: Family ran business. Fourth generation. Offers auto insurance, juvenile driving school, juvenile driving improvement classes and adult remedial classes. One of Cincinnati's oldest bail bonding business that is available 24/7.

Positive experience: A good place to learn driving. I took a 4 hr training session before I take the driving test and it really helped me a lot. Ellis is the one trained me and he is really a good teacher.

Negative experience: PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! Or if you are paying for yourself do NOT go here.. They say that it will take 4 weeks to get to your in cars..THAT IS A LIE I have been out of class for 2 months and I just took my first incar last weekend and the drives are TERRIBLE at scheduling he has changed our drive time 3 times I even called off work for one and he still decided he was gone get to me another day.. Yes it is the cheapest one BUT ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON.. Please save your money and go to a nicer place they are inconsistent and disrespectful.. Please save your money..

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. The company barely cares at all about their customers and don't understand they're at work. I call them and they act like it's an inconvenience that I called them. I'm very disappointed and immensely dislike every time I have to call them.
