Negative experience: Don't let them take your money! We haven't been able to get a in car lesson for our daughter since we signed up....and paid them! They spring it on you at orientation that they don't have enough drivers and you have approximately 5 minutes on the first Tuesday to get them signed in for driving. The system crashes because everyone they took money from is all fighting for these limited spots. Its a nightmare
We are sorry for your frustration. We have looked into your account and unfortunately do not see any notes that you were having issues scheduling until two days ago. Customer Service has extended your daughter's deadline and will review your account with the manager. Thank you for your patience,
Negative experience: I tried to schedule my driving in vehicle classes and it turned out to be impossible and their support lacks of respect as well. They wouldn't refund my money and they wouldn't schedule my classes unless you pay more... I don't understand why. Bad business model. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM AS A BUSINESS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Julian, in researching your account we see you got your permit in 10/21 yet made no attempt to schedule any lessons nor did you contact Customer Service in a year and a half. We are happy to discuss this further offline at [email protected]. Thank you.

Negative experience: It is almost impossible to schedule In Vehicle Driving Lessons. A review from a year ago was similar. Their system crashes and times out and by the time you log back in there are no appointments available. I would think that they would have found a fix by now, but apparently not. As you can see from Top Driver's response below, I was eventually able to schedule our last lesson ONLY because I emailed the regional director. Out of 8 lessons, 5 of them were only able to be scheduled because of my communication with the director. I stand by my review that the scheduling platform does not work. I was told I wasn't the only one who had problems with it the other day. If I didn't reach out, next month I would be back online battling the system again. It is much too hard to schedule lessons and it is ridiculous that if you are not logged in right at noon you can't find availale appointments and that is assuming their system doesn't kick you out.
Ms. Pogorelec, we see you were able to secure two lessons for January when those hours were released in November, and you then booked one for February when those schedules were opened on Tuesday. The February lesson was scheduled for 2/11, and the system then blocked out any available appointments from 2/12-2/26 to maintain a 15-day gap between lessons. Prior to our Regional Manager assisting you with booking an additional February lesson, your student had seven of her eight behind-the-wheel lessons completed/scheduled well before her completion deadline of 6/7/23. Positive experience: I will start by saying the classroom instructor has been great! However, the website to schedule in-vehicle instruction is beyond antiquated and problematic. It errors out regularly making it near impossible to schedule in-vehicle driving lessons. Hopefully they will consider investing in better technology because their driving instructors are excellent.
Thank you very much for your comments and social media posts about your experience scheduling lessons. We understand your frustration and yes, we are aware of the system overload and certainly have been working diligently to make upgrades and adjustments. Clearly our IT provider overpromised today and we are already working on a solution for the next month. Our Customer Service and Management teams are working as hard as they can to address all our families' calls and messages.
Unfortunately we had many, many students who did not schedule their lessons during their program timeframe and at that same time we had instructor hours available for scheduling that went unfilled. The current situation is due to these students realizing they need to finish their program at the same time as new students are just beginning. We obviously are also hiring new instructors as quickly as we can but with the "Great Resignation" it is more difficult.
Again we apologize for the situation, understand your frustration, and please hope that you know we are doing all we can to upgrade the system and provide the best instruction that we can for our teen drivers. Thank you.

Positive experience: I will update if my kid becomes a really strong driver, but the black header on their printouts is a huge waste of toner. You really need to fix that. It is wasteful and can damage some home printers that are not designed to put out 50 pages with that much black. Not cool!
We are very happy that your daughter is enrolled in our Webcast on demand course. Given that we are unable to host in person classes right now we have dates available every month for students to pickup a workbook from our classrooms if they wish. In addition workbooks are available at our corporate office so there is no need to print them off at home. Best of luck to your daughter once she begins her behind the wheel instruction!

Positive experience: Ngl was pretty excited to start driving but until one incident where my instructor was being rude and selfish and not helping me and saying things that was not acceptable and saying “you had a drive already how do u not know how to move the seat” I’m sorry, not everyone uses the same cars was pretty disappointed when he yelled at me and made me Get out of the car. Felt super embarrassed. I am now scarred and dread going to do my drives.
Negative experience: We purchased a program for 8 BTW lessons, paying a premium over the base plan. When my daughter passed her BTW test in lesson 6, we thought all requirements for her license were complete. As her date for her actual license test was approaching, I tried to schedule one of the remaining lessons in order to get her comfortable that she would pass the official test. Our log in did not work, so I called the office to be told that our lesson plan had expired and since the other two BTW lessons are required, I had to pay an additional $150 to extend the lesson window. Since she was a week away from the date she expected to get her license (and needed it for school purposes), I had no choice but to pay the fee. The very rude woman who answered my call insisted that my daughter was handed a brochure when she passed her BTW test confirming that the remaining lessons were required. Since I was present at that time that she passed her test, I knew that she had not received any brochure or handout. The driving instructor who administered her driving test later confirmed that he should have told her about the requirement, but did not know that she bought the enhanced package. That left me stuck paying a penalty for their error. Terrible, terrible, terrible way of doing business. Would never use again. Try other driving school options before considering this program.
We apologize for any confusion that led you to believe that your daughter had completed all of the state required drives after her 6th lesson. We will escalate this situation to our Customer Service Director who will contact you directly to discuss. Again we are sorry for any delays this confusion may have caused in your daughter's licensing process.
