Negative experience: Felt horrible after my first driving class. The instructor repeatedly said things like: you just killed 8 people.

Fantastic experience: I go my lisence today on my first try! I did 2 observations and 6 behind the wheel driving lessons all with Collier Prouty. They were absolutely amazing. Lessons were always something I looked forward to. They have a way of teaching how to preform maneuvers and genuinely making it stick. The energy is always good with Collier. They seriously made learning to drive such an enjoyable experience. It can be intimidating to have to spend 2 hours a lesson with someone you dont know, but Collier made it relaxing, really one of the best teachers i've had. Im so thankful for their kindness!!

Negative experience: Edit**I see the owner's response and unfortunately this is still not resolved. I called the office to figure out what happened last week. They explained they were trying to set up a make up class. I got a call that they rescheduled one for today, Sunday. I called the office Friday to confirm that I didn't need a new link and they said no, just go through the student portal. Well, I am here trying to take the class and there is no class link in the portal. So, this company does not seem able to resolve this. And, there is no support by chat, phone, or e-mail on the weekends so no way to resolve. At this point, I will have to pay another driving school to take the parent class so my son can actually start driving lessons. Would not choose this school if you have other options. Technical problems with parent class--never admitted to class despite waiting for over an hour. No one available to assist by phone or e-mail and several weeks before another class option is available.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the Next Street! Anthony was awesome in helping me overcome some intense driving anxiety. As someone who on day one of lessons was afraid of driving in parking lots unless they were completely empty, he helped me be able to drive on a highway by my 5th lesson. I felt very safe while driving knowing he'd keep me from any silly or serious accidents I might make while learning with him as my instructor. Great step-by-step instructions and pacing of the material. I left every lesson feeling very accomplished!

Negative experience: My daughter did her first actual driving lesson and the instructor taught her nothing and made her feel like an idiot. Meanwhile, he’s upset she hasn’t done more driving and she drove 25 minutes home from her last observed driving lesson. She is taking lessons to learn and her valuable time and my money were wasted with this instructor. I am thankful she has no more lessons with this horrible instructor.

Negative experience: The most unprofessional school you can find! You have to be the one calling them for everything. They have outdated drivers wasting peoples’ time and money. Their Customer Service agents are also very rude and always seem tired when they answer the phone. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: The only thing is that they charge a lot for everything including the test which is separate from the over all fee But other then that this school is amazing they have amazing teachers and has a flexible schedule Damien and Anthony are really good at what they do

I felt much more confident after my lesson and appreciated his very helpful hints and calm demeanor and instructions. Negative experience: Awful driving school. Waste of money. Wasted so much time.

Positive experience: Good classroom , Rob is great and Ernie is wonderful, but if you actually want some driving lessons - give yourself a minimum three months.... they get posted and taken up before you can register, so basically you are to chase after times slot every week on Friday nights, for months and months, worse than trying to get a covid vaccine when first available
