Academy School of Driving

Fantastic experience: Had to learn how to drive within the span of 3 months, given I was moving out of Jersey and down to Georgia. I contacted them in early April and I left the state in late June. The instructors at Academy Driving knocked it out of the park. I took on 6 hours of instructed driving, in which they not only covered all vital skills required to pass the road test (took mine in Mays Landing), but did so with great patience, wisdom, and crystalline speaking. Their excellent personalities were a bonus. I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially since it saved my skin by giving me the required knowledge to make a 14 hour road trip down 95 in one piece.

Fantastic experience: Jim the owner is great and easy to work with. Val the driving instructor did a wonderful job with my son and made him feel very at ease. You won’t be disappointed going with Academy. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: My son just got back from his test and passed. I believe this was thanks to the wonderful man from the school who took him, he was very warm and friendly and gave him advice on every little detail he could think of, which made my son relax and he knew what to expect. Thank you for your help and I will gladly recommend you to everyone. A very satisfied mom!!

Fantastic experience: I sent all my kids through Academy and I’m always amazed at how calm the instructors are, especially today. John took my youngest for his road test only to find out I sent him with the wrong birth certificate. John called and asked if we could meet halfway to hand off the correct one. He assured us both that there was no need to panic and everything would be fine and it certainly was. John and all the instructors my family used at Academy were absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: Im an adult driver retesting academy couldn’t have been better from booking road test appointment to instructor taking me brushing up my skills and absolutely patient and knowledgeable recommend 100 percent !!!

Negative experience: You should have a talk with your instructor who just dropped off their buddy in Pine Hill on Estates Rd at 2:08pm 09/29/2023 that the speed limit is 25 in residential and not as fast as you can get the car up too.

Negative experience: Signed up for 6 hrs instruction for my son. On second appt- instructor had my son waiting around all day and showed up at night. Initial appt was 7am. We rescheduled because it was night. On rescheduled day, instructor showed up 30mins late and dropped off our son off 20 mins early. When I questioned my 16 yr old..he stated- she said I did good and can go home early! WTH It was definitely your school- just apologize lol I gave another school a great review because they were awesome

Fantastic experience: My daughter took her driving test last Friday and passed, which is exactly what I expected from this school. The driving teachers are excellent and patient which instilled confidence in her. I saw a big improvement in her driving skills and in her confidence level after just the first lesson. I’m confident she’s been properly trained and I won’t be worried when she asks to go somewhere by herself. It was money very well spent!

Fantastic experience: Great customer service and products. They were able to help my daughter obtain her drivers license. The driving instructors are very knowledgeable. My daughter was very nervous the day of her road test, Academy helped her overcome her fears to pass the test which she did. I am so glad I chose Academy over the others.

Negative experience: Messed up my son’s driving test date and the owner did not even respond to my email or multiple phone calls.

Fantastic experience: Did my six hours with them and it was a breeze! Tyler is the best. They teach everything you need to know and do it with ease. I finally got my license thanks to them. Go here!

He taught me everything I needed to know and was confident in my abilities. With only 10 days left, I felt fully prepared and passed my road test on 11/10 - my first try. Fantastic experience: I took lessons at Academy School of Driving last year. I have always been very scared and anxious of driving and I’ve put learning off for a few years because of this. I had such a great experience with Academy— I felt so comfortable with my instructors! They helped me face my fears and become a confident driver. They were such good teachers and all so kind. I got the basics down by the first lesson and passed my license test on the first try at the beginning of this year... thank you thank you thank you! :)

The instructors are friendly, professional, and just great instructors all around. Cathy is an excellent teacher, request her, just trust me on this one.

Fantastic experience: Academy School Of Driving taught me everthing that was on road test and even before i went to take my road test on that day before I had time. Mike we had pulled to a parking lot thanks to Coach Mike Stellaccio i would not have done it and when i went to do my road test and i have pass my road test and thanks to Academy School Of Driving and Coach Mike Stellaccio i would not have done it you are the best driving school and i will always recommend this driving school to my friends and family.
