Fantastic experience: Hybrid driving school was fantastic in helping my son get his driver's license! The instructors were patient, professional, and made him feel at ease behind the wheel. Scheduling was flexible, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. My son passed his test with confidence, all thanks to their great instruction. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Perfect experience I had with Mr Deo. It was so easy from the very first day. I had never turned on a car,but on the very first day ,I drove. It was amazing In very few lessons, I went for my test. I failed the first time,but it wasn't my fault. I met an examiner lady who had a bad day. She failed all of us on that day I cried. Came back, got few lessons, prayed for a sober minded examiner, n ooops ,I got her. She was so friendly n nice. But then, I was an excellent driver too. I passed so easily I'll tell everyone, it's not just about your driving school but your examiner on your test day. I, Queen Williams,highly recommends Hybrid Driving School to everyone who needs quick n easy classes, especially to beginners who know nothing about driving. In very few lessons, u'll be all set.

Negative experience: Worst driving school. The driving instructor Deo refused to drive me to the RMV, and asked me to catch a red line to reach there. I didn't mind. I thought Hybrid do not drive their students to the testing arena? While I reached there, I noticed he drove 2 other students while refusing to drive me. Outright racism right here. He made sure the rest of the applicants took their driving tests before me, despite my 8 AM appointment and theirs at 9 AM! Please do not take up lessons or waste your money with them if you're an immigrant

Negative experience: Took driving lessons in September. Overall I found the instructor very casual, unprofessional and not very knowledgable. Here's my detailed review Pros 1) The instructor was patient when I was driving and did convey things politely. Cons 1) Only takes 2 hour driving lessons. In which atleast an hour is spent driving on straight roads. That time could be spend learning driving at different type of intersections, proper lane changing but nothing like that is taught. From lesson 1-4 all I did for one hour was to drive straight. This might make sense in the first lesson but not after that. So for me the 2 hours lesson was just a ripoff to get more money. 2) Instructor spent time watching/listening to something or the other on their phone. I don't know how an instructor can pay attention to the student's driving if they are listening to something else. I found it quite unprofessional. This happened in all the lessons. 3) I was NOT picked up from my house on the day of the test. I had to an Uber. Yet I was charged the same amount of money for that as other students who were picked and dropped off at their place.This is the standard practice. Other students also got a chance to drive a little before their test. I was also dropped off to a random T Stop an hour and 20 minutes my house on the way back. I had to boom 4) I had my test on a Wednesday. On Sunday I called the instructor to remind him to schedule a final lesson on either Monday or Tuesday. He did not have it on his schedule that my test was scheduled in a few days. I found this behavior to be unprofessional. Nit- Always came 30 mins late or early. With all that in mind I did not end up passing the test. I will try to find a better instructor and driving school the next time.

Negative experience: I didn't personally use this school but from what I saw they are not too knowledgeable with regard to the rules of the road. On Saturday, July 27th they were in Lowell going onto the rotary from 110. I assume it was a student driving and the instructor in the passenger seat. I was already in th rotary and this vehicle was coming into the rotary and the instructor didn't inform the driver that you are required to yield coming into the rotary and they cut me off. Nice job teaching , no wonder why noone can drive correctly!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this school. The teacher was very patient and I only did 3-4 sessions.

Negative experience: Ismael was unprofessional. Lack of communication. I tell him something like I want the test in watertown and he book in brighton. Then i had to call and tell him to correct. He treat customers in a very disrespectful way. We booked for a road test plus a 45 mins lesson before it so I get used to the car. All together toke one hour. He charged 250$ not including the road test fees. Too much for what we got. During the lesson he was for most of the time either talking on the phone or texting. Very bad experience. The pros he knows where the examiner will take you and what he will ask you to do which is something any other school trainer would know if he only been in the business for couple of weeks. Overall, go somewhere else where you can be treated good and with respect and most likely you will pay way less than 250$ cash for one hour.

Fantastic experience: I took lessons from sam he is more patient I clear my road test. He is very professional because of him I pass the road test thank you so much sam.. highly recommend for new learner he knows the rules and training drive very well

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed working with Sam! His instruction was clear and he was communicative the entire process. I felt very comfortable driving and learned so much within just my first session.

Negative experience: I have had horrendous experience through this driving school. Bad communication, had to pay extra; upwards of 100 dollars, because of miscommunications in regards to testing. Delayed the whole application process by 5 months. Finally, switched to a different driving school and got the work done almost immediately. Would NOT recommend.

Negative experience: I paid almost 800 dollars just too fail the exam twice. I received 11 lessons and barey learned anything. He just took me on drives each time, and did not reach me any of the important things. I would not recommend them too anyone.i paid 160 dollars for my road test exam and did not even give me a ride when the fee is only 30 dollars. He's just playing theif.

Fantastic experience: Deo is the best instructor. He is calm and gives you detailed information about every rule that we read in the manual and why and how it is applicable practically. Fantastic experience: Deo is the best professional driving instructor. I have taken lessons from other driving school in Waltham, MA. But Deo is very patient and teaches real life driving situations. I got all the confidence for driving after I started lessons from him. I took my road test and cleared with the first try. He is very punctual and easy to reach. I highly recommend Hybrid Driving school.

Fantastic experience: Deo was the best driving instructor I have had. I had taken many lessons with different schools earlier when I started learning to drive and then scheduled my road test. Not that anyone was bad earlier, but the parallel parking technique Deo taught was the simplest and easiest technique and it really helped in my road test. The class I had with Deo before the road test covered all the important aspects of road test and was very helpful to me. He corrected my mistakes and also gave good pointers overall. His way of teaching is really good and easy to remember and register. I cleared my road test.

Fantastic experience: Failed first time because of nervousness couple of months ago. But passed today with help of Dao. He taught me parallel parking( my weakest area) and with so much patience, he answered all my questions. I was looking for a weekend test.but we couldn't find a spot and had to take on a busy Friday morning. Yet I could do it with so much confidence .Thanks Dao!!!

Fantastic experience: Harriot is the best instructor. She tells you every tricks and tips in her driving lesson. She is so polite and calm while driving lessons . If you are looking for a good driving school then you are at the right place. I passed my test in first attempt. I never drove in my life before but Harriot made it possible. I have no words to thank her . I highly recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: Doe is the best to teach someone how to drive with safety measures as well as with simple techniques to handle our car on the road!! I passed my road test and felt it was like a piece of cake- only because of Doe’s instructions! I can’t thank Doe enough for this!! Other reviews might confuse a lot of people out there who are looking out for good driving school- please do not get influenced with the negative reviews. During the 60 minutes of your class, focus on whatever Doe teaches and make sure you make a note of everything at the end of the class, repeat whatever he has taught in driving for the next class- this will make you perfect by focusing on the things to be learnt rather than things that you’re unsure of!!

Fantastic experience: Deo is a wonderful trainer, he never lets you feel like he is a teacher. He has very calm personality. I made some bad mistakes such as not looking for on coming cars before turn, any teacher would loose their calm on such mistakes but Deo was very patient as he pointed out my mistake and corrected them. I passed on my first attempt after only two lessons from Deo and I had never driven before. I would highly recommend to learn from Deo.

Fantastic experience: Deo is probably the best instructor you can get. He gives your proper instructions and directions while you learn driving. I used to ask him any questions about driving and all the time he provided me the detailed explanation. I cleared my road test in first attempt just because of him.

Fantastic experience: Darrel took me out for an hour to practice before my road test at a price below the competition's. He made learning to parallel park a breeze which is where I struggled the most with driving. I highly recommend Hybrid Driving School for your road test.

Negative experience: I knew driving already. But he taught me parallel parking, 3 point turn and 50 ft back up. I was doing very well according to him, but I failed the exam. My examiner was very detailed and took the time to explain to me at the end each mistake. 4 out of those 5 mistakes were avoidable, fixable. I did not even know I was doing them wrong. He never corrected me during the classes. I'm pissed off because he drove 9 of us to Springfield MA from Waltham MA. We all paid $150 each, just for sponsorship. All in cash. We never got a receipt, so it's basically in his pockets. The first 5 of us, all failed, mostly mistakes we didn't know we were making. I'm choosing to go with another driving school to sponsor me now. And highly others to too. Oh last but not the least, the examiner was pissed off at him from the get go because even after being told to not bring more than 4, he brought in 9 people together. I feel cheated, and am writing this review hoping that at least someone will benefit.

Fantastic experience: Well, today I passed my Road test. Thanks to Mr. Deo; he is the best instructor-patient, knowledgeable and teaches you not only to pass the test but also to drive for life. The negative reviews are nonsense and not true (I paid them by check too). I have driven with other driving schools in the area; one of them is commercialized(very expensive) and other is unethical(they pay you for the fake google reviews) Hybrid Driving School is affordable and ethical. So, if you don't want to waste your extra time, money and energy-then contact Hybrid Driving School ONLY.

Fantastic experience: I went to Hybrid Driving Sch when i had just moved to the country and the instructor was very patient. I was taught how to control the car. I now know how to handle the car and safety on the road. I had no experience at all and now am comfortable on the road. Thanks to these good instructors.

Fantastic experience: I was taught by Mr.Deo and he left no stone unturned. Learnt pretty quickly and what I had perceived as a scary experience turned into an exciting one during my stay there. I would recommend my great grand kids to go there too. Excellent customer service and support.

Negative experience: Very unreliable! I booked a Saturday road test with them but they did not inform me that the RMV canceled the appointment. So I arrived at 6:30 in the morning at the RMV just to learn that the test was canceled! Very bad experience!!

Negative experience: Please don't join this driving school or register for a road test with them. They are very unreliable and unprofessional. I had given them my information for them to book a Saturday road test for me. Instead they booked me a road test for Thursday without confirming with me and informed me about it on the Tuesday before that. When I tried to cancel the road test as they had informed me about it at the last minute, they were not willing to cancel it and when I did not budge they very rude and told me that I will still have to pay the RMV for the road test fee. When I asked them for an explanation about this they hung up on me. Also, this driving school only deals in cash due to which you have no proof of your transaction with them which according to me is a clear red flag. I did not know about this before registering with them but I hope I am able to inform people about this through this post and prevent them from being duped like I did. Please don't give them your DL information or any personal information, they misuse it.

Fantastic experience: The couple who runs this school is awesome. The lady is very patient during driving lessons and explains things in really simple manner and boost your confidence. The gentleman gives tips and suggestions before the road test. My wife cleared the road test and got her license in her first attempt.

Negative experience: This place is absolutely unreliable and completely irresponsible. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you involve yourself with these people, especially for a road test. My son tried to schedule a road test with Hybrid, and it was an absolute catastrophe. He initially called them, and someone answered the phone. He told them that he wanted to schedule a road test, and the man on the line promptly hung up on him. After about 15 attempts to call back over a 25 minute span, the same person answered after my son called from a blocked phone number. The man, (who never gave us his name, even when we asked) said he had a spot for us 3 weeks time on a Saturday, and he sent a text confirming it that day. the day before the test, my son called to confirm, and see what time we needed to show up. The man on the phone informed us that there were going to be no tests on that day, as they couldn't get any officials from the rmv to perform the tests, without calling to notify us of this information. The man claims he called, and there was no answer, but no missed call from them ever showed up in any of our call histories (and if no one answers a call, it would make a lot of sense to leave a voicemail about this very time sensitive information). He said we'd be able to take a test in another few weeks, but by this time, my sons permit would have expired(something that we'd told them multiple times in this call and while initially scheduling the test). He was completely useless and simply claimed that it was not his problem. IN CONCLUSION these people run an awful business, and should not be trusted to do anything. Their service abhors me, and they shouldn't be allowed to serve the public. For your own sake, DO NOT even bother talking to this driving school (if they even bother to answer your calls).
